March 2024 update.

Had Andrew come out to remove garbage disposal and repipe sink. He also swapped out 13 emergency water shut off valves in 3 bathrooms.
Andrew was professional, courteous and expedient. He did have to run out to get some supplies. He stayed until 7pm to complete the job on one trip.

May 2023 update. Technician Steve came today to do the summer rejuvenation. Friendly and professional tech. Explained the process and findings. Both systems are new, so everything checked out good. Did a god cleaning of coils and now all set for the summer season. Had them out for fall prevention service and to review the systems that are here. I just bought the house and needed to understand what was in place.

The service tech, Kevin was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained and provided photos and video of all components. He ensured keeping house clean and wore booties.

My second unit is not in the best shape, and Kevin explained each of the issues. I will follow up with service managér to determine next steps (repair or replacement).

I signed up for there service plan and am very pleased with the service and communication to date

12/21 Luis C came today to do routine maintenance on hot water heater. Professional and courteous. He did a through job and explained everything.

10/15. Juan came today and did a great job. He was professional, courteous and friendly. Was here for exterior water bid but also did a hot water heater. Took his time and explained everything.

10/22 update. Timothy was here to due furnace rejuvenation. Very professional, courteous and friendly. He did a very thorough inspection. Everything looked good, but did comment on lack of insulation as has been noted before. Did not have current code. But was ok. Explained the benefit of higher level/depth of insulation. Scheduled so as to get current rebates.

11/12/25. Calob came to install a whole house filter, purifier, water softener. Along with reverse osmosis in kitchen. Calob was was professional courteous and friendly. Very knowledgeable about the system and needs. He took his time and did not rush. He did run into a problem with the softener and worked it with the assistance of the home office. Calob left the place clean And all picked up. Great service and cheers the Goetrl!

Jacob Colvin came out from Goettl to check my tankless water heater. While he was at my home he checked the water softener. He did the water test on my water at the sink to make sure I was getting good water. Thanks 😊

Corey did an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable about toilets and gave me very good info about the different types. I would recommend him to all my friends who need a great plumber.

Had a new water heater installed today by your technician Conner. He did a fantastic job from start to finish. He let us know when he would be arriving via text and when he got here he explained what he would be doing today. He was very personable and professional from start to finish. He is a compliment to your organization! This is the third time I have had one of your techs come in for a job and I have not been disappointed!! Thank you again for the great service!!!

Daniel just completed our fall tuneup of our furnace. He checked the heat system and told that the heat system was fine.
He was prompt and very professional. As patt of my monthly maintenance agreement. He installed sensors for my furnace and hot water heater. He also suggested we use 20x25x3 filters in our return vent instead of the 20x25x1 filters that we used in the past.

Our technician Gerardo Leon was very knowledgeable and polite. He spent a lot of time trying to figure out the problem we were having and doing everything possible to dole it! He went above & beyond to help us out and told us what to do in the future to hopefully not have the issue again.

Jarrett was here and did a great job!Arrived on time, personable, good communication skills and clean. Had everything he needed. Very satisfied with the exceptional service. Went the extra mile. Left the place better than he found it. Very happy

Daniel R and Josh came on very short notice to remove and install a new water heater at our house. We have two infants and couldn’t have a break in our water supply. Extremely professional and courteous. They requested an earlier arrival time, were punctual, and completed the job before 4 pm. The quality of work is exceptional, and we will definitely utilize Goettl again.

Stanley Heath is a very professional, friendly and courteous Goettl plumbing expert. He performed all the plumbing maintenance required and kept me informed of all he was doing and why. I have had a new A/C installed a few years ago and just in the last year a new water heater and all new duct work. I couldn’t be more pleased. Goettl stands by their work and are quick to remedy any issues you may have/had.

Robert and Jasmine were professional, pleasant, and thoroughly explained their actions while here for our checkup. They even helped us get an estimate/bid for a replacement kitchen sink.

Frank McBride did a great job cleaning out our plumbing lines. Great attitude, very knowledgeable & kind. He was a very professional technician. 👍😃 Me & my husband were so impressed!

