We recently had both of our AC units replaced, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. They were in and out efficiently while still doing quality work and answering all of our questions. The extra touch that really stood out was when one of the technicians gave my son a little stuffed dog. He's been carrying it around and cuddling it all night! Such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to our family. Great service, great people, and excellent workmanship. Highly recommend!

I needed ghetto service for my water after an inspector for the sale of my home found what appeared to be a leak. My service was scheduled very rapidly and the service person that came out was Deonte Wilson. He was very courteous, professional and efficient. He checked both water heaters. He went up in the attic and checked for leaks. He did everything that anyone could ever expect to be done, and he found that the overflow tanks were failing. I asked him to do an estimate which he did right away. He did not have the replacement tanks on his vehicle so he had to go and pick them up. He came back and installed them and wrote up a receipt to show everything that he did with pictures of before and after for me to give to the inspection team for my house closing. I couldn’t have asked for a better service person to take care of the issue. I would recommend ghetto and especially Deonte Wilson anytime for a project that you may need help with kudos to Deonte. Thank you so very much for professional and courteous service.

Initial assessment was done by Alberto Martinez, who was thorough, professional & clearly explained issues. He worked hard to ensure I got the best results while saving me money. One night, he worked until midnight attempting to resolve a problem. He said he did not want to leave me with no A/C in this heat. Another tech (didn’t get his name) joined him at 11:30pm to help. Kalif Silva-Girtsodorf came the next morning to get it resolved - and did not charge me an additional dime. They were phenomenal. Tina & Anthony were great in the duct work. Fabian & Geni did the insulation & were also outstanding. Price was reasonable. I am very impressed with the Goettl team. Far better than other companies I’ve used here in Vegas. Professional, knowledgeable & honest.

Called Goettl @ 12:05pm. Appointment was scheduled between 12 & 2pm. Armando called at about 12:30p saying he was on his way. He stated about 30min until arrival. He arrived at 12:50p. He was quick to induce himself and get right into the investigation. He pointed out exactly what he found & explained repair costs. He demonstrated his monitoring app and findings there. Armando finished the repair at approximately 1:45pm. He worked very efficiently, plus did not mind questions. Armando, through Goettl, did an excellent job. Richard W. Was professional and informative with our plumbing inspection. He found an old and useless part and replaced the valve. He also worked on a shower drain and was diligent and thorough.

He went beyond and performed an inspection of my insulation and ducts to ensure I am getting full benefit from my AC unit that is a few months old. The pictures and video he shared showed me the insulation was in desperate need of attention. He was very thorough and respectful, which is greatly appreciated! 5 star rating all around for this young man. Another winner of the AC team at Goettl!

Jarod was an amazing resource for our AC and HVAC needs. He was able to quickly pinpoint some key issues, helped us troubleshoot concerns, and even looked over our house inspection to determine the areas of which the previous owner may have had awareness or work done in the past. Jarod recommended a great new HVAC system, and now we are in the process of getting an upgrade to get ahead of the hot Texas summers. On top of all of that, Jarod was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and had a lovely and easy-going personality, the type of employee that gives Goettl a great reputation! I had a clogged garbage disposal and a broken toilet. I was able to get an appointment right away and Camren did a great job on the repairs. Very knowledgeable snd great customer service!

I cannot say enough about the absolute phenomenal quality of service that I received from Goettl representative Daniel Castillo. This company representatives continue to absolutely amaze me. Daniel conducted the annual inspection on our AC unit. He checked the filters, my IFlow to ensure the functionality of the equipment. Washed the debris on the outside unit to ensure it was free from debris. Daniel also checked ducts, the placement of the water sensors, vents, and even offered another upgraded system that only required six months replacement verses the three months system we have in place and he checked the digital thermostat. He checked the placement of the water sensors in every area I the house. He checked every nook and cranny and I tell you, Goettl AC plumbing provides the same quantity service since we've had this unit installed a year ago, every time they've visited our home .This is the second time that Daniel has been to our home and he provided the same top notch out brief THEN and NOW. The out brief was so detailed until it's much two lengthy to go into detail. As a former Contracting Officer, for the government, I can tell you that "he knows his stuff"! Daniel also inspected my other AC unit and provided me a digital report as well. This unit is from another General Contractor AC and Plumbing company that's no match to Goettl quality service. They treat you like family... Like they're taken ownership of our home and they're standing watch over it for you. Now, that's a company I want watching over my home. Thank you so much Goettl!

Gerardo was my plumber and he was great. Very nice, answered all my questions very easily and simply, and of course got the job done. Unfortunately needed to escalate the solution ultimately costing a lot more but he tried the easiest/cheapest options first before we resorted to anything costly. The techs who came to the house were all so professional and friendly and prompt. When the AC went out someone was here within an hour of my call. Juan Gil came out late yesterday to help us figure out why our kitchen sink was not draining. He did an awesome job of troubleshooting shooting and then explaining what needed to be done and worked through the problem and got our sink draining again. Juan did a great job even though it was after 5 pm he didn’t rush to just fix it he gave us a full service with professionalism!

