Everybody in the house is as happy as can be with our brand new a/c Again Goettl did a very good job! After 50 years being on our roof our a/c finally gives out. 10:30 in the morning I find out, and by 7pm our house was freezing from the new unit running and that only took 15 min to do that. THANK YOU GEOTTL! Now they have done some maintenance and cleaning the A/C and did a terrific job. The Sadie rejuvenation is a very good deal to keep the unit running so you arr not caught off guard.

AC technician, David, did a great job. He came out for a rejuvenation inspection and identified two developing problems with my AC unit and explained in detail why the two parts were beginning to fail. The parts were covered under warranty so I paid labor only. The repairs were made in a timely manner and my AC unit works perfectly. This is exactly what preventive maintenance is all about. Identifying and fixing a small problem before it turns into a big problem.

I was given some small maintenance items to take care of (as to be expected with my 20yr old system). No pressure to get the maintenance items fixed and decided to get the duct cleaning service next. He was very detailed with providing information to make an informed decision. The tech, Adrian, was extremely polite and seemed to be very knowledgeable at the task he was assigned. Adrian took his time and did a very thorough inspection; he also informed me of recommended service I may/may not be interested in. I signed up for the annual services, that cover ACu0026amp;R, Heating and Plumbing … that are very reasonably priced.

Brandon was my Goettl rep this time around. He was very prompt and professional. Really spent time taking detailed pictures up in the attic and explaining what each and everything does. Also took pics of my ducts to show it didn't need any cleaning. I am on the membership plan which gives me a A/C and Heat inspection/rejuvination yearly and it's been worth it just to make sure my system is running smoothly before the hot summers and nothing too dangerous happens when the heat is running.

This was something that had been happening since the home was built.

This is the outfit you want for a/c. First experience was a Rejuvination service. The tech was just the kind of guy you want to come to your house and do this. He allowed me to shadow him both outside and inside while he worked, tested and diplomatically critiqued past service, the condition of the 20 year old equipment and the catastrophe that was the duct work in the attic. At the end of the day, we went with a complete remove/replace of our a/c system. Go with Goettl. You'll be glad you did.
