Originally founded as Wills All Pro Plumbing and Air Conditioning in 1972, the company boasts decades of experience and dedication under its Texas-sized belt buckle. Located near Leon Valley, Goettl owns 11,000 square feet of warehouse which is fully stocked with parts for any situation. In the rare occurrence a needed part isn’t already stocked, strategic local partnerships give Goettl the ability to access needed materials and equipment 24 hours per day so that customers never have to wait long.
The team’s plumbing experts specialize in water heaters, water purity, sewer and drain related problems, as well as plumbing visual camera analysis. On the HVAC side of the business, experts use the latest technological advancements to handle the warm and humid climates we experience in Texas. HVAC expertise doesn’t just end at the system, however, as Goettl also ensures Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) within the home.
Texas-Sized Animal Lovers
Many of the San Antonio team are born and raised San Antonians, committed to making the community a better place to live and work. Animal welfare is very important to Goettl San Antonio, which previously partnered the Animal Defense League of Texas, a non-profit organization that rescues homeless dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens, and provides medical treatment, nutrition, and shelter in a safe, live-release facility until they are matched with their forever families.
Most recently, Goettl proudly partnered with K9s for Warriors, the nation’s largest provider of service dogs for veterans suffering from PTSD, traumatic brain injury, and other military-related traumas. On October 23, 2024, we had the privilege of celebrating the graduation of Flash, our sponsored service dog, who was paired with Air Force Veteran and Warrior, Gregory. This special ceremony took place at Warrior Ranch in San Antonio, Texas, where Flash and Gregory officially became a team. Seeing Flash and Gregory form a powerful bond and knowing they will support each other in this next chapter inspires all of us at Goettl.

Had a leaking hot water heater....found out the heater was 22 yrs old and needed replacing . Gotta responded quickly with a concern and awareness that was notable and not so common anymore. Rudy Flores yes, came to do maintenance on my heat for the winter and discovered mold or something growing in the ductwork . He also found a gas leak so he was prompt and he was thorough and respectful of a senior citizen. The guys will return on Thursday to replace all the ductwork which is not been done since I moved in 36 years ago. Our AC went down for the upstairs unit. We have a maintenance plan through another company but they do not provide 24/7 service. I called Goettl and I am so happy I did. Jesus Gloria was out within a few hours. I was called to confirm the appointment window. Then texted with the photo attached so I would know who my technician was and the link to track their arrival. Jesus was so professional and explained everything to make sure I understood. He took photos and videos to make sure I could see what he was talking about. Then showed me the photos after the repairs. I am so impressed with this experience. The company very clearly communicates how important customer satisfaction is to them. A+++ service and Jesus did an amazing job. I will definitely consider their maintenance plan in the future which also includes routine plumbing inspections and flushing for the same price other companies charge for HVAC services alone.

Jesus and Anthony are very sharp and they did an amazing job of analyzing my complicated hvac system in my 106 year old home. Jesus came up with a plan that will fix a problem caused by another hvac company that has cost me a lot in electric bills. They also recommended better Insullation which I had been lax in keeping up with. Jesus and Anthony are friendly and I have complete confidence i their honesty and integrity.

He's trustworthy, patient, and methodical with his work and will most likely be hiring him for any future repairs. Goettl installed a new HVAC system for us. We have two units and they replaced one 18 months ago and the second one last week. We were happy with the first job so we chose them to do the second one too. Carlos and Jose arrived on time and were very personable and professional. They finished the job earlier than estimated! Based on my experience with their technician Jordan, I HIGHLY recommend Goettl! Jordan saved us THOUSANDS of dollars in repair or replacement! We had received quotes from our (now-previous) HVAC company to repair or replace our 10 YO HVAC system. He listened to the issue and quickly identified a simple check that may have been overlooked by the previous company’s tech. And he was 100% right. We did not need a new AC unit, just a new thermostat. But he was very patient and explained everything to us, answered all our questions, and helped us quickly realize we needed to run away from our previous company and switch to Goettl immediately! I run an Airbnb with 5 rooms in my home, and my tankless water heater suddenly went out. In my case, this was an emergency, especially with the weather getting colder. Goettl ensured that a technician arrived within a few hours, and Juan Gil showed up in good spirits and ready to solve the puzzle.
Like most people, I typically search for the cheapest service I can find, and I end up having other plumbers come out to check out issues with my tankless water heater, who run their mouths, upsell parts (that don't seem to be causing the problem), and generally don't really know enough about tankless water heaters. This time, I decided to go with an experienced company with a good reputation, and I am glad that I did - Goettl's prices are very reasonable and worth the service they provide.

Pablo arrived in the window that was promised. He was very efficient when something wasn’t working quite right. He found another workaround to inspect my heating system. He cleaned off the firing point with sandpaper as I’ve seen many other technicians. Do he inspected everything took pictures of everything and sent the pictures to me. He asked if I would be interested in a price on a new system. I told him not at this time there was no hard sell. My system is now 21 years old. I plan to replace the heater and air conditioner, but not for another few years. I found four seasons to be excellent and Goettl to be just as good.

This was included in our membership with no extra charge. He and his partner also found the mystery leak in the guest bathroom toilet and replaced the guts and seals. The thing I liked the best was his advice about maintenance and how that little hole in the sink is a real drain that also needs flushing out by letting the sink fill up periodically. We ordered a new refrigerator from Lowe’s. When they delivered it, they said they could not install the water line. We were not familiar with plumbers so we asked our neighbor who did the plumbing in his new shower. He said Goettl and he was very happy with the results. I called them they sent out a wonderful servicemen, Gerardo Gonzalez. The builders had used 3/8” pipes and Lowe’s seemed to only have 1/4” connectors. Griffin Cottrell did the yearly check of my air conditioning unit. He seemed knowledgeable, thorough and persistent. When he found the unit was functioning at 35%, he continued to search for the reason why. He replaced the capacitor and cleaned the coils which improved the function. We called on a Saturday and thankfully Christian Acosta was the one on call to help us out. He was knowledgeable, kind, super patient with our very curious child, and did absolutely everything in his power to get our AC back on. Unfortunately the blower motor was toast. He got us set up with a window unit for the time being and. Fast forward to today, Wednesday, and Christian and Ian came to install a new blower motor for us. Both gentleman were wonderful! They kept us informed of the process and what to expect as they replaced the parts. Our house is already cooling back down and I have Christian and Ian to thank for that! They did inform us of a military discount, which was very helpful, and they insured the entire process was as streamlined as it could be. If we ever need assistance in the future, I will be calling and asking for Christian and Ian because I know they will ensure that our HVAC system has been treated with the highest quality of service. They also brought our son an adorable plushie of Sadie, the Goettle mascot, and a flashlight. Its comforting to know that when Christian and Ian are on the job, you'll be taken care of as if they were working on their own homes.

Thank you Jerry for two plumbing jobs well done. Jerry cleaned out pipes from bathroom sink which were draining slowly. Jerry showed before and after pictures from his camera and what a big difference. Sink draining much better now.
Jerry also noticed our water pressure was low after flushing toilet then trying to wash hands in bathroom sink which were so he suggested a new pressure regulator as we have had a new better water conditioning system installed. We now have the best water pressure even when using a shower and kitchen sink faucet at the same time. Also Jerry is a master plumber and we appreciate his knowledge and experience. Will definitely call Goettl again when a plumber is needed.

Company sent us Stanley to help with a water line for our refrigerator. Had several problems but Stanley was very knowledgeable and informed us of all decisions and you could tell he just lived his job. It was a pricey fix and I respected Stanley more for being situationally aware that my wife and I needed to talk in private.
