I couldn’t recommend this company enough!! We’ve been having issues with our ac unit for 2-3 years and getting a replacement just wasn’t in the works for us so I wasn’t very hopeful when our technician said we needed an entire new unit. However, the technician Josais I believe his name was, was super super helpful and understanding of our situation and was able to help us get our ac replaced the same day! He offered us multiple options in order to get the ball rolling and my family and I are so grateful for the entire team for being so patient and understanding. Josias, Avo and the installation team were great! It’s hard to find companies out here who aren’t just trying to make a quick buck but who are genuinely willing to work with families in tight situations so we couldn’t thank the Goettl team enough!

Damarr did a good job diagnosing the issue with my HVAC system pulling too many amps during a regular maintenance visit. Prior techs did not thoroughly review my system to see that the condenser coil was clogged. He cleaned the system and recommended sealing my air ducts with Airseal so they did not have to install an attic entrance because I don’t have one. Nice to have someone understand my fear of air conditioning breaking down and suggesting ways to make sure that doesn’t happen!

We are very happy to have our backyard leaking faucet repaired. Now our little “river” will dry out. Our technician was wonderful. He even noticed our front yard faucet had an issue and pointed that out to us. He carefully explained what was causing that leak. He also took the time to explain to us about our new water meter. Now, we can keep an eye out for leaks. We were blessed to have a very friendly, kind, and professional young man to provide us with the service we got. I bought an older home and wanted to start maintenance on my AC unit to see if it was in good condition. The technician, Anthony, was extremely knowledgeable and took time to take pictures of parts needed to keep my AC running properly. He even took pictures of the numbers his meter was reading, and explained to me what these numbers meant and where these numbers should be to keep my AC running smoothly and not struggling. He showed me prices for each part needed and he had these parts in his van and he got every part replaced, the same day he came out to inspect my AC unit. I waa in shock because most companies come out and guve you a quote and schedule for anorher day for them to come out and get work done/completed. I am so glad I went with Goettl Air Conditiomong and Plumbing! My cost was much lower than what I had set aside for my AC maintenance/repairs. I can't thank Amthony enough...and of course, Goettl! I have an issue with cooking odors from my upstairs neighbors. I’m happy I found Goettl & met Sam (Samuel Yockey). I like Sam because of his professional, patient, empathy & a great smile. I have a very sensitive nose to smells, and quite a bit of a “anal” person. He listens & answers all my questions & helps me with my concerns & needs. Austin worked very very hard in the 108 degree afternoon sun. I felt very sorry for him. I think the guy that was supposed to be assigned to me had problems. Adam was out to repair our filtration system. No muss no fuss and it was fixed. Awesomely competent guy 2/22/26 Another service update. Back for my spring AC service. They found and repaired a problem. Still nice guys doing the work 4/6/26 Cole came out resolved my plumbing issues. Nice guy 06/07/26 110 degrees out and Sabrina fought to get Ron out to fix my AC. If my oxygenator over heats I'm in trouble. Ron came out took off his cape and saved me

I had Goettl out for a couple of plumbing tasks. They were very prompt with the initial visit even though it was just before a holiday. They provided the estimate and were flexible with my scheduling requirements. My service Technician Daniel was terrific. He kept me apprised of everything he was doing and went out of his way to make sure the work was done in a timely manner, and to my satisfaction, including the post service clean-up. I called Goettle out today for an AC service. The tech I got was Lupe. He has AMAZING customer service. He is EXTREMELY respectful. On top of that he explained everything in a way that I was able to understand. Definitely going to request him back.

July 7, 2026 - Brian Tellez with Goettl visited today. AC unit was not making cool air. Used the Goettl app and placed a service call last night. Upon arrival, Brian diagnosed the issue… bad capacitor. Replaced in a just a few minutes… success. Brian allowed me to watch and learn, and ask lots of questions. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable. Big fan of Goettl. Customer service is awesome. Thank you Brian. Thank you Goettl. Feb 10, 2024 - Napoleon Higuera helped repair both the hot water heater (anode rod) and riser rebuild (valves). AWESOME! Quality work, professional, explained the work he was doing. He, like all Goettl technicians allowed me to watch and ask questions. Thank you Napoleon! Jan 21, 2025 - Griffin Cantrell visited today to execute a rejuvenation service. He was very professional and thorough. He took the time to educate me and provide context to his recommendations. His help has put us into position to make an informed decision. Thank you, Griffin!

