Air conditioning repair

Another company messed up our AC and refused to come fix it. We made a call very late in the day to Goettl and they sent a technician out after hours to restore our air-conditioning unit. Andrew came out for me previously after I’d called about the plumbing under my sink leaking. Andrew gave me his honest opinion on the work and laid out some options for me but I never felt like he was selling me on anything. He told me things we could do and what was and wasn’t necessary. I really value an honest opinion these days when it feels like everyone is trying to sell you extra things you don’t need. He did great work. It was exactly what we discussed. I will continue to use Goettl and request Andrew for any plumbing work we continue to do at our house. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone with plumbing issues.

Nov 05 2025: Seasonal maintanence checkup and this go around I got Adam. Not one bit less experienced. I was given heads up of his arrive. He came, performed his maintenence inside and out and at the end provide his assessment alone with photos. Goettl techs don't come in and leave in 15 minutes, they are through in what they do. Our Austin location opened in February of 2021 and quickly built a strong reputation with residents. Formerly Dayton Services, we have been part of the community since 1994. With strong local experience and community ties, customers have peace of mind that their HVAC and Plumbing needs will not only be met but their homes and furry family members will be treated with care.

Our team’s level of engagement is very strong: We are family-oriented and respectful, with deep roots in the Austin community and a deep-burning desire to be part of something great. Our team has enjoyed many outstanding achievements, such as the distinguished 2023 Platinum Dealer status via Standard Supply and the state plumbing licenses of our very own Andrew Stone. We’re located on the southeast side of Austin and have 32 fully stocked vans to ensure we can solve your problems in a single visit.

Our branch leaders include Stephen Cruz (GM), Derrek Gooch, Chris Fisher, and Kristina Doty. We have a team of 34 dedicated employees (20 in-house HVAC pros and 14 in-house plumbers) are all fully cross-trained and certified to take on anything you can throw our way.