Ford Birdho came to my house to diagnose an issue with a water drip in my bathroom. It wasn’t dripping at the time so he went to the upstairs condo to check their shower & found the problem up there. We have since been working with a restoration company to get both residents taken care of.

Jesus Gloria came out today and was very helpful, he definitely upheld the high standard that our previous long time tech Matthew had initiated. Thank you Jesus!

We had a few issues with a shower repair. Apparently, Delta doesn't make repair or replacement parts for our 20 year old shower. Two months without our master bedroom shower! Chris from Goettle found a better than comparable unit that took two days to install. None of it was Goettle 's problem, but they got it done and we have a shower again!
Zack and his crew who did the tile work, made it look easy! We can't wait to try it out after the caulking and other stuff set up and dry out!

Jef is wonderful. He was punctual, kind, helpful, knowledgable, and prompt. He answered multiple questions I had and handled 2 things that bothered that I had no idea how to fix or that it was insanely easy.
Thank you Jef, for helping me keep my home cozy and safe.

The Goettle team never disappoints. Friendly & knowledgeable. Jacky was fast and thorough, provided us with recommendations, and went through all the inspections conducted. I would recommend the Sadie program, it's reasonably priced and they help you not forget when you need your annual services.

Jesus and Anthony came out today to look at my AC and Furnace. They did amazing work, explained everything in detail, and were friendly and professional. I couldn't ask for anything more. A+ service as always from Goettl.

My elderly father was extremely please with the plumbing service Josh provided. A challenging back yard leak to find, but Josh found leak and repaired. Cost very reasonable. Thank you so much!

Thank you to everyone at Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing that helped me with my water heater replacement. From call to finish in two days, excellent.
I especially want to give a shout out to Connor, who did the replacement, he was awesome. He was respectful and cleaned up afterwards. I even commented on how impressed I was that he was able to fit everything needed in a small space.
Overall I would recommend Goettl services especially in an inconvenient situation like mine. They will make you a priority.

Christian arrived at my home today for an inspection and was able to catch a problem in the making with my AC. I'm so thankful to have the help in getting it all fixed. Christian was very polite, professional and worked fast. I highly recommend!!

David the technician was very professional, polite and very knowledgable in his field. He noticed a safety measure that I should install on my HVAC system which I am having installed to keep my system and home safe.

Very satisfied with my heating check up. The technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. Showed me everything he inspected and explained his findings.

Rudy was awesomeal great tech and went into a lot of details with what he was going to do and gave great recommendations for future work. He went above and beyond in a lot of ways with his project and kept me aware of anything that popped up. Funny name, great service. 😁

This appointment was to check that my heater is working properly before winter arrives.

Kaelen was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He took the time to help me find the water main to the house which was hidden under grass. He also gave me some tips on water softener do's and dont's. He explained the options for unjamming or replacing my garbage disposal and got it done quickly. When my waterline was breached on a Saturday several weeks ago, all of the 'emergency plumbers' were unavailable. Goettl responded immediately. Quality work and explanation every step of the way.
Today the HVAC team came with a coil cleaning and suggested maintenance. Steven and Jonathon were top notch. Courteous, professional and informative. If you want it done right, get Goettl.

He took his time explaining everything he did and gave some great advice on how to keep my furnace running at peak efficiency. Jesus and Anthony are very sharp and they did an amazing job of analyzing my complicated hvac system in my 106 year old home. Jesus came up with a plan that will fix a problem caused by another hvac company that has cost me a lot in electric bills. They also recommended better Insullation which I had been lax in keeping up with. Jesus and Anthony are friendly and I have complete confidence i their honesty and integrity.

Stephen from Goettl, helped me and my family on an issue with my heather. He was so nice and wanted to make sure all the was correct he went above and beyond with making sure that we receive all the support that we could while he was here. He attention to detail his sincere interest in helping us was so refreshing. Thank you Stephen and Goettl for having such a great person working with you.