The Technician went above and beyond to check and ensure the ducts and units were seal. Used Tape and Pooky(sp). Follow maintenance for the heating system was performed by Q. Very professional, very efficient in checking the system. Gas furnace went above and beyond to ensure it was functioning the way it should be. Including checking for carbon monoxide leaks 2024/05/29 Listen to my concerns about the Breaker, popping for no reason. Tracked down the breaker is starting to heat indicating a failing unit. Goettl will be out another day as the breaker being used is not one they normally carry. Understandable, welcome to division house and quick builds with whatever they have in hand. Also recommend a soft start which every should have and a surge Protector. Again, every house should have a search protector put on when they’re built by the manufacturers. 2024/12/19 -HVAC Learned two things. 1. I don’t have gas furnace-heat pump 2. Change your filter. Especially on heat pump system. If the air is drawing in lower air volume. The emergency heat mode is more the coils outside need to be defrosted. Bottom line I pay for the Sadie protection and it is worth it. The tech was here for 3 hours making sure my system was in good working order. The only recommendation. A clean off the evaporator coil. Which I will most likely do before spring. 2026/06/05-06 I was concerned about paying $21 a month for Sadie guard dog protection. I had even considered canceling it, Then the emergency happened and this is why you need to have it if you don’t. My wife was pointing out that there’s a wet spot in the yard did some digging and found that the main waterline of a house that’s only four years old was 3 1/2 inches deep. Being pushed over the top of irrigation line. Thus it developed a crack In the Pex line from the summer heat and winter freezes. Called ghetto on a Sunday morning. They had an emergency technician out by three that afternoon who was able to verify that it was not installed correctly and patch a temporarily till they could get a full crew to do a dig line. They came out the next day in the morning Doug the line did everything they could to reduce the loss of water while they were digging and putting in new plumbing and now I have running water again. We’ll have to go after the builder, but I have running water.

Had a small gas leak behind my stove. Jacob was sent out and was able to quickly identify the issue. Jacob had to go to the store to get the necessary part and even cleaned behind the stove which was yucky… very professional and thorough. Would hire Jacob again anytime!

Goettl Technician Robert Rodriguez did an excellent job of assessing the current condition of our HVAC units, then provided recommendations to ensure the units would continue providing quality performance and the estimated cost to complete the recommendations. Robert then went about taking care of the work in a professional manner. Robert was always courteous, informative and diligent about his service and his work. I appreciate having this work accomplished and being part of the Goettl Service program.

At my last inspection, I was told I needed the coils cleaned and freon added. Bayden came to my house, inspected the coils and the freon. He suggested the coils be cleaned but the freon was not needed. I appreciated his honesty. He was very professional and helpful, and I would definitely recommend him as a very courteous employee.

We got a massive more more than 2,000 water bill, we immediately called to make sure there wasn't some crazy flooding. Caleb went above and beyond to resolve the issue going way out of his way and proved it wasn't our lines that were the issue. He also let us know what replacing a line that could be a problem in the future could be and if that comes to pass we'll definitely be using them again. Absolute banger of a job and Caleb killed it, and the water company realized we didn't waste multiple Olympic pools worth of water and refunded us too in no small part thanks to this company and at a reasonable price, thanks!

My a/c started blowing hot at 4:00. I called Goettl at 4:30. They said a tech would arrive between 7:00 & 9:00. At 8:50 Hunter called to say he would arrive in 10 minutes. He climbed an extension ladder in the dark to the second floor roof and had it up and cooling within an hour! First time using Goettl very impressed!

My A/C quit working in the afternoon of the Fourth of July. The technician, Matthew responded within an hour of my request for service. He identified the problem, replaced a faulty electrical component, and had the A/C running soon after. He explained the problem, checked for possible causes of the component failure, and answered all my questions. He was professional, competent, and friendly.

They did me a favor and fit me in that day even though they where booked. The tech was very knowledgeable and did a great inspection before giving me an estimate. There was more issues then we thought, but I had him address them all. It was a little expensive but what AC isn't. I called other places and one guy wanted $289.99 an hour because of the holiday. Forget that. Gotta tech did a great job and I trusted them.

Goettl has been the best! As brand-new first time homeowners, we did not know what to do about the poor-tasting water or non-functioning A/C unit. They came out quickly, offered solutions for the water at reasonable prices. We ended up getting a whole-home carbon filter installed plus a reverse osmosis tap for the kitchen for drinking water. When the A/C broke, they were out the very next morning on the Fourth of July and had it fixed before 10am. Special shoutouts to Elias and Jerrod for the fast and friendly service. Don’t know what we would do without Goettl!

Super awsome 5 stars for the service. Travis pond did excellent work on my ac repair. But I still think I over paid for each pound of the freon for the ac unit. Other then that repairs seem to be good.

Anthony came to my house for an ac rejuvenation I had scheduled online. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the ac unit and did the work efficiently and in a timely manner. He asked if I had any questions about the service he performed and I had none, so he was on his way. I have always had great people from Goettl and would highly recommend them.

Jef was able to come by almost immediately and diagnose my AC issue. Even though the problem was electrical, he referred me to someone able to help right away and helped me sign up for the membership program! Great deal!

They did a good job cleaning our vents, but could not follow up for a separate plumbing issue. They sent us an invoice for the wrong house, And still have not followed back up with a corrected invoice. Updated review from 4 star. They reached out and sent out a tech to fix it the same day. I really think the hiccup is with scheduling in the main office

Cade was great, as has every technician from Goettl been over the years. Great attention to detail and focus on correcting my issues. Pricing-wise, Goettl isn’t inexpensive, but no companies are these days. I do, however, appreciate their responsiveness and focus on me.

