Deano was amazing. He did a very thorough job on our AC rejuvenation, even checking the air handler in the attic. Other companies don't do that. He also was excellent at explaining everything and didn't mind all my questions. He always had a smile and a great attitude. This is our second experience with Goettl, the first being a plumbing job. Samuel arrived about 8:15 to give my A/C unit its first rejuvenation (y'all installed it July 2022). He replaced the old filter with the one I had bought last year that wasn't needed when the new unit was installed. Samuel tested the temperature coming from some of the vents and said my A/C is running fine and that you would be contacting me later to schedule an appointment for the heating. I was very pleased with Samuel's work today.

Received a post card with the 89.95 rejuvenation offer. Goettl was great for the whole process. I scheduled the technician for a Saturday and today is that day. The technician explained exactly what the 4 step process he was going to do and did just that. Took over 80 pictures of our entire air conditioning system, duck work and insulation. He cleaned and did a total inspection of our system and let us know what was recommended. He was at our home for almost 3 hours. I would highly recommend Goettl.

So far I don’t have much personal experience with HVAC companies but I have heard horror stories. I am very happy to report that Goettl was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. The tech, Ronald, was awesome!! That man explained EVERYTHING to me and showed me how it all worked. My unit was apparently working fine, but I feel like after a ”Rejuvenation” appointment, it runs even better. I couldn’t be happier with the service that Ronald provided and will definitely have them come back each year before the summer heat. Well worth the money!

My experience with Goettl air conditioning has been consistently superior. This continued to be true with my most recent u0022rejuvenationu0022 performed by Daniel. He was very thorough took lots of photos to help me understand what he had done. I heard some tips from him that I have not heard before, for example, maintaining the air quality in the attic space (changing filters often) would help prevent dust buildup on some of the components in a space that would be difficult and expensive to clean and/or eventually replace. Bravo, Daniel!

Ramiro came out to perform normal preventative maintenance on my AC unit. Despite the late hour, he was courteous, professional, and thorough. The coils are clean, the inside of the unit looks nice, I was given a comprehensive breakdown of what they tested and what the readouts mean, and he identified a leaky capacitor which was replaced promptly. Updating my review. I had another regular maintenance visit, this time with Matt. As ever with Goettl, my technician was courteous and knowledgeable. Once more, 5 star service!
