Exceptional Late-Night AC Troubleshooting by Ron

AC troubleshooting

Ron came out on a Saturday night at 9pm and stayed for an hour to troubleshoot an AC issue we were having in our home. He was early, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He led with great service and built rapport. Excellent and Thorough Service by Jaime and Frank

AC repair

We had the best experience with Goettl. What seemed like a simple fix only turned out to be a 6-hour job, and Jaime and Frank were so positive and easy-going during the entirety of it. Jaime and Frank were both very friendly and respectful; they are extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciated the time Jaime took to explain different components and his process for inspecting the unit. He even took time to introduce himself to our dogs! I requested a plumbing drain inspection from Goettl. Service rep arrived introduced him self and went quickly to work. He was courteous and polite. He proceeded to inspect my plumbing and Drains. Shortly after he visited my hot water room he requested be to accompany him to observe there was a stream of water coming out of thr drain pan. He reviewed with me some of the items associated with my current installation that might be best updated and replaced. He gave me an estimate and we should. Hands and he proceeded to remove and replace my hot water heater. The job was completed and tested tan a timely manner and he left the area in a clean and organized manner. When he found the unit was functioning at 35%, he continued to search for the reason why. He replaced the capacitor and cleaned the coils which improved the function. Russ Sapp came yesterday 8/18/25. He was prompt, very courteous, explained what he was doing with taking pictures of our AC unit and what areas of the AC unit needed attention. He didn’t rush. He spent time answering our many questions. He gave us options and gave us price quotes on the spot for each service we had asked about or that he suggested. He had a sense of humor as I said to him “I take it Sadie approved of you?” I took that from the commercials saying if Sadie doesn’t like the person, they’re not hired. I’d ask for Russ again. Phoenix, Arizona is where is where it all started for Goettl. Our flagship location opened in 1939 and has been proudly serving the community ever since. Phoenix and Goettl have such a shared history that in 2014, State Governor Jan Brewer issued special recognition to Goettl for 75 years of significant contributions to the great state of Arizona.

We haven’t rested on those laurels; we’re still going strong at 85 years in 2024, while picking up numerous awards along the way. In 2016, we were awarded both the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) Humanitarian Award and the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce Impact Award. AZ Foothills Magazine awarded Goettl Phoenix “Best Plumbing Company” in 2016 and 2017, and “Best HVAC Company” in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2024 (tied).

We are proud to be a part of our local community and actively support local trade schools such as the National Technical Institute, The Refrigeration School, and Mesa Community College through donation and recruitment efforts.