Great customer service. We had a hot water heater of 15 years would not work. They gave us options for replacement. We quickly checked local home shops, and, yes the water heater was less but the installation fee and set up date to install on the same day or next day would have been difficult and stressful. Goettle offered a service contract for the water heater but it also included all of the plumbing in the house. I felt for the connivence, quality, warranty and maintenance contract was a good value. I would recommend them and at least get a service contract for your appliances.

Caelin came out on a tankless water heater issue for us. He was fast, friendly and checked so many things besides the heater for us. Great guy, with excellent customer service. Request him if you can, he is awesome!

Fantastic service. Great information provided by the technician with very good timing when we needed them the most. Would 100% recommend this company. I asked a whole mess of dumb questions because I've never had to replace an AC unit or have it repaired and my technician answered everything and provided recommend units within my price range. Lupe was an awesome tech, quick, fast and solid info. Chris Emard was my most recent tech we had a great time, he taught me alot very knowledgeable about his profession.

Troy initially came out to assess the problem we were experiencing from a 2 year old unit installed by Chas Roberts. We made the mistake of calling Chas out first but I’m glad we got a second opinion. Unfortunately the part we needed was not readily available so it had to be ordered, which they expedited. It came a day early and Saul showed up to install it. Everything was seamless and the customer service was top notch! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reputable company.

Last night while we were asleep the blower fan motor completely died and we had no ac. I called our regular AC company and they were too busy to give us an emergency service call to fix it. I called Goettl at about 925 am and they were here by 10am. Bayden Kidwell was our technician and he is great. Polite professional clean and dressed completely no hanging pants yes it is a big deal. He took care of the replacing the motor in a reasonable amount of time and also gave information on why the motor died even though the unit is only 3 yrs old. The reason we went with Goettl is because the company we bought the unit from has gone out of business so no labor warranty but the motor was covered under warranty. He only took about 3 hours total to diagnose go out to pick up the motor and replace it. We paid the labor fee. I want to make sure that Bayden gets recognition for his hard work today. Thank you oh and I got the cutest little stuffed Yorkie puppy.

HVAC Tech Ian Palacios installed a soft start kit on 2-yr old Goodman A/C unit. He arrived on time with kit in-hand and was ready to work from the time he walked in the door. Ian is a true professional and cares about performing his job right the first time. With his experience and knowledge he had suggested this kit from a previous call and so glad I took him up on it. Jorge Gutierrez Jorge came out for the annual AC check up. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. There were a couple things that weren't up to 100% and he explained what the issues were and a couple different solutions. He's spent plenty of time explaining my different options and the pros and cons of each of them. After I made my decision he was very helpful and scheduling repairs in a timely manner. I look forward to working with him in the future. My AC was not cooling. Scheduled an appointment for the same morning. Carlos was the technician that came out. He was able to troubleshoot the problem and offered a couple different solutions. Carlos was very knowledgeable and very thoroughly explained what the problem was and the actions that were required to minimize any future issues. My ductwork was older and it had cracks and leaks throughout it and the price of replacing it was way more money than I had to spend eventually they suggested a sealant that was pressurized on the inside and would fill in any leaks where they may be so I went with that and I apologize I don't recall what it was called. The company that did it who I hired through Goettl did a very thorough and amazing job with little interruption throughout the house during the process. After it was all done they pressure tested the ductwork before and got a reading and then did a pressure taster afterwards with another reading and there was a noticeable difference in the ability of the ductwork to hold the air in. Bottom line is my utility bill decreased substantially and by going this route ghetto was able to save me a tremendous amount of money and I appreciate the recommendation for that. I think it was called aeroseal.... Or something along those lines but do contact Goettl and definitely ask about it I'm not much on giving great ratings but this process with definitely five stars.

Breon Thompson was our technician today! I haven’t made a review in a long time but this man’s good spirit, attitude, character, and demeanor are note worthy. If you know Goettl in general, you have probably experienced technicians that feel more like salesmen; this man is NOT one of those. He is informational versus pressuring. He explains what’s going on with your system in a way that allows you to actually make sound decisions. No pressure, just facts. That said, I am now researching condenser protection to see if that’s something we should have to prevent future unexpected HVAC costs. Thank you, Breon. Keep being you! Update-2-15 Had these guys out to upgrade my service to Elite with the home sensors. Cobi came out and he is phenomenal. Very professional, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. Left no stone unturned in explaining everything to me. I’m always impressed with Goettl. Amazing service. So easy to book and very accommodating. Wyatt is very professional and respectful of your residence. He is an expert in what he does and doesn’t try to push any products or services on you. He is honest and tells you exactly what you need. 10/25/24- Additional plumbing service performed today and Brent was awesome. Very knowledgeable and professional. I really felt informed by the time he left. 5/8/26- I have been a customer for about 5 years. Trevor Harr serviced my AC today and was phenomenal. Caught a burned up contactor before it failed. So glad they came out. 6/29/26 I had Jacob come out to inspect an issue with a pre-existing water softener. Initial consultation was great. Zach and Greg came out to replace my water softener and I couldn’t be happier. Both guys were very knowledgeable and courteous. They worked diligently and got the new water softener installed way faster than I could inspect it. Very clean product.

