On A Sunday Too!
Emergency Plumbing Call
We had a backed up sewer line with waste overflowing into the tubs — on a Sunday, when no one wants to come out. Napoleon was helpful and honest about our options. Our giant tree split our sewer line and was wreaking havoc on the system. He set us up with a temporary solution so we could plan the longer job. Ultimately, the project ended up being larger than expected — but the cost did not creep up at all. They stayed true to the quoted price and went above and beyond to let us know they valued our business.

Emergency AC Repair Call
We had an AC emergency — Goettl booked an inspection appointment for the afternoon, then called less than an hour later to say Parker was on his way. (It was 98° inside the house.) He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a couple of hours. Our prior home warranty people took 4 days to tell us they couldn't fix it… wanted to upsell us a new unit ($16K). Goettl repaired it and got it running the same day for under $3K. We cancelled our previous home warranty on the spot and signed with Goettl.

Water Heater Repair Call
Our water heater failed on 3/31, and Cesar from Goettl came out that same evening. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to inspect the unit carefully, test the water quality, and explain what was going on. He verified that the unit was still under warranty, walked us through our options without any pressure, and returned the next morning exactly when he said he would. When the replacement unit came with an added cost due to increased retail pricing, Goettl covered it and did not pass that cost on to us. That is honoring your word.

AIr Conditioning Repair Call
AC Tech, Jarrett, came out to assess our AC and set us up with the Smart Home monitoring system to help us stay on top of maintenance. He was efficient, professional, and even gave my daughters Sadie puppy dogs and flashlights! Adam was very professional and explained the issues with our water softener and RO system. Although we ended up needing to replace both units, we feel assured that Goettl will take good care of us. As first-time homeowners, the burden of large repairs feels slightly less daunting knowing we're in capable hands.

I placed a service call on a Saturday for my furnace repair and it was scheduled for the very next day — a Sunday! The technician, Dustin, was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He brought a Goettl stuffed dog and a flashlight! He was already prepared for what needed to be done, got right to work, and finished quickly. He ensured everything was cleaned up, and provided a thorough explanation along with pictures of the repair. I am very very happy with the service provided by Dustin!

Water Softener Installation
Sometimes good service doesn't have to cost more. We got a 2nd estimate from Jacob at Goettl — after hearing our frustrations, he confirmed a deal that let us purchase a brand new water heater, R/O system, AND a new water softener for about the same price as the first company's estimate. Jacob asked teammates Bo and Denzel for help, and they were there within the hour. His knowledge about water softeners was obvious and he explained everything in language I could easily understand. He even replaced our outdoor faucet for free.

Emergency AC Repair Call
A/C quit after 5:30 pm on a Friday. Goettl was at my house in 2 hours and my A/C working shortly thereafter. The technician quickly identified two broken components (I watched him take the measurements) and provided replacement options and pricing, along with advice on how to maintain the A/C unit in the future. I opted to purchase their maintenance agreement — which saved me money on the spot — and replaced the broken parts. He was very fast with the repairs, and my A/C was up and cooling. Goettl has earned my trust.

Free Diagnostic 2nd Opinion
Wolfgang Cooling and Heating claimed our Trane XV20i was beyond repair and pushed a $15K–$20K replacement. In the brutal Arizona heat of mid-July, my wife found Goettl online and scheduled a free diagnostic. The difference in professionalism was night and day. Eddy Castellanos stood out — his persistence and refusal to give up were unlike anything we'd seen. Eddy discovered the root cause: a tiny frayed electrical strand disrupting the circuit — a minor issue that Wolfgang either missed or chose not to diagnose. Goettl has earned our trust and our business for good.

AC Maintenance Service Call
Gilbert did a really great job for us. He did maintenance service on our HVAC system. He also checked our attic and found we were low on insulation. He explained why we should have more insulation and had me talk to his supervisor about what Goettl can install. I plan to add insulation, but not at this exact time — I will check around for prices. Gilbert was very knowledgeable and explained everything he had done for us. If you had a scale to 10, Gilbert would earn that 10!
