Sammie did a fantastic job, no actually a phenomenal job. We had a variety of issues at a home we just bought. He checked and cleaned every drain in the house (yes there were multiple issues) and then did the main lines as well. In fact he discovered the main sewer connection was broken! He left no stone unturned! Kudos to someone who takes pride in their work! We have since lined up the local sewer company to get the main fixed. The company is a bit pricey but in the long run worth it. Goettl is now my go to for any plumbing issues!

Tyrone removed and replaced the HVAC controller and attempted to reset my furnace's heat across the four areas of my home and attempted to reset the HVAC controller to a stabilized temperatures across the four areas. The three photos attached show the temperatures in three areas within the home. One shows a temperature of 97°F, another one is at 67°F. Neither are the temperatures that the wall controllers are set to be.I'm not Happy, Happy, Happy, YET!!

I highly recommend 4 Seasons Heating & Cooling. Eric was here and hour after I called. He immediately found the problem and was very professional. Since I moved into my new home, 4 Seasons has installed a new furnace, humidifier, air conditioner, insulation in the attic and have cleaned the air ducts. They are dependable and trustworthy.

Chris figured out the problem! He immediately thought that he couldn’t fix it today because it seemed like the new pilot light part of the installation wasn’t working….. But in fact, it was a loose connection that needed to be reset. Therefore, he fixed it quickly and today.He was great! Not sure why that happened, but he fixed it.
They came out right away on a Sunday. My one heater stopped heating. The technician was very professional and efficient. He checked both heating units and replaced parts that needed replacing. The cost was very reasonable.
They got me in within an 1 hr spent the time finding the part and fixed our heater! Will definitely use them in the future!!

Communication was great. I have an older unit in a rental property that was blowing cold air. So often an older system is recommended to be replaced rather than repaired. Not here. Dan explained what repair was needed to get the system running, why the system had shut down, and made a suggestion of an additional repair so it would continue to run properly. I found the pricing to be reasonable, was able to get an appointment same day on a holiday weekend and now my tenant has heat. Thank you Dan!
We received excellent service from Jef. I would highly recommend Goettl Air conditioning. I called around 7 AM and Jef Showed up on the same day and I received prompt service.
Kudos to the two technicians, Marco and Jaime, who installed our new furnace last week. In the cramped attic (standard for a DR Horton home) they disassembled the old furnace and replaced it with a much better, more reliable furnace. All on the same day. Jaime also replaced the old filters and set up a series of sensors (free of charge) for the furnace, intake, vent and water heater. He then downloaded and explained the phone app for monitoring the sensors. After they left that afternoon, I fiddled with the thermostat (installed by Goettl when they replaced the air conditioner earlier this year) and messed up the settings to such an extent that it no longer functioned as expected. That same evening, Marco returned and reset the thermostat. Now it functions perfectly.

Yesterday, my residential furnace malfunctioned. In an effort to save money, I did my best to troubleshoot the problem by replacing the air filter and the thermostat. Both failed to solve the problem and it was getting later in the evening and colder by the hour.In March of 2024, a Goettl Service Technician, Tanner, inspected and rejuvenated my furnace with details of his findings and recommendations for repair or replacement. Tanner, who was very knowlegable and professional left me grateful for the services of Goettl.So, I called Goettl , about 5:00 P.M. and I spoke with Tanya, A Goettl Customer Service Representative. Understanding the urgency of my situation, Tanya immediately scheduled a Techniian to repair my furnace that evening! My experience with Tanya was so pleasant, enjoyable and informative which provided me with a calming I needed from my earlier stress!Thank you Tanya!Lastly, when Pablo arrived at my home, a Goettl Technician armed with all he needed to correct my furnace malfunction, was very methodical, highly professioanl and a joy to meet. After two hours of ladder climing, probing the problem and succesfully repairing my furnace, he never appeared frustrated and he gave me confidence that the problem was solved! 4 Seasons has been excellent to work with. They replaced my 26 year old AC unit last year and I knew the company whom I used in ‘96 had changed hands.Fast forward to my A/C Spring maintenance I knew I had to replace my 1985 duct work and was in dire need of attic insulation as well.Logan and Tyler were terrific in working w me and getting the job assessed, a good quote and immediately lined up the 2 man crew Arturo & Ricardo for the next 2 days. Right out of the gate I knew I didn’t want any other company.Arturo & Ricardo were beyond excellent, they went above and beyond. They spotted a rusted out connection to my 2014 water heater which could’ve been a bad flood scenario:/They cleaned my furnace blower motor, answered questions, provided photos upon request and competent technicians from beginning to end.Support staff Courtney, Stephanie & Pam also awesome as a bonus!Honestly, after 27 years in this house I know I’m breathing clean air, energy efficient, less of a foot print and less to NV Energy. Dan Weinhold—-ace Tech w/Goettl called and was early!!! to get our HVAC evaluated and prepped for the upcoming winter! A couple of minor service needs were explained to my satisfaction and these will be taken care of in the near future—-my decision as Dan had said that he could take care of issues same day.
Pablo was fantastic! Our older heater had lost its igniting capacity, and Pablo figured it out and repaired it quickly. We had heat within a few hours of calling. We bought the maintenance plan, and feel confident that our needs will be met without issue from here forward. Very highly recommend!