Isaias did a great job. He arrived on time, performed excellent work and explained everything. He is a very competent technician. When he found an issue he contacted his supervisor at Goettl who agreed to honor the warranty and begin a diagnostic process to determine the cause of the problem. Goettl always comes through for us and we recommend them highly.

I recently took a day off work and had a gazillion overdue errands to take care of, on a short schedule. A slow drain in my kitchen sink had turned into a full-on clog of nastiness just that morning, and the garbage disposal wasn't working for some reason. Goettl fit me in within a few hours of my call and sent Richard Wenzlaff to my door. He was punctual, polite, very efficient, friendly, and thorough. The fix turned out to be quite simple, but as a courtesy Richard ran a camera through the system to make sure we weren't missing any future problems and replaced a section of pipe that was starting to look worn around the edges as a precaution. And there was no charge at the end. Thank you, Richard!!!

I truly wouldn’t use anyone other than Goettl for all my home’s services. They are always very professional and respectful. Their service is beyond all other competitors. Hugo explained everything and I understood! Hugo is outstanding and very knowledgeable with HVAC.

Daniel R. did a VERY thorough job of our annual plumbing inspection and draining the water heater. On top of that, he was personable and explained everything he was doing.

JEFF was in today today to do some plumbing work and replace our unexpected leak . We were impressed by his job ethics and final work . Jeff was professional and answered all of our questions . We will be using Goettl for future needs .

Great experience with Peter for the free A/C inspection. I wasn’t expecting too much because I had a recent inspection (May 2025) from another company. However, I was wrong. He found some very concerning items which potentially saved our lives.

The technician, Ryan, was prompt, thorough, courteous and friendly. He drained the water heater, inspected the faucets/plumbing and installed the ventilation sensors and water leak detectors.

Brent Sloan is a great and knowledgeable individual to work with! He understood our home needs and demonstrated high professionalism within his line of work. Would highly recommend him and the company!

Today, Rodell did a thorough clean-out of our bathroom sink drains, including sending the camera down to check for build up out to the main connection to the sewer. This was included in our membership with no extra charge. He and his partner also found the mystery leak in the guest bathroom toilet and replaced the guts and seals. The thing I liked the best was his advice about maintenance and how that little hole in the sink is a real drain that also needs flushing out by letting the sink fill up periodically. Thanks for being so detailed.

Called Goettl to support in providing some estimates in moving my washer and dryer connections as part of a renovation project.
Given the extent of the work I need to get multiple quotes and some companies insist on expensive trip charges (one up to $500) to have a “specialist” assess before providing a quote for the work.
These guys were timely, transparent and uncomplicated. I appreciate Shane for quickly putting together an estimate before even leaving the house, providing multiple options at various price point and without pressure of upfront commitment.
I would feel confident moving forward with these guys. Thank you Shane!

8/18 update! We appreciate the ability of Goettl to come out ASAP which went from scheduled 9am next day to just 90 min after the call in. We have 2 AC units and the second one lasted 29 years, but it finally needed to go as of yesterday. We had Hunter this time and of course he was prompt, professional, thorough & informative.

6/2025 update: water filter installed - Max is fantastic! We needed some routine maintenance and he most certainly went above and beyond. Will ask for him again - don’t hesitate to ask for Max, or any of these professional, knowledgeable service providers!

Aaron was great. Kind, professional, thorough with work. We trust this company, and they provide quality. Appreciate their approach to service, and their respect for the clients. Recommend Goettl if you want quality work - quality isn’t cheap but it is affordable!

We had our tankless water heater flushed and serviced. Jacob was very thorough, explained what he was doing,, I have requested Jacob for another service we are planning soon based on his professionalism and experience.

Dustin was here most of the day he didn’t leave till about 2:30. He did a great job worked hard in the heat. Very personable and very helpful. Did a great job.

Nate came to inspect our HVAC systems. He did a very thorough job, then went through his findings and recommendations with us, including numerous photos he had taken. His explanations of issues were very clear, and he explained our options. His knowledgeable, professional, and friendly manner were greatly appreciated. He returned in a couple of days to help implement the repairs we decided to make, and we had a wonderful experience again. Would highly recommend Goettl and Nate!

