Our HVAC system which was over 35 years old desperately needed repair. As it turned out, we needed to install a new system as fixing the old system was not cost effective. Goettl Heating and Air Conditioning came to our home and provided an estimate for repair vs. installation. Once we decided to install a new system, work was started by the next day. The entire process took about 3 days to complete. We could not be happier with the result. We have fresh, cool air now and are confident that the new equipment will last many, many years. Our sales representative, Geo, was the utmost in professional and knowledgeable about what was needed to tackle this project. All the service technicians were friendly and excellent with their work. I would highly recommend Goettl for your HVAC needs.

Old repair man retired. Furnace decides to go out during a cold spell. I admit, the commercials intrigued me.. So I looked it up. Got an appointment quite quickly. I had called to get what I thought was a small leak inspected. The leak turned out to be related to a larger issue that I had no idea about. Victor was the technician that was sent out and he was great. He explained everything to me and showed me evidence of the issue and walked me through the repairs.Update after repairs-The plumbing repairs were completed by Carlos, Steve and Victor. Victor had conferred with Carlos and Steve regarding the repairs needed, and ensured everyone was on the same page before the repairs started. Carlos and Steve worked through the morning and got the repairs done quickly and professionally. They prepared the house before starting and ensured that no additional damage was done to the house. After the repairs were completed, they cleaned up as if they were never there, and walked me through all repairs done. I will definitely be calling them again!
Both Victor and Steve were excellent. They were professional, kept me informed throughout the service, responsive to questions, and left the work area as clean as it was before they arrived. I’m really happy with the service Goettl provides. Nick visited today to perform a rejuvenation on our heating system. Very happy with the work that was done. Nick determined the motor was a potential problem and recommended replacement. With money being tight, Nick was able to get a price to replace the motor and clean the ducts that was within our budget.

We had dealt with Sarmen for the initial visit who was patient enough to explain the reason for it to have stopped working and options to fix - repair and replace. He had also provided suggestions.We had Ryan and Hector for installation/ Great guys, very considerate of our surroundings and also very patient to answer all questions, walked us through all the changes by comparing the old system. Also explained what to do and how to take care of the system.The project manager however could have given a better time estimate for installation. We were told 3 hrs and it took close to 9. Thankfully we didn't have any other plans.Still pending on duct cleaning but the AC seems to be working fine so far.

This business is great and really responsive. Brad is a great tech, he made sure to troubleshoot and actually FIX the issue before calling it a day! He really wanted to make sure that we had the AC unit up and running in this heat. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Home owners worse nightmare after a complete renovation is having a horrible leak under the slab of the house. Water was pouring out of all sides of the house. We called multiple plumbers for help. Some offered solutions that they “think” will work. Others flaked after seeing what kind of job it was. Finally a friend recommended Goettl and their initial analysis was scary because it basically required re-plumbing the entire house. After a full renovation, the last thing we wanted to do was rip open walls and re-pipe the place but the Goettl team worked with us in the price and we decided to do it.Bernie and Raul were our main guys. They were incredible. They explained everything patiently and in great detail. When they opened walls, they covered the entire house in plastic and floor covering. They removed dry wall with the help of vacuums to minimize dust. And the workmanship was incredible. Even at times when they had additional men come help, Bernie and Raul watched them like a hawk and instructed them to “keep the place clean” or “take it slow and careful”. These guys treated our house like it was their own.With a 25 year warranty on their work, we really feel like we made the right decision incurring this extra expense.Highly recommend this company and this team. They went above and beyond and we are incredibly satisfied.
Francisco! That’s a fun name to say 😉 Francisco Flores just spent a few hours with us this morning, came in before the expected time (which was greatly appreciated), and did everything he could to give us at least a temporary solution to our AC not cooling. Plus tips on keeping the coils cool if they happen to overheat. We’ve got to save up a bit to get our compressor fixed for a more long term solution but we will definitely call Francisco back to get the job done. He was very pleasant, compassionate, and professional.

We called Goettl for emergency AC repair since our unit was not working. They sent us Nick, who was the coolest tech we've ever had the pleasure of having over. Angel and John are an amazing team who work well and together. Respectful and professional, they got the job done quickly, efficiently and proficiently. I haven't seen work like this in a long time. So, about a year ago I needed to have my heating and air conditioning completely redone in my over 60 year old home.I called several companies and got estimates but the last one I called, on a recommendation from a neighbor, is the one I went with & I am glad I did. Great customer service, knowledgeable, courteous and explained the different options for job. About a week later all was done & they’ve done 2 service checks afterward to make sure everything still works great & that I am a satisfied customer. I truly am. Goetll does quality work & I highly recommend them for heating & ac or even plumbing. Big props to Austin & Jacob who came to my house & were so kind & conscientious, they put the care in customer care!!
Blenard Kalaveri replaced a 35 year-old toilet that you could no longer get parts for. I was able to get a same-day appointment. They were even able to show up several hours early! He was very professional, had what I needed on his truck, made friends with my cats and was done in no time flat. Would highly recommend using Goettl for plumbing work. Very happy!

Wow! Is all all can say. Jonathan, Christian, and the other tech that his name slips my mind at the moment came to install a new AC/Heating system the crew very professional and friendly. Worked really hard and got the job done. Everyone was very knowledgeable of what was been done. After the installation they cleaned everything and left it cleaned. There was one part on back order, but I expect the same professional service when it arrives. I will recommend this crew to anyone that needs a professional job. Thank you!
Victor did an amazing job finding where the source of my exterior lateral drain line clog was coming from. Wasn't an easy task but he came fully equipped with all the different tools he needed to get the job done.
Jay came out and took care of a backed up sink. He was polite, professional and explained every step of the repair. No hidden fees and he fixed the problem quickly. Nice guy.
Joshua has really great customer service.. He was on time . Also showed me everything that was going on with my pipes. Got the drains cleaned out with no problem . Cleaned up after himself .. I'll most definitely have his service again if I have more problems and will definitely referring him to my friends and family

Formerly Dutton Plumbing, we have been part of the Ventura County community since 2000.