Billy came out to take care of our Smart Sadie "Rejuvenation." Obviously, we didn't go up in the attic with him, but he let us know what was done. He was very personable and knowledgeable.

Jeremy came out, and really did a great job of repairing our much out-dated AC system. Because it was older, we had to wait a few days to get the part, then, the distributer gave him the wrong part! It was brutal, but once the correct supplies were available, he had us back up and running in about 20min! Thank you, Jeremy, and Goettl team!!!

Tristan serviced my HVAC system by cleaning the coil in the gsrage as well as he could and taped around a gasket to improve air flow. He also gave me information on options available for a future system installation. He was friendly and explain his work in detail. I appreciate his good service. He is a credit to the company

Hard working and prompt. A bit of pressure on the sales side of things but that is to be expected. All in all I was able to get a new AC and duct work completed the following day from the initial assessment appointment. The installers were great and provided clear explanations of each step as they progressed through the project.

Our AC (Daikin Fit, installed in Dec 2019) has never worked as well as we thought it should. Goettl was able to come by on June 26, and spent a few hours identifying several points where the Dayton installers had cut corners or not understood Daikin procedures during their install process. Our technician was able to correct several of them that night. There is still some work to be done, but the system is working better than ever.

I had the pleasure of having Breon Thompson service my HVAC system, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and respectful. Thank you Goettl ,Robert Rodriguez, came to our home on a Sunday and got us going again on a 95 degree day. And guess what he didn't tell us we needed a whole new system ! He did however, give us some advise about things to keep it operating for a while more. Very happy with that young man and honesty, it goes a long way with us.

My downstairs AC unit kept shutting off repeatedly and I had to keep suctioning the condensation line with my shop vac just to get it running again. Earlier this week, I called another highly rated company out. They came, did essentially the exact same thing I had already been doing myself, blew into the pipe, said because it was bubbling it wasn’t clogged, and left. Even after I explained that there had to be a bigger issue or a better solution than me having to shop vac the line every few days, they offered me a $1,600 estimate for a condensation pump. Hard pass. After continuing to deal with the same issue all week and having to suction the line multiple more times, I decided to call Goettl. They had Alex Nelson at my house within 2–3 hours, and the difference in service was immediately noticeable. Unlike the previous company, Alex actually seemed knowledgeable and thorough. He quickly identified that my line was severely clogged, drained both of my units, tested everything both inside and outside, and stayed to make sure the AC continued running properly before leaving. I’m extremely pleased with the fast response time, professionalism, and the fact that Alex actually took the time to diagnose and fix the real problem instead of offering an expensive, unnecessary solution.

Goettle to the rescue again. My hot water heater burst and they were here within 2 hours and had a new hot water heater installed before dinner. At one point there were 3 Goettle trucks in front of my house with all the teams. Joe was a true asset and I am grateful for his help.

Had an issue that turned out to be more of a plumbing issue than HVAC, but took advantage of spring inspection and found some things that needed attention. Happy with the interaction and would recommend.

Unfortunately, I needed a full new condenser, and it all happened same day. Everything explained in detail, and top notch service _________________ Have had plumbing checks and A/C repair, and cannot speak highly enough about Goettl. I'm an engineering nerd, and I ask a LOT of questions, somewhat for general curiosity, but also to know what is really happening. Not only do they explain a particular problem, they break down what they recommend, what could wait, and what definitely is fine. Gives you the option to fix everything all at once or try to patch and push the expense to the next year (sometimes that matters to me). Everyone I've met at Goettl has been more than happy to answer everything I throw at them, they're all super friendly, and all work very hard, as they say "doing things the right way". I'm sold, probably for life. They also bring a little thing for my kids usually, which is a nice touch=)

The Goettl team showed up right on time. Jason and Marco operated like a well oiled machine with one replacing the AC unit while the other replaced the furnace. Clean up was excellent and the system works beautifully now.

Andrew was excellent, professional, and explained everything to me so I understood what he was doing. Although he scratche the ceiling paint, Goettle said they would send a carpenter to fix it.

Austin was very profession and courteous. Thanks. My issue is that service was for the morning and ended up at 3pm. This has been a problem for multiple service/maintenance appointments to include two cancelations. As a working professional, timing is very critical in my daily scheduling.

I had a new HVAC system installed. The three person installation team was very professional. They arrived on time as quoted. Each member had specific duties. Their teamwork was awesome. Nicholas came out to do maintenance on my a/c. He was thorough and kind. He said I needed to purchase a device that basically stops the compressor from sucking to much power and burning it out. It costs about $600 but the problem is I had already purchased one for my old unit. The device was about 2-3 years old. My new a/c was purchased last year, but Goettl threw it away with my old a/c, unbeknownst to me. I was told the manager from Goettl said it was deteriorated. Any pictures to prove that? Nope. Why wasn’t I told they were throwing it away? So yesterday, the manager gave me a discount of $150, I paid $448 for a part I already bought a few years ago but they tossed it out without telling me. That’s why the 4 stars. Not fair to Nicholas because he was nice. But what Goettl did was garbage.