Alex came to drain/clean the tankless water heater and check for any plumbing leaks. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with his work.

Stanley Heath is an asset to Goettl! He came to do a routine plumbing maintenance service. He was full of knowledge and experience and one of the most personable employees of Goettl that I have come across. I have had my A/C installed with Goettl and I also have the Sadie maintenance plan, which includes the free plumbing maintenance too. I hope Goettl values Stanley, he is worth every $ they pay him and much more.

We've used Goettl for a couple years now. They installed our new AC system about 3 years ago, everything is running perfectly. We also use them for twice a year checkups, once in the spring for cooling and once in the fall for heating. Always ontime and very professional and thorough. I highly recommend their services.

Davey was awesome. Polite, knowledgable and friendly and he helped us preserve the integrity of our system. Highly recommend Goettl. I also signed up for the 2 yr maintence plan which is a "no brainer" given the fact that it covers the cost of this visit AND 3 more visits per year... They know how to keep satisfied customer for sure!!

Mohamed Phallah is an excellent technician! On time, respectful, and his work was thorough, cutting no corners and explained the project from start to finish. Very happy customer. Oh, the rest of the crew were great too 😉. I had old attic insulation upgraded and brought to code.

John Nedza was the technician that came to my house to replace my toilet and fix a drain relief valve on the hot water heater. He was professional, efficient and cleaned up. I’m very pleased!

I recently had maintenance service by Franklyn with Goettl A/C and Plumbing. He was wonderful! Checked everything and kept me informed each step . Very thorough and professional. Just a really great personality too! I definitely recommend Franklyn and Goettl!!

Nov 05 2025: Seasonal maintanence checkup and this go around I got Adam. Not one bit less experienced. I was given heads up of his arrive. He came, performed his maintenence inside and out and at the end provide his assessment alone with photos. Goettl techs don't come in and leave in 15 minutes, they are through in what they do. Great job Adam.
Nov 22 2024: Seasonal maintanence check and I once again was fortunate to get Jacobi again. He is a well thorough service tech. Everything went smooth and he explained what he saw and did. A+++++
Mar 25 2024: My service tech's name is Jacobi. He is a very knowledable individual. He mentioned he does maintenance and installation. I was due a routine maintenance but for this call my furance wasn't turning on. He diagnosed and explained it was the blower. Very pleased with his work.
Aug 27 2020: Jeremy did a great job.Called when he was heading over. Cleaned out the dripping pan and cleaned out the drain pipe. Wore his mask while he was inside my house.
Great, fast service even on July 4 2018. Tony was my service tech. He diagnosed and got me up and running ASAP.

Since Google review only allows one review per business. I’m Writing this review for Shane Smith and for Zach Carlisle, two different individuals that did two entirely different jobs. Both of them deserve a five star review.

He arrived promptly, explained all options clearly, and guided us through the process with professionalism and friendliness. Shane's knowledge and patience made our decision-making easy. It has been a busy week with Goettl plumbing and AC services!!! Technician Johnathan Johnson came to look at my AC and Heating. Johnathan was very professional and gave me some great advice about maintaining my AC. He was great with my furr baby!!!!

Brent Sloan with Goettl Plumbing was able to drain my hydronic HVAC system and cleaned a bunch of sediment from my shower head to get both my heating and shower working well.

Chris is a great technician. He performed our yearly heating check and balanced our HVAC system to perfection. He also balanced our new air purification system. We highly recommend Chris and Goettl for all of your HVAC and plumbing needs! 5 stars!

A water heater maintenance appointment was scheduled; service technician Alek DeLaRosa arrived the next day as promised and did an exemplary job resolving the issues at hand. Particularly noted were his professional behavior, technical expertise, and communication skills. Also, kudos to the schedulers handling the telephone request for service.

