We came home Thursday at 5:00 pm to a hot house. By 6:00 pm the Goettl AC service tech was there for a diagnosis. By 7:00 pm the sales rep was there to discuss options. By Friday at 5:00 pm the new AC was blowing cold, as promised. Never thought it could be done in 24 hours but it was. Post installation follow up has been amazing and I am really pleased with the entire process. Nice Job Goettl And nice job Shane!!!

Even though I have a Home Warranty, I called Goettl. The warranty service men always did bare minimum. Nathan cleaned the coils, that had ignored for years, etc. Nathan was very thorough and took pictures to show us what we needed to keep our AC working appropriately. He explained their service program that gives one tune up for AC and another for Furnace each year and 10% off of parts, filter shipped, all for $19.95 a month.
