GOETTL APPOINTS LEADERSHIP TEAM TO USHER IN A NEW ERA OF GROWTH AND EXCELLENCE
LAS VEGAS, Nev., July 27, 2023 — Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing, a renowned name in the HVAC and plumbing industry, is pleased to announce the promotion of President Jake Gress to Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In this new role, Gress will spearhead the company’s day-to-day operations, driving strategic growth initiatives and reinforcing Goettl’s commitment to delivering legendary service and comprehensive comfort solutions for customers’ homes. Ken Goodrich, the current CEO, will continue to lead in the pivotal role as Chairman of Goettl.
Gress brings with him a wealth of experience in managing larger organizations, making him the ideal candidate to lead Goettl into a phase of significant expansion. His strategic vision and dedication as President have already had a positive impact on the company, positioning it for continued success in the dynamic HVAC and plumbing landscape.

Goodrich’s visionary approach was instrumental in the acquisition of Goettl by Cortec in 2021. This strategic move facilitated the company’s expansion through targeted acquisitions in key markets across four states, while also implementing scalable systems, streamlined processes, and improved customer satisfaction across all branches.