Goettl has been amazing w/prices and top-notch work. The service technicians have been nothing but great. We had Mike H install a whole new water heater, pressure valve regulator, and new washer hoses. Initially, the visit was for a free full house plumbing check that comes free w/our membership, and we suspected our water heater was having issues so it was helpful to have Mike come out and check. He checked our water heater last, and, unfortunately, our suspicions were correct. Our water heater needed to be replaced b/c it was old. Mike explained to us the issues it was experiencing, and the too high pressure level our water was at. He made it clear the urgency needed in replacing the water heater and lowering the water pressure level, but he never made us feel pressured to make any decisions right then and there w/him, which we appreciated. However, we still decided in the moment to move forward w/Mike at Goettl b/c we had such a great experience w/Goettl HVAC during the summer, so we trusted him and his recommendations. Thankfully, Mike was able to tackle the biggest problem that same day and at that moment — the water pressure level. He made us feel like a priority and that our peace of mind, finances, and home mattered. We were able to get in just a couple of business days later for the whole water heater revamp. Day of water heater installation, Mike showed up on time, early, and completed the work in just a few hours. It was impressive. He left the work area clean, debris free, and his final work looks amazing. Mike was personable, professional, and made us feel like he genuinely cared about our home. 10/10 would recommend Mike H from Goettl. 10/10 would recommend Goettl in general — great company, knowledgeable service technicians, affordable prices, and amazing work.

Daniel Ramirez was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job thoroughly identifying and assessing the plumbing issues I’m facing after a recent foundation elevation. Gustavo was a wonderful technician. The window was 1pm - 5pm and he was thoughtful enough to contact me to tell me he would be arriving closer to 4pm in order for me to be able to run my errands and make calls,etc. He is the 1st tech ever to be so considerate.He explained what year the inside unit was and the year of the outside unit being 10 years old and that the compressor needed to be replaced and the approximate cost. He was very polite and a hard worker. I would recommend him to any friends All of their tech have been very good,but he was the best so far.

After a few hiccups with scheduling things went very smoothly. Pablo took the time to listen to what I needed and the urgency of it all. He took care of the situation and got what he needed to get me back on the schedule immediately. Thank you Pablo for understanding the urgency 🙏🏽

Very impressed with Chris Vanwinkle. Arrived as scheduled, repaired the toilet quickly, took all the time needed to show us what went wrong and what he did to repair.

We were having issues with our furnace not igniting and having the heat remain running. We contacted Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing for their service. Pablo, their technician, came to the house and ran several diagnostic tests to determine what was going on. He was persistent in finding out what was wrong and why the furnace would not stay running to give us heat. He made several trips to the house to continue to work on the furnace and solved the issue. Not only did he discover the gas valve was the problem, the new one installed was faulty as well. Goetll Air Conditioning has been exceptionally great to work with. Their staff and dispatch members worked with us to get out to the house each time in less than 24 hours and always kept us posted through texts and call backs, even on the weekends. Technician Edgar arrived and instantly communication was very easy. I felt he was working with me and not for me. When an unexpected problem occurred, he was able to adjust the solution to specifically resolve my problem. Absolutely delighted with Edgar and Goettle.

We had Geo come out on a Saturday in the afternoon so to a water heater issue. He showed up in good time and was able to identify the problem. He gave us a couple of different options to fix or replace the unit with no pressure on us. We decided to get a new water heater installed and he was able to do it the same day. Geo made sure we had all the information we needed and answered all of our questions. After the installation was complete he made sure to show us all of the setting and explain everything that he setup. Geo did a phenomenal job! Thank you Geo!

I requested a plumbing drain inspection from Goettl. Service rep arrived introduced him self and went quickly to work. He was courteous and polite. He proceeded to inspect my plumbing and Drains. Shortly after he visited my hot water room he requested be to accompany him to observe there was a stream of water coming out of thr drain pan. He reviewed with me some of the items associated with my current installation that might be best updated and replaced. He gave me an estimate and we should. Hands and he proceeded to remove and replace my hot water heater. The job was completed and tested tan a timely manner and he left the area in a clean and organized manner. We ordered a new refrigerator from Lowe’s. When they delivered it, they said they could not install the water line. We were not familiar with plumbers so we asked our neighbor who did the plumbing in his new shower. He said Goettl and he was very happy with the results. I called them they sent out a wonderful servicemen, Gerardo Gonzalez. The builders had used 3/8” pipes and Lowe’s seemed to only have 1/4” connectors. Gerardo solved our problem and we had to get Lowe’s out again the next day to finish the install. We highly recommend Goettl and appreciate the caliber of their staff!

