Our hot water tank decided to give up on us unexpectedly on a weekend of all things! We had two companies come out and Goettl surpassed our expectations. Larry B.was our technician and he went above and beyond. He shared his knowledge base, was extremely patient, heard our concerns and gave solutions that fit our budget and time concerns. He returned the next day with another technician (Napolean) to install the unit…

I had my water heater blow out last night and also needed the shut off valve to the house replaced. Dago came out within 45 minutes of calling Goettl after getting home from work and seeing the issue with the hot water heater. He then returned in the morning with his apprentice Cesar and they worked together to replace the shut off valve to the house and replace the water heater. Within 18 hours… everything is fixed!

A very knowledgeable technician, Russell S., got to work and made the promise of having a working cooling system as soon as possible that evening… The indoor blowing fan while still functioning appeared to show signs of oil leakage for the bearings which is consistent after 20 years of operation; this motor too needs to be replaced… His personal determination to follow up his promise of having the HVAC system working that day no matter what was highly respectable, appreciated and very impressive.