We had our appointment last week, and while we haven’t completed the work yet, I wanted to leave a review based on the assessment, estimating and scheduling experience so far because it stood out. After dealing with a stressful and complicated plumbing situation and getting multiple opinions, Brent was the most thorough person that came out. He took the time to understand the situation, explain what he was seeing, and walk through options without pressure or scare tactics. I especially appreciated the discussion around what needed to be addressed now versus what could reasonably wait, along with the pros and cons of each approach. The service manager and scheduling process were also responsive, clear, and easy to work with. The estimate felt thoughtful and straightforward, and pricing felt fair for the scope discussed.

Zach was quick, informative, and helpful in investigating my issue with the water leak between the city meter and my home. Very informative and professional through the entire process. He even offered to put some paper shoes before coming into the house.

Plumber , Jerry Guzman, was very thorough…has a pleasant demeanor, and very knowledgeable problem solver. He was able to identify the source of the drain anomaly, where previous competitors failed. This was a thorough diagnosis…well done, Jerry!

Along with the inspection your man did two repairs for us one outside and the other inside we bought the shower replacement shower heads and so on so I thought the labor was a little steep for installing that but he did a good job

Three days after moving into a new house our AC stopped working. Went to Goettl’s website and was able to schedule an appointment in the middle of the night for the next day. Saul arrived during the appointment window. He was kind and professional and answered all of my questions. He assessed and fixed the issue and we had our AC back by lunch. A little expensive but definitely recommend.

Lorenzo has been a lifesaver informing every step of the way what is wrong with all the home equipment he thoroughly examined. I was very comfortable asking questions and he went over everything in complete detail with all the kindness and patience one could have.

While the urgent nature of our situation did not afford us time to get a second quote, and they did bring the price down quite a bit, everything we were able to search still gave us a lower estimate than what we agreed to pay. Still, Jehad was great.

Billy was very knowledgeable and taught me more about maintaining my HVAC system than most in the past. I appreciate the knowledge and practical tips that will save me money over time.

They are as good as advertised guys. I initially called my extended home warranty and they couldn't fix the issue, told me the pipe was collapsed, and told me they would get back to me with a quote in a day or two. After I lost my mind for a bit I called Goettl. They came out first thing the next morning jet cleaned my main line showed me the video and fixed the issue. The other guys said betwee $6k-10k to fix. Goettl got it done for $2100. No muss no fuss just quality work. Good guys great work. Thank you to Austyn Woods and Hubert. They cleared it and made my life easier. God bless you guys.

Once again Goettl to the rescue! Tech Parker was the best I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. My capacitor had gone out at midnight, and after fumbling around we decided to contact Goettl. Of course it had to be AI or was it? Very intuitive system named Sadie, now where have I heard that name before? Ether way I was confident that we would be taken care of and we were. Tech Parker arrived 4hrs ahead of schedule only after receiving a call from the office to check on our timeline. His knowledge and experience allowed him to help me make some difficult choices. Was a little pricey, but so are Cadillacs. At the end of our service Parker sent me a complete set of invoices detailing the services I accepted and rejected. Not only had he fully explained to me my choices and their consequence, but now I could go over them with my wife. Full disclosure: we have the Sadie plan that has a list of perks that make it well worth it. Thanks Parker and Goettl for going the extra mile!

Goettl came out to try to repair an aging unit for us 2 years ago. ended up purchasing a new one, and today Dylan G came out to give it a rejuvenation. He was great! Very cordial, informative, and detail-oriented. Got our unit refreshed for summer and I couldn't be more pleased!

Zach was a huge help. As a renter I didn’t realize I needed prior authorization. We tried to get in contact with the landlord and was unsuccessful. He was at least able to assess the situation and provide next steps.

Hands down to Joe from Goettl. He came to the rescue to check on our AC . He showed up at 8:00 pm. Turned out it needed to be replaced. Joe Murillo made it happen and Goettl installed a new the next morning. Thanks again for the professional and fast service.

The other day we had to have our existing indoor unit reinstalled due to a loud noise. Two gentleman, Jose and D, worked on our unit and did some clean up in our attic. They did a fantastic job, showing us before and after pictures, and it is working great. I would use this company before any others, they are on time, professional and walk you through every step. It’s nice to have a company you can depend on.

Very pleasant, efficient, professional and personable technician. We really liked him. He was on time! The AC system compressor repair as well as annual AC maintenance was done quickly. The technician gave us an estimate for a recommended maintenance and also an estimate for a replacement of our aging system. He was not a pushy salesman. He just gave us the facts. We will continue with the annual maintenance program.

Matt offered exception service. Jacob was here doing our water and plumbing service. He offered good insight and expertise. Also friendly and helpful.

Julian and Mauricio were Wonderful. I had to have pipes replaced all over my house and I had no water for a few days. These guys came in and got it all done in one and my dogs even liked them. I am really glad that I called Goettl.

