Timothy and the Geottl management is the main reason I went with the company. They were transparent in all aspects of the decision process and helped me make the right choice for a new air conditioner for my home. They gave me several options and explained each one thoroughly. I recommend them to anyone facing an air conditioner replacement or repair.

Jasmine was very friendly and knowledge in doing my plumbing review! Pointed out things I didn’t know or think about so I can prepare my home for a long life without problems!

Tyrell was extremely professional. He focused on getting the job done the right way no Shortcuts just doing the job right the first time around. Along the way, he helped educate me a little bit more about my AC unit and had the best take care of it.

We had a great experience with Goettl. I called them at noon and was able to have them come out the same day. The technician, Carlos Carmargo was extremely knowledgeable and experienced.,he was polite and courteous and explained everything to us very thoroughly, which included showing us pictures of the various things he found along with the readings from the multi meter. I was very impressed with everything and the fact he was able to fix it on the spot didn’t have to wait on parts or anything. We got our AC fixed it’s running great now and the price of the service was more than fair.Thank you Goettl and Carlos .

Daniel and Christian were so helpful and professional and were very personable! Not only were they polite and knowledgeable, but they had a wonderful sense of humor which is hard to come by nowadays. They answered all my questions and my Husband and I hope that we always get these techs to service our home. The company really hit the jackpot-pot when they found these two because they are one of a kind and extremely hard to find!(: Thank you so much!(: Also, we are apart of the Smart Sadie Program and just received our yearly plumbing rejuvenation and we had the pleasure of meeting our Tech, “Frank M”. He was so knowledgeable and taught me and my Husband so many things we didn’t know which we value so much as we are new home owners and are just kind of wingin’ it! You can really tell that the Techs and the company genuinely cares about their Clients, and I will be requesting Frank M to service the Plumbing needs within my home from this point on! Frank is the man, and we loved him!(: So now we have Christian and Daniel for our HVAC maintenance and servicing and Frank M for all our Plumbing Needs! We have an amazing team and I’m sure that other Clients feel the same way about their Techs as well! Update from June 25th, 2026: Dylan Gibson was just another example of how amazing the staff is at this company! He was so easy to talk to and answered all our questions and listened to all 57 theories I was convinced that were wrong with the HVAC System but reassured me that all 57 were wrong, I just needed my coils cleaned! lol. My husband really enjoy his easy-going personality and all the knowledge that he shared with us! He is excellent and a huge asset to the company for sure(: Love this Company!

As part of the Gottel’s Super Savers Program, technician Gonzo came to service my HVAC system. I had a 9:00-1:00 service appointment. At 1:00, I called the main office and after confirming with the tech, they moved up my appointment to 1:00-3:00. Gottel credited $50 to my future service calls. Thank you. Once Gonzo arrived, he was very thorough with the system. Gonzo explained to me that he would probably take longer than other technicians because he was going to clean the system as if it was his AC system. Gonzo was very systematic in his approach to the HVAC system. Since I was watching him work, he was nice enough to explain what he was doing to the system. I sincerely appreciate Gonzo’s approach and ability. Gonzo was friendly, confident in his ability, and professional. I will definitely ask for him on my next service call. After he was done, I forgot all about the waiting. P.S. my two 4 year old grandkids were happy with the Sadie plush toys Gonzo gave them. I also enjoyed the fashion flashlight. Finally, as part of the Saver’s Program, there was no charge for the service. Thanks Gonzo.

Logan provided amazing customer service and was very knowledgeable on our systems. He went the extra step to educate us on our city’s water, we will be requesting Logan for any and all plumbing services.

Kris is one of the better technicians that I have ever experienced in all of my years and I highly recommend him and this company. They are so efficient respectful, and would happily have them come back again.
