- CIPP Lining – a thermoplastic lining sleeve is inserted into the broken sewer line then sealed, completely replacing the damaged pipe section. This emergency pipe repair lasts for decades, and resolves frequent clogs caused by imperfections in pipe interiors.
- Pipe “Bursting” – We “burst” the old pipe apart underground using a specialized steel head. The new pipe is then connected in its place. Some limited digging around the broken section is required.

Trenchless Sewer Repair avoids the additional labor costs, property disruption, and time commitment involved with sewer line trenching. By fixing your sewer line mostly or entirely from the inside, we can patch leaks, repair hard-to-reach pipes, or replace broken sections.
How quickly can Trenchless Sewer Repair be completed?
Nearly all trenchless sewer pipe repairs can be completed in a day or less, making them ideal for emergency repairs.
How strong are Trenchless Sewer Repairs compared to traditional pipe replacement?
The thermoplastic pipe linings and fiberglass spot patches used in trenchless sewer repairs are both durable and damage resistant. Pipe lining is extremely durable and has a 50-year life expectancy (about as long as the same pipes they help repair). All our pipe lining is backed by a10-year liner warranty from Goettl.
What makes CIPP, Pipe Bursting, and Localized Pipe Patching different?
Cured in Place Pipe lining inserts an epoxy-covered, thermoplastic sleeve into the broken pipe, where it cures in place using a powerful epoxy. Once it hardens, the new lining works the same as a replacement pipe, and even prevents clogs formed by interior cracks and imperfections in the original interior surface.
Pipe Bursting breaks the old, damaged pipe apart underground using specialized reenforced cutting head, then pulls a new section of pipe into place behind it. Local holes are dug around the break to accommodate the drilling and replacement setup.
Localized Pipe Patching (or Spot Repairs) involve using a camera scope and rubber bladder to affix a fiberglass patch over a small crack in the sewer line, or limited area of damage. Once the epoxy on the patch cures, the leak is sealed from the inside.

Is chemical root removal better than excavation and cutting?
Using herbicide to kill intrusive roots inside your sewer line avoids disturbing, and potentially damaging, your pipes. It is preferred over excavation due to how minimally invasive the service is; however, it is less reliable than methods like hydro jetting, which is another trenchless solution that involves no digging.
