Another company messed up our AC and refused to come fix it. We made a call very late in the day to Goettl and they sent a technician out after hours to restore our air-conditioning unit. Our technician, Craig, went above and beyond to identify the issue, clearly explain the situation to us using pictures, and resolve the issue. I'm extremely impressed by this company's professionalism and dedication to their customers.

Top notch company from when you call for service all the way to when the tech leaves the house. My AC was not cooling and they sent Jarred out to fix it. Jarred was a pro! Explained every step to educate me and did a full check of my system even after he found the problem. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Brent came out today I thought my water softener was broken. But I think the eclipse or the bad storm we had last night goofed up. So now it's fixed. There was nothing wrong with it just needed to add 100 pounds of salt. It's a great water softener! 100% recommend Goettl.Another great experience with goettl! Brent Sloan, my Plumber, came out and installed four new high-end Kohler toilets in my bathrooms. I use GOETTL for my HVAC, my heating system, and all of my plumbing needs. 08/08/24 I normally do not write any reviews but Cobi is THEE BEST Technician I have experienced using for my HVAC service. In my personal opinion if you have the option of having this tech dispatched for any of your HVAC needs you will most definitely be more than satisfied and reassured. This is my second time contacting this company which I saw did not have the best in reviews but am certainly grateful to have had this technician resolve my issue. Again I will state that Cobi is VERY meticulous with outstanding attention to detail and cannot say enough about him. The smallest things make the biggest difference for him. I don’t have the ability to compensate him but he is most definitely worthy of any compensation that reflects all that he has done and continues to do.
We have always gone with 1 or 2 different companies so our first time with Goettl. Will go forth in the future with only this company OMG!! Jarod was the best. Honestly his personality, his mannerisms were so great. You just don't find this type of customer service anymore. Give Jarod a raise. He was tremendously great and I was pleasantly amazed by him. Matt, the tech at Goettl, was proficient at providing us a free estimate of 2 new water heaters. He analyzed our kitchen and bathrooms to make sure these water heaters could handle our demand . And in future both water heaters will be handling household demand. We are very happy we chose Goettl.

My A/C decided to quit on July 4. As is typical in Texas in July the temp was over 100 degrees. Goettl was able to schedule a service appt the same day. Jarrod and Jemaris arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly. They explained the issues and told me what I could do to keep everything running efficiently. Jarrod and Jemaris were professional and courteous. I can't recommend them more highly.

As soon as he arrived, he had a smile on his face and handed me a Goettl Sadie stuffed dog and flashlight—that is a wonderful gesture from Goettl. He talked me through the service he was providing and also provided some additional insight into how Goettl may be able to help us in the future—it was wonderful because he was truly just informing me, as opposed to some of the pressure tactics I’ve seen with other service providers. Craig was excellent. He was in the attic when the temperature was 100 or more. He worked about 2 hours and would not stop till he found the problem. Goettl is 100% better than the Strand brothers. I would recommend them to anyone.

Goettle has treated me right since my first call to them 3 years ago. If some reason they are unable to make it they call you the day before or early the morning of so you are not waiting. The reps seemed to have been trained properly because each time one has came out I learn something new that I didn't know about my system. Most recently, Christian S. came out and thoroughly explained why things were happening and provided a resolution to help. He also, in my opinion, went above what he was supposed to do to try and help me resolve the problem without paying an arm and leg for it. I would definitely recommend Goettle and their staff to do a job.Update 5/28/24: Had a Wil Howington one of the plumbers come out and he was definitely helpful and informative. Recommended some things to do as prevention measures and didn't try to upscale me on some other things.

A hot water system leak is painful no matter when it occurs but on a national holiday it’s a stressor all its own. I called Goettl at noon and they worked me in. Wil Howington got here at 5 and had the leaking line at the recirculation pump cut out and replaced in an hour. Outstanding job and incredibly nice guy. I’m definitely a fan.
He was knowledgeable, polite and explained in a way I understood things.
It took a few days to get all sorted out but, Wil,Blaine and Richard did a great job. They were friendly, caring and competent about what they were doing. Will recommend Goettl to my friends and family.

