Sunday Service Call!
FURNACE MAINTENANCE CALL
Needed service on a furnace at a rental that I manage. They provided friendly customer service and great communication. Tanner, the tech, was very knowledgeable and professional. It happened to be a Sunday, that the service was needed, and their service call charge was very reasonable. I would use them again, as well as recommend them.
At Ease With Greg!
Furnace Installation Call
Being a first-time home owner is difficult when you have a 24 year old furnace breaks. The solution in my case is a new furnace. At no point did I feel like I was being forced to choose a product or solution that was not a good fit for my needs. Greg was personable, knowledgeable, and explained everything. I would recommend Goettl to anyone.
Above and Beyond
plumbing Repairs
We know Goettl back when it was called 4 Seasons. We had a full system install done and it went flawlessly. They promised me same day install so they called for two extra trucks. We had six installers working to get us heat before they left for the evening. It meant a lot to my family that they stayed to get it done. This is the company you want to go with.
Really Transparent!
Furnace Replacement Call
I added an AC unit and replaced my 40 plus year old furnace. I appreciated the communication from the quote to the install and completion. They presented me multiple options and helped me understand what was best for me. They even encouraged me to get other quotes to understand my options. Goettl was the most transparent and reasonably priced.
Sensor Setup
Plumbing Service
We needed to get a new AC unit and furnace. Goettl was able to schedule us for the next Monday morning following our Friday service check. They were incredibly fast! Ricardo arrived early Monday morning and had everything installed and up and running by mid-afternoon. Zero complaints here regarding the services provided. Thanks Goettl!
Over The Weekend!
FURNACE REPLACEMENT CALL
Tanner arrived on time and got my furnace up and running, changed the intake filter, and explained everything he was doing. I opted to replace the furnace rather than spend money for repairs on my 30 year old one. All this happened over the weekend. But Goettl is available 24/7 so by Monday morning, Jim and Jaime arrived and installed my new furnace. Thanks guys!
Arrived In An Hour!
Furnace Replacement Call
We were very pleased from start to finish with Goettl. They came out within an hour after we called them on a Saturday about our furnace not working. Anthony was very thorough and professional. He explained all of our options and had a team out to install a new furnace on Monday morning. Jason and Miguel were very professional. Highly recommend Goettl!
Top Notch Service!
Furnace Replacement Install
Anthony came to diagnose my furnace issues. He was cordial, very informative, and gave me clear options. The new furnace install was completed by the tech, Jim who was extremely cordial and informative. Answered all of my questions. I feel good doing business with Goettle. Top notch service all the way around. I will remain a customer for many years to come.
No Scare, No Upsell
Furnace Maintenance Call
Eric is great. He took his time to look at all the issues we had with the furnace, he found the potential problem, talked us through it and fixed it in no time. He introduced the maintenance program to us and we joined. He didn't scaring us or upsell services. So for just $200, we have our heater working again. Really glad that I chose Goettl Air Conditioning Reno.
Cold Night Woes!
Furnace Replacement Install
Our furnace stopped working on a cold evening. The next morning I began calling around for repair. I called Goettl and a technician was at our home by noon that same day. It turned out that our thirty-two year old furnace needed to be replaced. The tech Tanner was very professional and took the time to explain all our options. We had a new furnace installed the next day.
Came Home To Cold!
EMERGENCY FURNACE REPAIR
Came home to an old furnace not working in mid January. The tech who came out diagnosed the problem and tracked down an alternative part that could fix it the next day. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with us, explaining our options We are now planning an upgrade of our entire HVAC system in the near future.
Stayed Until Fixed!
EMERGENCY FURNACE REPAIR
Eric has been to our home a few times now as we have an older furnace. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. His last visit we had been without heat most of the night. He got the furnace running but a little bit later it started acting up. I called back and Eric was back out at the house. It took a bit to figure it out but Eric stayed until he fixed the problem.