Christian was absolutely amazing and has my AC working like a champ! He was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient with all the questions I asked. He was extremely meticulous and cleaned the entire inside of my handler, coils, drain pan, and everything. I have been using Goettl A/C and heating now for a few years now, and have been very please with their professionalism. They truly care about the customer and that's rare these days. My water softener went out and needed to be replaced, and Brent the plumber came out and helped me choose the correct softener for my home needs. There are several factors to consider in this kind of decision, but Brent made it very clear. Then Elias and Austin showed up a few days later to install the new softener. Wow!! What a great job they did. Benjamin their manager also assisted me in in helping me finance my unit at 0% APR!! This was awesome and much appreciated! Thank you Team Goettl for having the customer as PRIORITY ONE!! As a side note, I also love their service payment plan. Talk about making things easy!! A lot of perks come with that program. Goettle is the clear winner in my book!!!

After almost a year with another large company that can bake cakes we had our first checkup. They came out and stated the fan motor and capacitator needed to be repaired in each of our units. The estimate was approximately $4,000. I Googled it and the estimate was 3 X the averages in the area. I challenged the quote and never heard anything until two days ago. They called me and said they could lower the quote by 15% if they could do it before the end of the month. I immediately called Goettl because we had used them before and had good luck. They came out within two days for what they thought was going to be a second quote. I called them to come out earlier because one of our units actually stopped running. They were here within 24 hours. We had the best person we could ever haver wanted. Ron Dumas is an absolute professional that is kind and considerate. I would have asked him to stay for dinner although he had a long drive. He was honest and quick to give us a quote for the repairs the other company pointed out. Room gave us great news that the other company did not point out. The parts were still under warranty so we did not get charged for them AND the price was 1/3 of what we were quoted earlier. I don't think Ron makes cake but I believe he would if it was a way to make the customer happy. Thank you Ron! Keep up the great service and work.

Chris was the absolute best! I called because I needed my garbage disposal replaced and wanted to know why my kitchen and master bathroom sink faucets were just trickling. He immediately found my 40 year old faucets needed replacing because of carossion and mineral deposits. He also explained water treatment to prevent it from happening again would be needed. He put together a package deal and reviewed the estimate with me. He also got all the new fixtures to my taste. Then he went above and beyond and fixed my front door that was sagging. (Surely something not expected of a plumber) . Additionally he changed my airfilter and took my trash out for me. He was very pleasant, professional, and caring. Best experience ever!

My husband relayed the information shared. —————— 20 Jan 2026: Jesus Gloria from Goettl came to my residence to perform my furnace rejuvenation service. Although there was a part he could not inspect without taking many many things apart, he did a fantastic job explaining why, and gave me the status of the furnace, the measurement readings of the parts needing attention, and providing video documentation. he also installed the sensors that will help in monitoring my home’s safety and comfort. Thank you, Jesus! ——————— APR 2025: I called Goettl out of desperation because I had another HVAC tech come out and completely turn off my system, and telling me I couldn’t use it - until I get a new evaporator coil and probably a whole new system… in 90+ degree weather! He literally unplugged the outdoor unit, left the closet unit unscrewed/opened, and the connections outside loose. I asked him when he could reconnect it and he said he couldn’t until the company approved the quote, ordered the part, etc. Likely over a week?! Thank goodness Miguel from Goettl came out to walk me through my system needs and for reconnecting my system back, even though it’s barely at capacity. Even at that, it’s better than NOTHING. His customer service was amazing and Tony, his finance colleague was equally just was helpful sharing system options and following up with me via phone and email. I absolutely loved Miguel and will recommend Goettl to the moon and back to others in the meantime! This is not the last time to hear from me. Miguel is a Godsend!

As you all know, from my previous posts, Goettl is my go to for plumbing and AC needs! Was having a bit of trouble with a leaky commode. Having recently joined the DYI movement, I decided to fix it myself. Now in my evaluation of the components, I believed the problem was in the big column, circular device in the middle with the round stopper that empties the tank. However, I consulted (by phone) my brother, watched a few YouTube DYI videos all of whom said the flapper was the culprit. Easy fix they said….. and they were right I proudly fixed the flapper….but not the problem!! 🤦🏾 I was right, the seal had eroded on the column thing! A fact now easily proved by applying pressure to it, running stopped! After no less than 3 trips to the hardware store to purchase everything from a total replacement set to just a universal flapper replacement set to PVC cement for crimmony sakes (that’s a whole other story) I consulted my brother again who upon inquiring as to the age of the commode had one thing to say…REPLACE IT! Yes!!! Enter Goettl plumbing and Deonte! The preliminary consult was free, on the weekend even! We discussed multiple options and price ranges. He was very knowledgeable! I chose to purchase the commode and have Goettl install. BEST DECISION EVER! This allowed me to purchase the commode of my choice and have it installed at a reasonable rate, which included a bidet! Deonte did a fabulous job! I am now the proud owner of a beautiful, height adjusted accessorized throne! My daughter complimented me. She said mom you did good! You tried, you learned something new, you did fix the flapper, and just as important you knew when to call in the professionals!

