Goettl and Darean Guerra were extremely professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. We had a couple of other plumbing companies come out to try to figure out our hot water issue. We have had lukewarm water for a while now, and the last company wanted to change out our tankless water heater. Darien and Ben were able to, after significant troubleshooting over a couple of days, figure out the problem was both faulty cartridges in a couple of showers as well as a valve issue near the tankless heater. We now have hot water for the first time in a long time. Did not have to change the tankless heater and they saved us a significant amount of money. I would not hesitate to recommend them unconditionally. I will be using them again in the future.

We had a great experience with Goettl. Our AC unit was having multiple issues, and Jonathan Buhidar was the technician who came out. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Jonathan replaced our fan motor and capacitor and also found and fixed a leak in the inside unit that had been improperly installed by another company (Radiant) about a year ago.

He took the time to explain what was wrong, showed us the issues, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Our AC is running better than it has in a long time. We really appreciate his honesty and attention to detail. Highly recommend Goettl and especially Jonathan Buhidar.

We had a system check up visit from Jesus Gloria, he’s a great guy and professional. The visit was very helpful and educational. I couldn’t start today on some work that needs done but when we are ready to pull the trigger on that project you can bet Goettl will be the company we call.

Goettl sent Brandon to service my family’s home. Most importantly his skills were on point. He was very professional as well. Also after a brief side conversation he helped me not look as bad in front of my old lady. He told her, “There’s no way that would have moved with a snake. I run an Airbnb with 5 rooms in my home, and my tankless water heater suddenly went out. In my case, this was an emergency, especially with the weather getting colder. Goettl ensured that a technician arrived within a few hours, and Juan Gil showed up in good spirits and ready to solve the puzzle.

Like most people, I typically search for the cheapest service I can find, and I end up having other plumbers come out to check out issues with my tankless water heater, who run their mouths, upsell parts (that don't seem to be causing the problem), and generally don't really know enough about tankless water heaters. This time, I decided to go with an experienced company with a good reputation, and I am glad that I did - Goettl's prices are very reasonable and worth the service they provide.

Juan, was very knowledgeable, patient, and persistent. Even better, he was careful and humble enough to acknowledge that he didn't know everything and checked with the manufacturer at every step. Juan spent a great deal of time helping me diagnose the problem (which always seems impossible to ascertain quickly with machines like tankless water heaters), and went above and beyond to ensure that my guests and I had hot water tonight.

Juan never got frustrated; he handled everything carefully and made sure to clean up after himself when he was done. If I can have Juan take care of all of my plumbing or AC issues in the future, I will. And if you're reading reviews to decide whether to call Goettl for your issue, I would encourage you to trust their service and experience. My experience with Juan was definitely memorable.
