Last year I had a little problem with one of my air conditioners. The same thing happened this year, I called Goettl Kevin Urrutia came and checked. The air conditioning unit that was problematic and I guess after 21 years it was time to get new air conditioners. so Kevin explained everything and then called Jeremy so we can get everything buttoned up and my new system will arrive tomorrow, and I won't have any more air conditioning problems. awesome company fast service greatly appreciated especially in the desert heat. Goettl has great technicians Dustin stay late well into the darkness and still made his appointment to come to my house and check out my unit. Well everything turned out to be fine. I do appreciate Dustin‘s extra effort to take care of my unit and make sure I was comfortable with what was happening I really appreciate Dustin. We had an AC emergency...called Goettl , they booked an emergency inspection appointment for the afternoon, then called less than an hour later to let us know Parker was on his way. (It was 98° inside the house). He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a couple of hours. Our prior home warranty people took 4 days to tell us they couldn't fix it...wanted to upsell us a new unit ($16k) because they wouldn't offer complete service for a unit as old as ours. Goettl was able to service our unit, repair a leak,recharge and get it up and running same day (under $3k) !!! Needless to say, we cancelled our previous home warranty company (we had been with them 5 years) on the spot and signed with Goettl. TREMENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE KINDEST, PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE TECHNICIAN! Parker was amazingly kind and patient and explained everything clearly ... THANK YOU GOETTL FOR TREATING US LIKE FAMILY!!

I had a water leak from the main water line to my house. Called Goetti Plumbing and they sent their plumber Mike Perry. He was fantastic. He found the leak and repaired the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. I believe there are very few plumbers who could match his work and work ethic. Saturday, June 13 I woke up to no air. I called.Goettl at 1:10am. I was able to get an appointment right away. They sent out David G. All I can say, he was the best. He was very prompt, well mannered. He explained everything to me. He showed me what needed to be repaired and the cost upfront. He repaired my unit with no issues. He completed the job and cleaned up the area in a short time. I am glad I contacted them. I feel blessed they sent out an excellent service man that knew what he was doing. I highly recommend this company and ask for David G.

I had Goettl replace my entire split A/C system. they gave me an estimate late in the evening on June 10th 2026 and they completed the install the very next day as promised. The two techs were awesome, they worked very hard and very efficient. I was really impressed and working in the hot Arizona temperature outside and in the attic, Even more impressive !!!! Extremely reliable! No fuss about doing warranty work on their installations. We lovelooking being a member of their Sadie maintenance program. We have had very reliable air conditioning & heating for years from Goettl. Now we will upgrade our plumbing with a tankless water heater plus a water softener & filtration system! TY, Joe!

Damarr was very polite and got the repairs done quickly. I got home around 11:20, he was already up on the roof taking care of the repairs. He just finished. I gave him a glass of ice water which he graciously accepted while I paid the bill.

I’ve used so many different AC /Heating /plumbing companies. I feel confident to highly recommend Goettl. The technicians are skilled, solve the issue, and it will be fixed. After coming back from vacation to a non-functioning tankless water heater, Kristian came out and diagnosed the situation and put together a solid game plan for us. He really went to bat for us with the tankless water heater manufacturer and was able to secure a very expensive part at no cost covered under the parts warranty. Feeling great! Came out and replaced inside and outside unit. Added a few features, new thermostat. System was starving for air intake so they enlarged the two intake vents I had and added 1 in a bedroom. Took out old drain pan (which was almost blocking the downstairs air intake). They changed the draining system which used to go to the pipes under a bathroom sink. Lots of work needed to be done and the two gentlemen knocked it out of park!

Jesus showed up on time explained what he was going to do and started right away. He was so polite and nice and when he finished he showed me the before and after pictures. I couldn't believe how clean he got my AC! He told me about what I could do to fix my AC to make it run more efficiently and last longer so I told him to fix it and when he was done I could feel how much more cooler it was and the air flow was also so much better. It was great and I'm so glad I made the call . Goettl is great and they know what they're doing. I'll be keeping them.

