What your Phoenix neighbors have to say
Comfy House Again!
Emergency AC Repair Call
One of our HVAC systems started to show some issues. With the high temperatures on the horizon, we decided to call Goettl and they sent out Caleb R. that same day. We saw pictures and even a video, we saw that the capacitor was the problem and the electric motor was done (oil leaks from the bearing). Caleb had a universal type motor in his truck. u003cbru003eA big thank you to Goettl and Caleb R. for an excellent and professional service call.
Heat Wave, No Problem
Emergency AC Repair Service
During this recent heat wave, my air conditioner suddenly stopped working. I called first thing and Goettl was able to schedule Chris R., the next day. Chris was customer service oriented, knowledgeable, and professional. He replaced several broken parts to get the unit back up and running successfully that same day. I truly appreciated the quality of service provided and would recommend using Goettl if you have those needs. Thank you!
Finally, A Solution!!
Emergency AC Repair Call
We had our air conditioning unit installed in March 2020 and it always felt like it wasn’t working quite right. Had a few service technicians out but they could never find anything wrong. It wasn’t until technician Alexander C. came out yesterday and found the problem. A wire going to the heating unit was not connected causing both the heater and air conditioning unit to not work properly. Now our home is comfortable again.
Quick Fix? OK with us!
Emergency AC Repair Call
Our tech Matt T. was awesome! Our appointment was between 9 AM and 1 PM, and Matt was there at 9 AM. Our air conditioning unit had stopped working yesterday. My husband and I couldn’t afford the cost to replace the broken parts, but Matt put a repair “band-aid” on our air conditioner, just so we can have air conditioning! i’m not sure why it took us so long to find this place, but now I know I’ll never go anywhere else again!
113? No AC, No Fun
Emergency AC Repair Call
Our air conditioner failed and our usual company told us to find an emergency service. No way to treat loyal customers for over 40 years. I called Goettl and we had a tech at our door in about 90 minutes. We bought Goettl’s highest rated unit. They arrived the next day and did a beautiful job. The tech Raphael was the one who kept us updated on the whole process. He was professional. Thank you, Goettl for helping us out in temperatures that exceeded 113.
AC Stopped Sunday!
Emergency AC Repair Call
My AC unit stopped working on a Sunday. I couldn’t get anyone to come out till Wednesday. But Chris came to my house earlier than scheduled and looked over my AC. He identified the problem quickly, had the part with him in the truck and fixed it right away. He was very nice and knowledgeable about air conditioning. I wish that my maintenance guy who came in April was as thorough as Chris. Thanks Chris, and thank you Goettl
He Stayed Really Late!
Emergency AC Repair Service
We called multiple air conditioning companies and Goettl was the only one that would come out right away. Less than two hours later, at 8 o’clock at night, Ronald looked our system over and gave us multiple options and did not pressure us into any of them. When we decided to get a new air conditioner, he stayed past 11 o’clock until the purchase was done. This company treats everyone with respect. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
Even On Friday Night
Emergency AC Repair Call
Friday evening I realized there was a problem with my A/C fan and my house was 80 degrees and rising. I called Goettl and they sent a tech the next day. Jaime showed up and quickly diagnosed the issue. He truly saved the day for both myself and my very pregnant daughter. We went from panicking to total comfort in record time. We're really happy to work with this company. If you have an HVAC predicament, I can't recommend them enough!
Honest AC Company!
Emergency AC Repair Service
If you are looking for a knowledgeable and honest air conditioning company you need to call Goettl! John N. came out to service my unit that was not working. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what was happening and returned my unit to working condition- blowing cold air again! He even left us with some gifts. I highly recommend Goettl for your air conditioning service and maintenance needs.

Help! I'm Out Of State
Emergency AC Repair call
I was calling around looking for emergency help with an Airbnb I own where the primary A/C was not working. Goettl had someone at my house on a Friday by 8:00pm. Eric M. worked so hard and I heard this from my renter as well. He was keeping me posted via text and phone calls as I am in WA state. The problem was solved. The company was sent a full report along with photos was emailed to me. And their pricing was very fair.
