The tech, Diego, handled it all with a massive amount of positivity and professionalism. We learned a great deal about our 19 year old heater and that it’s not for this world much longer, but since we purchased the house in 2020 (post-pandemic) it served us well. Unfortunately, on Christmas Day, it decided to start showing signs that it was on its way to that big ol’ appliance graveyard in the sky. I had another company in town tell me my only option was a brand new unit when my AC was continuously freezing up. 4 Seasons (now called Goettl) was able to give me a next day appointment, do a bit of maintenance on the spot and give me a quote for a good cleaning. They came out and said not fixing due to wasps in service cut off box. Quoted $900+, price gouging! Killed wasps! Rang Goettl, they explaining pricing, deals, and arranging same day service.