Rodney from Goettl came to my house after my system went down. We were in a desperate situation with the condition air temperature keep rising. Upon arriving and doing some troubleshooting, Rodney quickly found the problem. He was kind enough to offer his service and for that we are extremely grateful. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also educated us on why the system failed, and what we can do to help keep the system functioning as it is supposed to. He is truly and great asset to the company and his service is exceptional. We need more folks like him for the city of Las Vegas.

The service we received, the install is what we expected. The techs Kevin Edwards who made the recommendations for our repairs and the tech, Alberto Salazar - Cayetano who installed, did a great job. Though the financing 'promo' offered to us by Kevin Edwards was an issue, I appreciate that the manager, Josue stepped up to the plate, listened to the customer, resolved the issue. If anyone has an issue whether service installation and/or financing, I highly recommend you address it if it takes escalation to bring it to resolution; therefore, I highly recommend this company. After another HVAC company's poor installation resulted in our fan blade coming loose and becoming bent, we were left with a very loud and concerning noise. Geottle came out and immediately identified the real issue "the bent fan blade" even without knowing the backstory. I had Goettl AC tech Nate on Tuesday, no cool service call. He did a thorough inspection. He found what I suspected that both my 25 year old units have problems. I agreed and he suggested options on AC replacements, Seer ratings, Air flow based on house square footage, energy rating efficiency ,10 year warranty, and costs. He was able to call office and arrange AC install crew for next day installation of 2 new AC units. Next day 3 techs came out (Joel, Barry & Francisco) and installed 2 AC units in 1 day. They worked very efficiently and professionally under heat in attic and outside 104 degree in sun. Overall I am very pleased with this total team effort of Goettl AC & Plumbing company. From the 1st call for appointment, to updated texts of name & photo of technicians being dispatched and approximate arrival time to the knowledge of technicians, and their sense of urgency on service calls, and their clean up of any debris of work site, I definitely will continue to deal with Goettl and glad to share 5 star review to them and their team.

Brent was very knowledgeable about the water softener install and systems available. He tested our water and made recommendations for softener and filtration. Helpful, friendly, over good experience.

Conner the plumber came to give us a water heater install estimate. He was very punctual and professional. Communication was excellent. He was very thorough in everything he went over with me, and took extra time to explain everything again so my husband could listen in over the phone. Great experience!

Today we had Goettl A/C technician Chris come out for an inspection as to why water was leaking through our ceiling. He was very thorough and checked everything that would cause it. He took his time and found the issue. He gave us an estimate as to what it would cost for the repair. He then explained to our landlord and our landlord approved the repair. If any of you need anything pertaining to A/C repair, please call Goettl A/C and Plumbing and ask for Chris to come out. He is awesome.

Manuel came out to install a pump, and he was fantastic. This company truly hires great people who know what they’re doing. This review is pretty late but I wanted to make sure that technician Trevor Harr was acknowledged for his knowledge and professionalism. Trevor came to my home and was able to narrow down my issue rather quickly after a few questions and some diagnosis. He had us cooling in no time.

So I thought I needed a minor repair, when I told them that the AC wasn’t working they insisted on coming the next day. Well turned out to be a major repair and they were able to accomplish that the next day. Stacy Was very informative. Explain exactly what was going on and that it was gonna be an expensive repair but I can’t live without AC. They arrived the next day Parts in hand and Stacy and Hector accomplish the repair and the next day. now, My AC was working like new. We were beyond impressed with the customer service and service we received. We contacted them about our AC needing repaired as we had been unable to troubleshoot the problem. They rearranged their schedule and had a technician to our house in less than an hour. It required extensive testing to figure out the problem. He thought he was going to have to come back the next day to do the repairs as it was late however he was determined to get it running for us that day due to the heat and successfully got our AC running that evening. In addition, the company followed up the next morning to make sure everything was running smoothly! So impressed! Thank you for rescuing us!

The other day we had to have our existing indoor unit reinstalled due to a loud noise. Two gentleman, Jose and D, worked on our unit and did some clean up in our attic. They did a fantastic job, showing us before and after pictures, and it is working great. I would use this company before any others, they are on time, professional and walk you through every step. It’s nice to have a company you can depend on.

