Emergency Plumbing Call
Mike has done a lot of plumbing work for our home. He is on time, polite and really did a thorough inspection to accurately diagnose the issues. Goettl has always been great with us. They are always punctual and on time. We've been able to make last minute appointments easily. We recently joined their Membership Program and were surprised when they called to say we had a free AC unit maintenance included. The monthly rate is very reasonable and with discounts on all scheduled work, it's an easy decision.
Saturday Call!
Water Heater Repair Call
We had Geo come out on a Saturday afternoon for a water heater issue. He identified the problem quickly and gave us options to fix or replace the unit with no pressure. We decided on a new water heater and he was able to do the installation the same day. Geo made sure we had all the information we needed and answered all of our questions. He showed us all the settings and explained everything he set up. Geo did a phenomenal job!
Knew My Options!
AC REPAIR SERVICE CALL
Dan was very informative and understanding as well as very efficient. He explained everything and made sure we understood all our options. Goettl needs more techs like Dan who was obviously more interested in our satisfaction than anything else. We decided to give him a chance to be our technician for any calls involving HVAC. Will post another review in October after our fall maintenance.
Second Opinion!
Plumbing Estimate Call
Robert provided great service. This company and Robert saved me from being ripped off by another vendor. The person on the phone was kind and got Robert out within 30–40 minutes. Robert fixed the faucet the other company couldn't, tested the water levels, cleaned faucet screens, found a running toilet on his own, and spent over 2 hours restoring everything I needed — all under consultation. He gave me information on future work with no pressure tactics. They charged me nothing for this initial visit.
Smart Sadie Pays Off!
Furnace Rejuuuvenation®
We had a fantastic experience with Jef from Goettl — he came out the same day for furnace maintenance and cleaning. He immediately put booties on before coming inside and took the time to take photos and walk me through everything he was seeing. I had a lot of questions about upkeep since some of our equipment is aging, and he explained everything clearly without any pressure. Their annual membership is also very reasonably priced and makes ongoing maintenance simple. Highly recommend.
Great Service Team!
Furnace Repair Service Call
The technician, Anthony, came on time and texted me while he was on the way. He got access to the furnace and took pictures, fixing a lot of what I was concerned about. He worked thoroughly in the attic and cleaned up after the service. Due to the fact that the system is nearly 20 years old, the furnace is getting near the end of its life cycle — I was offered several replacement options, but I declined. When it's time to replace the furnace, I would definitely call Goettl again.
No Upsell. Just Facts!
AC Rejuuuvenation® Service
Very pleasant, efficient, professional and personable technician. We really liked him. He was on time! The AC system compressor repair as well as annual AC maintenance was done quickly. The technician gave us an estimate for a recommended maintenance and also an estimate for a replacement of our aging system. He was not a pushy salesman. He just gave us the facts. We will continue with the annual maintenance program.
Showed Me Proof!
Air Conditioning Repair Call
Davey B was awesome. Very friendly, personable, thorough and professional. Very detailed review of pictures and explanation of issues and gave us three quotes for repair costs. Afterwards he was able to locate parts and get him scheduled the next day to complete repairs. Again, he provided pictures of repairs and the charge was exactly what was quoted. Have a high confidence in his work! Thanks for great job Davey!
Water Pressure Too!
Water Heater Repair Call
We had Mike H install a whole new water heater, pressure valve regulator, and new washer hoses — the visit started as a free full house plumbing check with our membership. He explained the urgency but never pressured us to decide on the spot. He tackled the water pressure issue that same day and completed the water heater installation a couple days later. Mike was personable, professional, and made us feel like he genuinely cared about our home. 10/10.
AC In A Single Day!
Air Conditioning Install
We are in a 20-year-old home that had never received regular HVAC servicing. Goettl sent us Tyrone to evaluate our system — he had the right equipment and knowledge to get the job done in short order. We then had our HVAC unit replaced. The excellent team of three techs (Marco, Andrew and Jaime) were very professional and did the work in a single day. Pricing was right too, and this is coming from a retired career facilities manager. They have my future business!
He's A Rock Star!
Air Conditioning Repair Call
Great experience! Same day service. Diego was very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly found the issue with our AC unit and replaced a part. He explained everything so I understood and all of my options. We will be needing to replace our 20+ year AC and furnace in the near future and will definitely be calling Goettl A.C. & Plumbing for the job! Thank you again Diego! You are a rockstar!
Less Than 24 Hours!
Furnace Repair Service Call
We were having issues with our furnace not igniting and having the heat remain running. Pablo came to the house and ran several diagnostic tests to determine what was going on. He was persistent in finding out what was wrong — not only did he discover the gas valve was the problem, but the new one installed was faulty as well. Goettl's dispatch worked with us to get out to the house each time in less than 24 hours and always kept us posted through texts and callbacks, even on the weekends. They treated us like family!
