Contacted Goettl. Roy came out the next day. Roy was great. Roy showed me where the duct work was saggy, and where previous “fixers” had routed the ductwork wrong. Roy also mentioned the insulation levels, both of these things that could remedy our A/C woes. They fixed the ductwork and spent four hours blowing in the insulation. Smart thermostat too.