Follow up: There was a small leak in one of the copper fittings in my new water softener install, but I called Goettl on a Sunday and Jeran was able to come back the next day and fix the leak at no cost. He also replaced the bathroom faucets at the same time and saved us both a separate appointment! Caelin did a thorough inspection and was very helpful in going over information on repairs.

I can’t say enough good things about Clayton. He spent the entire day repairing a damaged and bent water pipe in my yard, and thanks to his hard work, I finally have water again. Before he arrived, I had already repaired the T-sections myself, and Clayton took the time to look over my work and even complimented me on doing a great job. He then patiently explained how everything should properly fit together and made sure the rest of the repair was done correctly. The job turned out to be much more complicated because of the way the city’s pipe system had been installed, but Clayton never got frustrated. I called on a Saturday morning because my ac wasn’t working properly. Jeremy arrived at my house before 1pm and had diagnosed the issue. We already knew what the problem was and a ballpark of the price. Jeremy gave us all our options from just the repair to the highest tier package and explained each option in detail. He was not pushy, just gave us the facts and prices and let us make the decision. He was very quick and efficient. We had a baby shower scheduled on the same day as our anual check up. It was a foos thing because some of our components were compromised and we had a a breaker got tripped so our air condition downstairs was not working. I highly recommend Goettl for all your Air Conditioning and Plumbing needs. I had to call Goettl because one evening my AC unit was working just fine after it turned off it took a while for it to come back on. Once it came back on it ran perfectly fine, then on another occasion it turn off, like usual, and took awhile to come back on. Andrew, from Goettle came by and diagnosed the situation. Andrew is very, very knowledgeable about the AC units and came to the conclusion that it was the mother board that was not signaling to the entire unit when it should turn on or turn off. Andrew walked me through on what he was doing and what needed to be done to get the unit back up and running. He also doubled checked with his boss and both came up with the same solution that it was the mother board that was the problem. Andrew showed me the estimate on the labor, since the part was still under warranty. I believe Andrew is a very professional individual who cares about his customers and the outcome of his work. I hope I get to have Andrew continue to service my AC unit because it will last a long time when a professional like Andrew services it. The next day, to my surprise, the part came in and in no time did Andrew replaced the mother board. Thanks, Andrew, for what you did. So far this is the fourth time I have used Goettl for replace or repair jobs and I don’t regret it. What I like about Goettl generally and Andrew specifically, is that they are very transparent about what they were going to do and what to expect. There was never any ambiguity about the cost, time and outcome of the project. I appreciated the transparency of all the steps that were going to occur to replace a mother board. I have used Goettl in the past and the workmanship that occur the first time I hired Goettl was the determining factor that I used to convinced myself to hire them again. As long as their workmanship never wavers and their strive to satisfy the customer continues I will always use Goettl and will highly recommend them to my co-workers and friends.

Simple part and replacement but one in need of a professional and he was great. Reasonable price, consistent with what the Internet said a job like this should be. Plus they said I could go on a plan for $19.95 per month and that would include them coming out to change the filters and clean the vents for $99, which I think is really reasonable. All in all, 5 out of 5 stars for this company and if I ever need any HVAC things I'm calling them again. Awesome!!!!!!!

This is my third time using Goettl because of my previous experiences. They we able to mobilize quickly to help with a leak. The service from dispatch to arrival was well communicated as was the repair process. During the whole process they made me feel valued as a customer. The plumber Junior who came out was excellent and friendly. Will not hesitate to call them out again.

Had Christian out to do a troubleshoot on my 8 year old AC unit after another well known Phoenix based company recommended a full system replacement or at a minimum, a full replacement of the refrigerant. It didn’t sit well for me as my unit worked perfectly fine and I only had 1 minor recent incident, so called Goettl for a second opinion. Christian ran a full diagnostic and clearly explained my system was in overall good health and showed me the data to back it up. My capacitor was not in the best health so he recommended a replacement and looked up my warranty which covered the part. It was a 5 star experience and moving forward, Goettl now has a new customer for my HVAC needs moving forward. Christian provided excellent customer service. Thank you!

I had Goettl AC tech Nate on Tuesday, no cool service call. He did a thorough inspection. He found what I suspected that both my 25 year old units have problems. I agreed and he suggested options on AC replacements, Seer ratings, Air flow based on house square footage, energy rating efficiency ,10 year warranty, and costs. He was able to call office and arrange AC install crew for next day installation of 2 new AC units. Next day 3 techs came out (Joel, Barry & Francisco) and installed 2 AC units in 1 day. They worked very efficiently and professionally under heat in attic and outside 104 degree in sun. Overall I am very pleased with this total team effort of Goettl AC & Plumbing company. From the 1st call for appointment, to updated texts of name & photo of technicians being dispatched and approximate arrival time to the knowledge of technicians, and their sense of urgency on service calls, and their clean up of any debris of work site. I also want to thank tech Ashton who identified a duct restriction that reduced air flow to a bedroom and with tech Hectors help adjustments were made that definitely increased air flow. I definitely will continue to call on Goettl team and I am glad to share this 5 star review with them.

