We came home on a Thursday at 5:00 pm to a hot house. By 6:00 pm the Goettl AC service tech was there for a diagnosis. By 7:00 pm the sales rep was there to discuss my options. By Friday at 5:00 pm our new AC was blowing cold air, as promised. Never thought it could be done in 24 hours but it was–and done well.
