The 3 yr old Goodman 16 seer AC unit installed by Goettl stopped working Tuesday night. Jacoby is an excellent technician, very knowledgeable, polite, courteous, respectful, patient, answered all our questions and gave us a few recommendations to keep the units clean from debris. Disappointed that the hard start went bad on a 3 yr old Goodman unit, parts covered by 10 year Goodman warranty, labor not included.

I highly recommend Goettl, for any HVAC and Plumbing services. The team is very professional and did a great job on reconfiguring the piping for draining the AC evaporation which was getting backed up. They also cleaned out the HVAC system and cleaned out the ducts. I used them on another project for a water heater install with an expansion tank. I forgot the technicians name but he was absolutely fantastic as well.