Today Alek Delarosa installed 6 new cartridges (hot & cold sides) on 3 bathroom faucets. He also installed a new kitchen sink faucet. He arrived on time and got right to work. After the work was finished, he took time to inspect the work (👍)w/me and share some plumbing tips. Alek had come the day before only to find that the replacement cartridges I had were incorrect & that the kitchen faucet needed to be rebuilt or replaced. Alek took time to provide me with the information I needed to get the correct cartridges & purchase the new kitchen faucet which he installed today. This is the second time in the past several months that I’ve used Goettl (previously for sewer repairs). Both experiences exceeded my expectations & I highly recommend this company.

A/C went out after hours. I was able to schedule an appointment online for the next morning without having to call. Stephen, the technician, showed up the next morning, and had things working in very little time. He found a few things that could be taken care of today, but did not pressure me (I chose to follow his advice). I felt that the service was quick and reasonable, and the tech was very honest and likeable. Very happy with the service.

I am proud to write this review. I had two AC units replaced by Goettl. Four gentleman with three trucks arrived and within nine hours replaced them both. We had our AC ducts cleaned today. Was very impressed with Tina and Robert. They both have very terrific customer interactions. Their technical services are excellent and thorough, what I would call professional. Prior to that we had our unit yearly service and was also impressed with Angel. I returned from vacation and had a toilet shut off valve stuck in the off position. With CPVC pipes I needed a professional to help me with the repair. Scheduling was easy — called on a Sunday and got an appointment for Monday. Geof arrived for the service call ahead of schedule which was really nice. He was able to carefully replace the valve and was a true professional.

Their membership/maintenance program gives us the peace of mind that we’re always covered and taken care of. After coming back from vacation to a non-functioning tankless water heater, Kristian came out and diagnosed the situation and put together a solid game plan for us. Feeling great! Came out and replaced inside and outside unit. Added a few features, new thermostat. System was starving for air intake so they enlarged the two intake vents I had and added 1 in a bedroom. Took out old drain pan (which was almost blocking the downstairs air intake). They changed the draining system which used to go to the pipes under a bathroom sink. Lots of work needed to be done and the two gentlemen knocked it out of park!

Jesus showed up on time explained what he was going to do and started right away. He was so polite and nice and when he finished he showed me the before and after pictures. I couldn't believe how clean he got my AC! He told me about what I could do to fix my AC to make it run more efficiently and last longer so I told him to fix it and when he was done I could feel how much more cooler it was and the air flow was also so much better. It was great and I'm so glad I made the call . Goettl is great and they know what they're doing. I'll be keeping them.

We are so impressed with Doug and Aiden of Goettl AC and Plumbing. Our toilet was stopped up. They were at our house within two hours of my call and did such a professional job at a reasonable price. They even connected the hose to the front faucet (still had winter covering) before checking our water pressure. Goettl will be our plumbers from now on! Thanks Doug and Aiden! ..... ...... we had an AC problem a few days later. Peter Medelez from Goettl came out and fixed it expertly and made some recommendations to ensure it won't happen again. Some things hadn't been done correctly when it was installed several years ago (by someone else), and he will be back next week to fix them. I highly recommend Goettl. ... 10/15/25 ... we had a leak in the main water line which was running into the neighbors' yard. In less than two hours of calling Goettl, Clayton Purvis arrived to fix the leak. He repaired the leak and fixed connections, and repaired something previously done incorrectly in the unknown past. He was done before we had to leave for a prior equipment. I feel confident in the quality of work, as I always am when I have to call Goettl for something. 12/17/2025. Tyler Brockhausen was the technician from Goettl who inspected our heating system today. He did a thorough check and changed the filter. He covered his shoes every time he entered the house, left no mess on the floor. It is comforting to know that all is working correctly.

Today we had Goettl A/C technician Chris come out for an inspection as to why water was leaking through our ceiling. He was very thorough and checked everything that would cause it. He took his time and found the issue. He gave us an estimate as to what it would cost for the repair. He then explained to our landlord and our landlord approved the repair. This review is pretty late but I wanted to make sure that technician Trevor Harr was acknowledged for his knowledge and professionalism. Trevor came to my home and was able to narrow down my issue rather quickly after a few questions and some diagnosis. He had us cooling in no time.

the level of care given by this company is top of the line! our ac went out sunday night & another company could get us seen thursday, which wasn’t going to be helpful with a 9mo & 3yo. google sent a form and then i wasn’t instantly in communication with a person. by midnight i was scheduled for next day service. before my scheduled time, betty called to see if i was available for an earlier time, ABSOLUTELY! our tech alex nelson was here in 45 minutes. he was able to quickly assess our issue and had everything back to working order by the next hour. had awesome recommendations & explained things thoroughly to my family, while entertaining all the kid questions!

