Christmas Day Woes!

The tech, Diego, handled it all with a massive amount of positivity and professionalism. We learned a great deal about our 19 year old heater and that it’s not for this world much longer, but since we purchased the house in 2020 (post-pandemic) it served us well. Unfortunately, on Christmas Day, it decided to start showing signs that it was on its way to that big ol’ appliance graveyard in the sky. Had an A/C Spring maintenance I knew I had to replace my 1985 duct work and was in dire need of attic insulation as well. Logan and Tyler were terrific in working w me and getting the job assessed, a good quote and immediately lined up the two man crew Arturo and Ricardo for the next 2 days. Right out of the gate I knew I didn’t want any other company. They were beyond excellent, they went above and beyond. I know I’m breathing clean air, energy efficient, less of a foot print. Bravo. I had another company in town tell me my only option was a brand new unit when my AC was continuously freezing up. 4 Seasons (now called Goettl) was able to give me a next day appointment, do a bit of maintenance on the spot and give me a quote for a good cleaning. I appreciate their quick response, and them not trying to make a quick buck off me! I cancelled my contract with the other company and will now only work with 4 seasons (Goettl)!!!!

Goettl Air / Four Seasons was a breath of fresh air after getting jerked around by American Home Shield! Had a HVAC failure, made a claim, paid $125 deductible, waited a week for Service. They came out and said not fixing due to wasps in service cut off box. Quoted $900+, price gouging! Killed wasps! Rang Goettl, they explaining pricing, deals, and arranging same day service. They have "Earned" my future business for my residence and properties we manage.