This is how a service/install company should work. Price was exactly as quoted and was very fair, comparing to multiple others. They never tried to add on extras like all the others did. Installation day was when they said it would be. They scheduled the building permit, attended the inspection, and it was on time. Best for last, the system works perfectly and is super quiet Why can't more companies do business like this.

We have been Sadi club members for years. The service is excellent from the customer service representatives that answer the phone to the individual technicians that come out to your home. Two years ago we replaced our AC unit and went with a Goettl installation after years of having them maintain our older unit.
This past week our service technician was Andrew Morgan and he is such a friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled technician. He spent time making sure the job was done correctly and he explained it in terms that I could understand. Not only is our unit functioning even better than before, I also gained knowledge of how the system works.

Called with a broken pipe under house. Napoleon came out quickly and got the repair done super fast. Such a kind person and was very reassuring when I was freaking out. Such a great company!

Griffin Cottrell did the yearly check of my air conditioning unit. He seemed knowledgeable, thorough and persistent. When he found the unit was functioning at 35%, he continued to search for the reason why. He replaced the capacitor and cleaned the coils which improved the function. I would highly recommend Griffin, as well as Goettl for your air conditioning needs.

We called on a Saturday and thankfully Christian Acosta was the one on call to help us out. He was knowledgeable, kind, super patient with our very curious child, and did absolutely everything in his power to get our AC back on. Unfortunately the blower motor was toast. He got us set up with a window unit for the time being and. Fast forward to today, Wednesday, and Christian and Ian came to install a new blower motor for us. Both gentleman were wonderful! They kept us informed of the process and what to expect as they replaced the parts. Our house is already cooling back down and I have Christian and Ian to thank for that! They did inform us of a military discount, which was very helpful, and they insured the entire process was as streamlined as it could be. If we ever need assistance in the future, I will be calling and asking for Christian and Ian because I know they will ensure that our HVAC system has been treated with the highest quality of service. They also brought our son an adorable plushie of Sadie, the Goettle mascot, and a flashlight. Its comforting to know that when Christian and Ian are on the job, you'll be taken care of as if they were working on their own homes.

I had a plumbing issue that was addressed within 2 hours by an extremely knowledgeable master plumber that explained every step of the repair. His expertise and kind communication were reassuring.

Jerry also noticed our water pressure was low after flushing toilet then trying to wash hands in bathroom sink which were so he suggested a new pressure regulator as we have had a new better water conditioning system installed. We now have the best water pressure even when using a shower and kitchen sink faucet at the same time. Also Jerry is a master plumber and we appreciate his knowledge and experience. Will definitely call Goettl again when a plumber is needed.

Company sent us Stanley to help with a water line for our refrigerator. Had several problems but Stanley was very knowledgeable and informed us of all decisions and you could tell he just lived his job. It was a pricey fix and I respected Stanley more for being situationally aware that my wife and I needed to talk in private. He informed us, gave space and time to decide, and ultimately helped us out with the repairs. Others in management were very helpful too. Overall great experience

5 star service from Edgar who had to come do a second inspection after the home warranty company did not properly calibrate the unit. He was able to get the unit running smoother and provide great documentation for when I need to call the warranty company.

Andrew was on time, determined the flange needed to be replaced, gave us the quote and scope of work, and made the repairs. He explained how the placement was off, and that it appeared to have been like that since construction (21 years ago when we built).
Now we have a new flange, installed correctly, and ready for the new toilet!

Had an issue after a recent servicing and called for help. I don't know who the woman was that I spoke with in the phone but she was empathetic and very kind. She did what she could to make sure someone could come out same day and was able to find someone even though it was Labor Day weekend! Had a gas line in my home that needed repair. Goettl was quick to send a technician that night even though it was well past business hours. Chris came over and gave us a quote.