A/C quit (6 + years old). Called after 5:30 pm on a Friday (very polite/ professional conversation; easy appointment scheduled). Goettl was at my house in 2 hours and my A/C working shortly thereafter (Wow). Got to meet one of their very professional technicians who is also very personable. He quickly identified two broken components (I watched him take the measurements) and he provided replacement options and pricing, and advice on how to maintain the A/C unit in the future. I opted to purchase Goettl's maintenance agreement which saved me money (on the spot)- an easy decision- and replace broken parts. Technician was very fast with the repairs, and my A/C was up and cooling. I really appreciated his advice on how to better maintain (my compressor) and may opt to upgrade it in the near future (I had already researched a soft-start kit). Technician provided an outstanding report/ photos of the repairs along with bill for services rendered (very detailed) and easy payment via credit card. Technician turned an anxious two hours into a very positive experience, and I am thankful knowing that I can count on him and the Goettl family to handle any A/C or plumbing issues I may have in the future. Ralph Martinez was the plumber who installed the water softener and water filter at our house. He was professional and quickly installed the system. He then provided a thorough walk through of how to use and care for the system.

Dylan came to my house to make sure my AC system was up to par. It was a great experience and he made us feel taken cared of. I would recommend Dylan and will be requesting him for future visits. We can’t have any animals in our home because my 3 year old son has asthma and Dylan was nice enough to give my son a stuff animal dog and a flashlight. Two things my son loves. Thank you Dylan for the awesome experience and gift for my son.

So I thought I needed a minor repair, when I told them that the AC wasn’t working they insisted on coming the next day. Well turned out to be a major repair and they were able to accomplish that the next day. Stacy Was very informative. Awesome service! Appreciate that after given an estimate I was given option to supply the parts and just pay for installation of a new thermostat. That worked best for me and scheduling was immediate once I got the thermostat. Brandon was friendly and knowledgeable did a great job!

Erick provided exceptional service above and beyond my expectations to include helping me troubleshoot the lightbulb in my attic. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing as he worked. Jesus was also very helpful negotiating a fair price for the work Erick identified should be done.

Joc was professional, courteous, and thorough. After his examination of the leak, it was determined that the problem was more serious than expected. We were beyond impressed with the customer service and service we received. We contacted them about our AC needing repaired as we had been unable to troubleshoot the problem. They rearranged their schedule and had a technician to our house in less than an hour. It required extensive testing to figure out the problem. He thought he was going to have to come back the next day to do the repairs as it was late however he was determined to get it running for us that day due to the heat and successfully got our AC running that evening. In addition, the company followed up the next morning to make sure everything was running smoothly! So impressed! Thank you for rescuing us!

My house is a Goettl house. ROBERT B came to replace the hoses on my water softener. Robert was very knowledgeable. He told me that the chlorine in the water damages the water softener. That same day MASON came to install my new water softner. It was a bundle so I was given a free reverse osmosis water filter unit. It's under my sink with its own separate faucet. Its so cool because they connected it to my refrigerator so now I don't have to buy filters. MASON was very friendly with a great personality. He was very knowledgeable. Mason had originally came to rejuvenate my ac units. It turned out that my AC units were on there way out. I had the option to have them rebuilt or replaced. I just purchased 2 new units. They have a plan level for everyone. Mason even helped me complete my financing paperwork. 8 am this morning TAYLOR and ANTHONY came to install the new units. They were here 10 1/2 hours. Taylor and Anthony were amazing. These Goettl technicians work so hard. If I had to walk up and down my stairs as many times as they did while carrying all that equipment, I'd have passed out. KEN in the office is the man that holds it all together. Don't be fooled by all the HVAC commercials and ads. Go with Goettl. If I didn't have confidence in Goettl I wouldn't have spent $60,000 (1/2 cash and financed the rest) on new AC units and a water softener.

I needed service for my water heater after an inspector for the sale of my home found what appeared to be a leak. My service was scheduled very rapidly and the service person that came out was Deonte Wilson. He was very courteous, professional and efficient. He checked both water heaters. He went up in the attic and checked for leaks. He did everything that anyone could ever expect to be done, and he found that the overflow tanks were failing. I asked him to do an estimate which he did right away. He did not have the replacement tanks on his vehicle so he had to go and pick them up. He came back and installed them and wrote up a receipt to show everything that he did with pictures of before and after for me to give to the inspection team for my house closing. I couldn’t have asked for a better service person to take care of the issue. I would recommend ghetto and especially Deonte Wilson anytime for a project that you may need help with kudos to Deonte. Owen came out on my Routine air-conditioning maintenance and identified some problems with some arching and a leak and he was able to replace my capacitor and add more Freon to my unit. They were in and out efficiently while still doing quality work and answering all of our questions. The extra touch that really stood out was when one of the technicians gave my son a little stuffed dog. He's been carrying it around and cuddling it all night!
