Update on July 2, 2026 for service on an almost 2 year old new unit. Eric came out today to do the rejuvenation on our home system and was kind, cheerful, ans knowledgeable as well as. Thank for telling us about other things we may benefit from. Thank you for putting shoe covers on and for being kind to our children as well. ------------- (Joaquin Phoenix) did a phenomenal job coming out today to explain how the fall/spring rejuvenation is done to keep our system maintained. Thank you for having a positive attitude, wearing shoe coverings and working quickly. You rock!

The technician were absolutely great they took care of my belongings and covered them up and cleaned everything when they were done. I highly recommend Goettl.

Had a small leak outside water line. They scheduled me the same day. The tech that came out was awesome. No up sale pressure. Reasonable pricing. Completed the work and cleaned up the area. Thank you

Had to have a new system installed and everything went quickly. The team was super efficient and friendly. Charlie Rios was awesome and answered all our questions.

Our air conditioner was not cooling. We called Goettl since they had installed our AC system 7 years ago. Service technician Christian Molina was very thorough. Explained what repairs were needed, went through costs and offered maintenance plan. We were very pleased with his service and professionalism and will continue to use Goettl. We paid a reasonable price for repair and maintenance plan.

Stanley Heath was outstanding as he stopped by just to follow up on the work that was completed last week. You rarely see service like that. Can’t say enough good things about Stanley, a true asset to Goettl.

The last technician that I had was the same one I got today I was happy because we got the same professionalism the same prompt person Lupe ..we couldn't be happier we appreciate everything

They answered my questions with a 3 minute phone call and also had tech to my house within the hour, perfect experience Update 12/5/23 Justin and Daniel did a fantastic job installing a new ac unit for us. They answered all questions and were very respectful and worked all day. Thank you goettl

I have been very pleased with any interaction I have had with Goettl and they have been very timely, professional and respectful. Recommend 100% for any plumbing needs.

Great customer service. We had a hot water heater of 15 years would not work. They gave us options for replacement. We quickly checked local home shops, and, yes the water heater was less but the installation fee and set up date to install on the same day or next day would have been difficult and stressful. Goettle offered a service contract for the water heater but it also included all of the plumbing in the house. I felt for the connivence, quality, warranty and maintenance contract was a good value. I would recommend them and at least get a service contract for your appliances.
