The service tech Rashon S. was so diligent in replacing the water tank for my Reverse Osmosis system. Unfortunately, the manufacturer didn't pack the required hookup attachments with it. He went out and found the missing items needed so he could finish the job. He also replaced a bathroom tub faucet for me. Rashon was very professional and explained everything as he worked on both jobs. So pleased with him!
