Goettl Gives focuses on four key pillars: supporting veterans, aiding children, assisting pets, and providing access to clean water. Goettl launched Kindness in the Air in partnership with Sinclair Broadcast Group to extend its mission beyond home comfort services and into community support. I was scared and totally unprepared for this fast escalating water leak. It was terrifying. Ryan and Kaelen came and patiently and thoroughly explained what was happening. What was the procedure to locate the issue, what they would need to do to assess and repair the issue and as they exposed the problem they showed me what was happening each time I came out. They educated me fully so I will be able to handle any future issues confidently. They confirmed the leak was resolved and showed me how to use the new turn off if needed in the future. They were fast and completely removed all signs of the repair. I am so grateful to have 2 young men of such professional expertise show up and will not hesitate to continue using Goettl.

Jorge was scheduled to look at our HVAC, he showed up earlier than expected. Jorge kept me informed of everything he was doing and what he was thinking about our issue with our unit. We have been looking for a company that is going to be there when we need them and is willing to use the warranty on our system. I had a leak previously repaired by a different company that was still leaking, so I decided to call Goettl, to get a pro to repair it. I was seriously impressed, the leak was repaired and it looks and works perfectly. Rudy came by on a Friday and dug up the pipes, identified where it was leaking and came back Saturday morning to repair it. The repair was truly a work of art. I visited the Goettl website and chatted with Zayne, who was extremely helpful. He was able to schedule a same-day service call to help with our issue. Peter M. arrived within the hour and quickly diagnosed an issue with our AC. He explained the problems in great detail and was extremely professional and polite. Because we still had an issue with a leak that was not coming from the AC, Peter was able to get another member of the Goettl team to come out and help diagnose that issue! Goettl sent Ryan to fix my clogged drain. He arrived. On time and cleared my drain quickly. Advised me of a break that was In the cities right-of-way. And sent a video confirming his findings. All for less than $100. Glad I chose Goettl!

Great review for Goettl Plumbing.We had an blockage in our sewer line.Tyler Leija was dispatched the same day, and found the blockage using a camera tool.He cleared the blockage temporarily.The actual fix would require digging up and replacing the bad area of pipe.Paulo "Adrian" Dado and his crew came out the next day with backhoe, dug up the area, and replaced the section of pipe.The next day, after inspection, Adrian and his crew filled in the hole and then cleaned up the area.This is a brief description. There was A LOT of work involved.Very professional work.

Definitely the best A/C experience yet.Our tech Jorge that came out the day before helped quickly assess the situation and get us set up for a new system and water heater. We were hearing hammering between the walls. Tyler came out to my home to perform an evaluation. After doing several tests he quickly found the issue. We discussed several options. I ultimately opted to have the problem fixed to avoid damage to other appliances. He completed the work in a timely manner.
Peter helped a lot with explaining the root cause of our AC unit not functioning as well as it should be, and explaining why he recommended the fix/parts that he did. Took plenty of time to troubleshoot what was actually going on as opposed to just treating the symptoms, and explained in an easy-to-understand way what he found and how to fix it. He also gave good advice about simple DIY maintenance we can do moving forward to keep the system healthy! Goettl as a whole was very easy to work with and I was able to book an appointment as early as the day following my phone call. Great service from start to finish!

William came out to our home following our yearly A/C maintenance to see if we had a compressor saver issue. Immediately William was able to identify the issue and even went a step further for us to identify other issues. Being in corporate sales/project coordination for power generation I could see how much electrical knowledge William had on top of HVAC, which is a HUGE bonus to have in that field! I personally learned a lot I did not know. It left us feeling very taken care of and very confident in Goettl as a whole. He represented the company extremely well. I was impressed by how much he knew and hope to see him grow and move up with the company as we stay customers of Goettl.

Our AC went down for the upstairs unit. We have a maintenance plan through another company but they do not provide 24/7 service. I called Goettl and I am so happy I did. Jesus Gloria was out within a few hours. I was called to confirm the appointment window. Then texted with the photo attached so I would know who my technician was and the link to track their arrival. Jesus was so professional and explained everything to make sure I understood. He took photos and videos to make sure I could see what he was talking about. Then showed me the photos after the repairs. I am so impressed with this experience. The company very clearly communicates how important customer satisfaction is to them. A+++ service and Jesus did an amazing job. I will definitely consider their maintenance plan in the future which also includes routine plumbing inspections and flushing for the same price other companies charge for HVAC services alone.

I called Goettl to get a second opinion on a/c repair options or replacement. Peter Medelez conducted a very thorough system check and confirmed all the same issues previously identified but found an additional issue; tipping the scale to full replacement. We appreciated his professionalism and knowledge: answering all our questions and explaining the issues and options. We ultimately chose Goettl for the replacement option due to their price and professionalism.

Absolutely fantastic! Our AC unit went out unexpectedly. We called Goettl and they were here so quickly. The technician immediately knew what was wrong, didn’t try to upsell sell on anything and fixed the problem within a few minutes. Will absolutely call them again. Came home from work to an 85 degree house and a broken AC. Called at 0800 and they sent Matt Lopez out by 0915. He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me the news that no one wants to hear, it needed replaced. He was extremely professional and kind with this news and assured me that we could figure this out. He called Tony Vizzone who helped get together estimates and drop the price to something that I was able to afford. Matt and Tony made this awful experience bearable and I can’t thank them enough for all that they have done for myself and the community. I’m a customer for life now!