An absolute pleasure to work with these guys. Diego came by today and checked out the furnace and indicated to us that there was a small tear in the duct and said that it’s not something that has to be fixed right away, so there was no heavy selling or scaring us which was nice and we know that in the near future, we should probably re-address it but for now we know that there is a small issue and we’re very glad that he was just so pleasant and just didn’t do the scare tactics that a lot of people do in order to get the work done right away and get extra work in . He spent time with us discussing what needed to be done. The best thing about it was that Goettl is a very honest company and very upfront with you. This is very refreshing!! Thank you again.

Techician, Diego, arrived on time and with a big smile. We reviewed in depth the kind of service I wanted. He next did a very thorough evaluation of my furnace to see if it would accommodate the air quality items that I wanted. We reviewed pictures he had taken of the furnace and discussed options. Our heater decided not to work on a random cold day. I called and within an hour 4 Seasons was at our house and diagnosing. Professional and courteous, definitely will be recommending.Follow up almost 3 years later, we had a second floor water leak on a holiday. I called just to see if we could get an appointment and I was once again lucky to get a fast response. Chris came out and efficiently assessed what we had going on, walked me through fixes. I feel great about this service and recommend anytime I hear someone can utilize their services. It’s not often you have back to back above average experiences, especially with things like heating a plumbing which tend to be stressful.

My furnace went out the day after my husband died. I was barely coherent much less thinking straight about having a new furnace and a/c installed. I just picked them randomly. I'm so glad I did. The people I interfaced with were absolutely wonderful. I didn't realize how bad my furnace actually was until they installed the new one. What a difference. They came out with the Inspector from the County when the job was done. Every person I dealt with was kind, courteous, helpful, responsive. I would highly recommend this company and everybody working there. Especially Reece!!! 🙂

I added an AC unit and replaced my 40 plus year old furnace.The team was amazing. I appreciated the communication from the quote to the install and completion. I will say they are very communicative and send updates via text messages but unfortunately we did not use them for the shower head leak as they quoted $350 less a coupon and discount with a balance owed of $255. Told them I would YouTube and do the repair myself. I still had to pay $49.00 for them to come out.

I had to have my ductwork repaired due to a rodent infestation. The Good crew that worked on this was extremely professional and polite. I was very impressed with them - a little bit less so with their superior who called G me and pressured me to do the entire duct system rather than just repair a few of the obviously damaged ones. In the end, I decided to replace everything, but I don’t like being pressured.
After dealing with a chronic sewage drainage problem for 4 plus years, and having several services unable to properly diagnose it, and implementing temporary fixes, the Goettl team of Greg and his apprentice Luis quickly found the source of the issue and repaired it. We have had estimates from other firms to fix this for over $1,200 and this team did the job for under 25% of that. Great to have qualified knowledge and experience working for us to solve this issue once and for all. A very well run business.

Gary and his helper replaced my shower valve inside the wall and did a great job. They had to cut a hole in my drywall to access the pipes but couldn't do the drywall repair so I have to hire a third-party to do the work which is an extra expense and hassle. Not what I was expecting. Hopefully I can get it repaired in a few days and be done with this project. Oh Gary, if you are in my area again, you accidentally took my hex wrench with you when you left. Maybe you can drop it off. Thanks!
