Rudy came out and looked at my existing water softener and found two problems with it no isolation valve and no air gap unit was installed six months ago by a contractor Clearwater purifications and they are coming back to install isolation valve and air gap under warranty. Rudy was awesome and providing very important information.

My experience with the Goettl AC tech was by far a positive experience. He was professional, knowledgeable and capable. What he didn't know or wasn't sure about, he was able to make a call to a more senior tech. I'm reassured that field techs have backup from the office. Was very pleased with Goettl and Matthew Lopez. They came into our home and looked at our system and let us know what was wrong with it. They were not pushy or demanding, but opposite they were caring. We had several techs come to our house to fix our issues but they did not fix it. Matthew showed his frustration because they did not fix our issues. Matthew explained what needed to be done to make our unit run more efficient. We thank him for his expertise. Will use them again.

The service we received was done in a professional manner. First, Ryan explained the cost in a detailed manner prior to repairs being done. Secondly, he addressed the cost increase due to a broken part that was not visible until removal of the toilet. I was scared and totally unprepared for this fast escalating water leak. It was terrifying. Ryan and Kaelen came and patiently and thoroughly explained what was happening. What was the procedure to locate the issue, what they would need to do to assess and repair the issue and as they exposed the problem they showed me what was happening each time I came out. They educated me fully so I will be able to handle any future issues confidently. They confirmed the leak was resolved and showed me how to use the new turn off if needed in the future. They were fast and completely removed all signs of the repair. I am so grateful to have 2 young men of such professional expertise show up and will not hesitate to continue using Goettl.

I needed a new hot water heater. Scheduling a service call via the website was easy. The technician Rudy was on time and did an excellent job of explaining the process for replacing the existing unit. William from the office provided clear options with upfront, all inclusive pricing. Doug and Aiden found my water psi was too high even after another company did a prv repair, and gave me an honest quote for a gas line.
Jeremy gave a clear, detailed explanation of the heating-unit problem he diagnosed and recommended steps to repair. It worked as hoped. Yeah Jeremy!! Courteous and conscientious throughout.
I visited the Goettl website and chatted with Zayne, who was extremely helpful. He was able to schedule a same-day service call to help with our issue. Peter M. arrived within the hour and quickly diagnosed an issue with our AC. He explained the problems in great detail and was extremely professional and polite. Because we still had an issue with a leak that was not coming from the AC, Peter was able to get another member of the Goettl team to come out and help diagnose that issue! Overall great experience with Goettl, so far! Hopefully the leak will be found soon!

Goettl sent Ryan to fix my clogged drain. He arrived. On time and cleared my drain quickly. Advised me of a break that was In the cities right-of-way. And sent a video confirming his findings. All for less than $100. Glad I chose Goettl!

The next day, after inspection, Adrian and his crew filled in the hole and then cleaned up the area.

Had Jesus come out and inspect my AC unit after it stopped working and he really hit the mark on creating a friendly professional environment and helped me through this stressful process and to choose the correct path that worked best for me. Darren guerra was great, gave us several options and explained in full detail what needed to be done. Very neat and clean in his work. And finished the job in a timely manner. Very happy overall with everything from start to finish. I did think the price was a little high though but considering it was getting late and didn't have much options.