After I explained the issue, they got straight to work, quickly identifying the problem and performing a thorough evaluation of my system. I really appreciated how honest and straightforward they were—they didn’t try to upsell me or push anything I didn’t need. This was actually the second air conditioning company I called in the past two week. The first, D & H Heating and Cooling, charged me a $480 and didn’t fix the issue. In contrast, Goettl came out within an hour and discovered that a wire had been connected incorrectly, causing both my heater and air conditioner to run at the same time. I’m very thankful for their professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency in diagnosing and fixing the problem at a reasonable price.

I had my HVAC serviced today by Kevin. He was fast, friendly and professional. Kevin showed me pictures he had taken of my system, showing external ducting that had collapsed. We then connected with Jeromy to setup all the details. Ductwork to be repaired tomorrow. The water heater was found to be leaking and needed to be replaced. That too will be done tomorrow. I was very satisfied with all the services provided today.

Yesterday we had a plumbing inspection, which was part of our Sadie membership and Blair was our technician. He was so thorough, helpful and informative. He put us at ease with what our system look like and also was able to show us things that needed to address. He was able to give us quotes for the future work that should be completed. They didn’t pressure us to rush into anything. Blair is a great representative of Goettl. We are always so pleased with their technicians , management team and their customer service team as well.

So this review is is for service over the past year. A short history. A few years ago, we had four seasons put in a new furnace. After checking around and getting tons of estimates, there was as much as a $10,000 difference between all of the estimates. Four seasons came in at the best price. Unfortunately, I ordered an 80,000 BTU furnace and when the guy was done, I looked at the furnace and saw that it was a 60,000 BTU. I showed the guy the invoice and basically his response was ‘ Oh crap’ so I talk to the manager and he assured me that 60,000 BTU would heat my home sufficiently since it was a high-efficiency unit. I was ready to have them tear it out and put the right one in, when the manager guaranteed the furnace and gave me the price for the 60 KBTU with a substantial discount. I did the regular maintenance and service service with four seasons. When Goettl took over, I’m not sure if they just change the name, or bought four seasons, but everything changed after that. First I was informed of a membership called Sadie which is basically a yearly/monthly fee that allows us to get a lot of benefits. Free service calls, free, free preventative maintenance and discounts on non-covered items. The first thing that I noticed was Josh came in to do a service, check the pressure and saw that the original installation guy did not convert my furnace to propane. Apparently none of the other service people ever checked the pressure. He had to return with the correct parts and changed out the valve. He also helped me out with a bathroom heating duct that was ripped. The price was great and he said he felt bad that we had such issues with the previous company. A few months later (last Saturday) we stopped getting heat. I called Goettl let them know, and they were at my house within two hours. When it’s freezing outside or going to be subzero it’s really important when they respond so quickly. Chris was the technician and he found the problem, however, the plumbing supply company was not open till Monday morning. Two days with sub, freezing temperatures scaring me a bit. Chris said that he would check with Dispatch and see if they had a couple of space heaters. When he was leaving, he noticed we had a bunch of firewood on the front and he offered to help bring firewood in. I told him no problem we had it, he said he was happy to help us. Make sure we had enough firewood to get through two days. These two offers, were above and beyond in something you really wouldn’t expect from your HVAC people. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any space heaters at Dispatch, so we went to Home Depot and got some radiator heaters and then yes 24 hours a day kept a fire going. Chris showed up Monday about 11 AM with the parts and it took him about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to fix all of the problems. I’m not savvy with all of the HVAC terms, but something about condensate water bill backed up through the system blah blah blah… we now have heat. lol. Getting the Sadie member membership/club was the best thing we decided to do. They call us regularly to schedule our summer and winter maintenance. They are responsive. And they are very polite every time I call them. I really would recommend you contacting them and get on that membership before you actually need them. She was polite and knowledgeable and pointed out some issue I ended up having her take care of for me. She wasn’t pushy at all with selling these services and I would highly recommend her.