Excellent walk thru and show&tell of all problems he found.Our 12yr old AC system, installed at build for cheapest model and I'm sure also by 4th or 5th party contractors, was in worse shape than I thought. He explained everything thoroughly and didn't push for us to make expensive decisions.... which unfortunately I think we have to make anyways.I would highly recommend the Goettel company.

Craig Norris recently check my ac units. He thoroughly cleaned the condensers, checked the system in the attic, made sure the cooling was working correctly through out the house. Best work I’ve had in a long time!! And he was friendly and polite.
I assume this is for the plumber, I had 2 service persons in yesterday.I was less than pleased. He came across as a doom and gloom salesman. Always referencing how my individual shut offs could fail at any moment and flood my home. Also he removed my hose from the outdoor bib. I found it cross threaded this morning.He was a very personal person, but the cross threaded hose brings to question his attention detail. his sales techniques felt hard sale.
I chose to reach out to Goettl, based on reviews, to diagnose short cycling of my AC unit. I called one evening at roughly 6pm expecting to possibly get on their schedule in the coming days. To my surprise they offered to come out that evening! Within an hour of my call, Jackson showed up to diagnose the issue. (Side note: Great automated text message system to alert you when a tech is assigned, their name, picture, and real time tracking of their location.)Jackson spent a good 1-2 hours diagnosing our issue, was very clear in communicating what he was finding, and clear in suggesting a fix. All in all, a great first impression using this business for the first time!

I have been using Goettl for a few years now. Before Goettl, I tried having other AC repair companies come out. The other companies tried to get me to replace my 2-year old unit completely while others caused more problems that I started with. Goettl has been great and provided amazing service. Craig was assigned to my most recent visit and he did a phenomal job explaining issues he identified and worked with me to figure out the best course of action to take. He spent time to explain some of the more complicated issues with me, along with displaying images he took of each part and problem. The 5 star review is for himOn the other side and unrelated to his service.. charging $200 dollars for a fuse which is under $10 dollars it’s an obscene overcharge for a part/. Service charge I get, $89 house call to check I get … but $200 dollars for the part is just an absolute insanity.

Their telephone customer service is top shelf, effective, and overall the experience has been great. I had a problem with what was seemingly a clog in my kitchen sink and called Goettl for plumbing assistance. They were quick to respond and sent someone out the next day. Wil was thorough, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He explained the issue to me and was able to fix the clog and also provide options for a much larger issue that he discovered when snaking the main lines. I would definitely call them again if the need arises. Thank you!

Cobi did an amazing job. We had a new heating and air conditioning system installed by another company last year. We immediately had issues and they did not honor the warranty. We had multiple companies come out claiming there wasn't anything wrong. Kobe was able to diagnose the system within minutes and was able to find all the issues that were causing the system to not properly function. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and proficient. The sales manager Chris was completely understanding and empathetic to our situation and was able to help us get everything done without us having to pay an arm and a leg. I would recommend this company to anyone I know.

Brent was here today to take a look at my water heater. Will had done a great job with install along with the HVAC crew, Fernando, I think, 1 month ago. Yesterday, something set off my flood stop, and my pilot light went out. Brent arrived to help fix what google and youtube couldn't explain. I am super grateful for all the staff I may have not mentioned that have helped so much over there. Thank you!

UPDATE: maintenence service done on 1/22/24 by Jacobi Holliday was professional, friendly and turned up some needed duct work. Jacobi was Awesome! We would like to have him back for tomorrow's work. Plus, Brent did a good job of diagnosing our sink issue. He also promptly got my bathtub drainnreplaced and working. Looks like we'll be spening more time with Goettl this week, but stuff must be done. We'll done, Goettl!!UPDATE: service done on 12/7/23 by Jarod Wallquist who installed.new thermostats throughout our home. Fantastic work, expertly done, and.we Love the new thermostats! Nice and cool out here now! Very professional, competent, and friendly. We are indeed "very happy, happy, happy" now. Great service experience and we will use Goetl again!
