We saw pictures and even a video, we saw that the capacitor was the problem and the electric motor was done (oil leaks from the bearing). We had our air conditioning unit installed in March 2020 and it always felt like it wasn’t working quite right. Had a few service technicians out but they could never find anything wrong. It wasn’t until technician Alexander C. came out yesterday and found the problem. A wire going to the heating unit was not connected causing both the heater and air conditioning unit to not work properly. Now our home is comfortable again.

Our tech Matt T. was awesome! Our appointment was between 9 AM and 1 PM, and Matt was there at 9 AM. Our air conditioning unit had stopped working yesterday.
