Goettl Champions Holiday Cheer in Reno: Spreading Warmth and Comfort through Charitable Initiatives

RENO, Nev., December 8, 2023 — Goettl Air Conditioning, Heating, and Plumbing, a leading HVAC and plumbing company in Reno, is giving back to the northern Nevada community through two charitable initiatives aimed at making a positive impact this holiday season. Having served the Reno community under the name 4 Seasons Heating and Cooling previously, Goettl understands the importance of warmth, especially during the holiday season.

As part of their ongoing commitment to community investments, Goettl is donating to the KTVN Channel 2 News “Share Your Christmas” Drive-By Food Drive today. The food drive benefits the Food Bank of Northern Nevada by addressing the critical issue of hunger in the local community. Goettl associates and their families contributed non-perishable food items to help make the holiday season brighter for families facing food insecurity.

Goettl is also excited to participate in the Reno Rodeo Denim Drive, an annual campaign that provides essential clothing and comfort items for infants, children, and teens who have experienced abuse, neglect, or abandonment in 14 Northern Nevada counties. Goettl’s associates will be collecting new clothes, emphasizing a critical need for pants, shirts, underwear, socks, and pajamas. Our AC went down for the upstairs unit. We have a maintenance plan through another company but they do not provide 24/7 service. I called Goettl and I am so happy I did. Jesus Gloria was out within a few hours. I was called to confirm the appointment window. Then texted with the photo attached so I would know who my technician was and the link to track their arrival. Jesus was so professional and explained everything to make sure I understood. He took photos and videos to make sure I could see what he was talking about. Then showed me the photos after the repairs. I am so impressed with this experience. The company very clearly communicates how important customer satisfaction is to them. A+++ service and Jesus did an amazing job. I will definitely consider their maintenance plan in the future which also includes routine plumbing inspections and flushing for the same price other companies charge for HVAC services alone.

I called Goettl to get a second opinion on a/c repair options or replacement. Peter Medelez conducted a very thorough system check and confirmed all the same issues previously identified but found an additional issue; tipping the scale to full replacement. We appreciated his professionalism and knowledge: answering all our questions and explaining the issues and options. We ultimately chose Goettl for the replacement option due to their price and professionalism.

William and Cameron were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, respectful and put on plastic booties over their shoes when they came into the house. Our pets were comfortable with them and that says a lot. We will definitely ask for them again in the future if our AC has any issues.