Update 05/29/2026: Stacy came to my house today for my semi-annual AC inspection. I received a phone call from him prior to his arrival, as I had requested. He is a very nice guy and we chatted in my garage for a few minutes getting to know one another. I am very impressed by his demeanor- he is very polite and very respectful. After the pleasantries he got to work on my AC unit. He updated me on the status of the unit and gave me some suggestions to help it run better. No Hard Sell here just the facts ma'am. Anyway please know how much I appreciate the technicians that always come out to my house. Again they are always professional and respectful and it is a pleasure for me to have them servicing my home. Thanks again and keep doing the work you do I had the pleasure of meeting Jesus P. today when he came to my house to figure out why my A/C was not working properly. What a nice guy! He was very respectful and polite and answered all of my questions. He found out what the issue was and got the system up and cooling off once again I've always been impressed by the service techs that work for Goettl and Jesus just reinforced that! Anthony came out to do a maintenance service on our air conditioner. He found a couple of problems and after explaining everything very thoroughly, at our request replaced the bad parts. I find Goettl a very good company to work with and Anthony was super. A+ for both of them.

My experience with Goettl was AMAZING!! On Tuesday night we discovered a main line blockage in our plumbing. It was 7 o clock in the evening and all of the other plumbing companies we called that advertised to be 24 hours weren’t actually available. I finally reached out to Goettl and their automated system was so easy and perfect to use. The automated system scheduled for us to have a tech out within 1-2 hours which was extremely reasonable considering it was later and since most places i contacted prior couldn’t come until the next day. A live representative called me shortly after to confirm the issue as well as our need for services and said our tech would be out in an hour. Our tech was at our house in 30 minutes. We were also charged $0 for an initial visit to determine what was wrong which helped so much. He knew exactly what it’d be and quoted us a very good reasonable price for clearing it. It took him less than 2 hrs to clear it, clean, and take our payment. Caleb was who helped us and he was so great at explaining what he was doing, what was goin on and I appreciated his transparency. I would recommend Goettl to anyone and I would tell them to request Caleb for sure because he was absolutely amazing!!

Brent Sloan was great! He really took his time to make sure he thoroughly checked fur any leaks when I noticed water damage in my bathroom. He went the extra mile for my peace of mind.

Had some work and estimates done by these folks over the years and they’re consistently great. Decided to finally leave a review after a recent attic insulation estimate from Chris who reinforced their excellent track record.

Brent did a great job helping me out with some issues I was having at my house. I originally called him to service my water softener system as it was malfunctioning and I didn’t have soft water. He was able to diagnose the problem straight away. As it turns out my pressure reducing valve at the street was the culprit. After attempting to locate it we found out that the home builder never properly protected it when it was installed as they just buried it without a valve box. Brent had to dig up a good part of the ground around my meter box just to find it. When he tried shutting off the water using the homeowner shutoff valve the handle snapped right off as it had been buried with the PRV and had rusted through. I looked at the original builders install and it was a mess. A bunch of random 90 degree bends in the pipes for no reason. Brent ended up having to replace the irrigation shutoff valve as well. After all this the water pressure in my house (which was reading at 30 PSI, way too low and had been a problem my wife and I were dreading calling someone out to diagnose and fix) increased by 30 PSI. Not only did the water softener start working properly, but we were finally able to get enough pressure in the house to have more than one person shower at a time! While he was ensuring all the faucets and plumbing fixtures were working properly after the repairs he noticed that our garbage disposal was leaking (a problem my wife and I knew about and that I had already purchased a replacement but hadn’t got around to installing) and was able to install a new one for me in no time. The peace of mind that we have knowing that Brent installed and repaired everything properly will keep us coming back to Goettl for our plumbing needs. I couldn’t be happier with the way this whole situation was able to get resolved. He showed up early, was extremely professional the entire time, helped educate me as a homeowner showing me some tips on how to ensure my system was working to the best of its ability. What I anticipated as an hour or two repair turned into an all day affair, but Brent was able to work the problem so efficiently and effectively that me and my family were only out of water for around 30 minutes. Brent was professional and communicated with us through the whole process making us feel well informed about everything that was going on. He was very transparent with all of the pricing on what needed to be done along with potential contingencies that could arise due to the nature of the problem we were having. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience throughout. What started out as a minor problem turned out to be a much larger one. With Brent’s help it turned in to a minor inconvenience and peace of mind knowing my home plumbing system will be working properly for the foreseeable future. I highly recommend Brent if you are having plumbing issues. If any of the higher ups are reading this, give him a raise. I will definitely be coming back and recommending your company to everyone I know that has plumbing issues due to my experience with Brent.

I cannot thank these people enough!! I had scheduled HVAC maintenance from another company whose tech must have tripped the breaker box while hosing down the outdoor unit. The tech left my house without checking to see if the system was running (it was NOT) and I was unable to reach the him or his company after hours at the beginning of a holiday weekend. Robert provided great service. This company and Robert saved me from being ripped off by the other plumbing vendor, let me explain. Right from the jump, I called this company to help me out of a bad situation. The person on the phone was kind enough to listen as I was stressed and got Robert out within like 30-40 minutes. That part was shocking already. But I literally had another plumber at the house from another company, who was called out(scheduled) to flush the water heater and fix a faucet issue in the upstairs tub. Hours later after this other company failed to go to the store and buy the correct cartridge for the faucet (a second wasteful trip), and he still struggled to fix it and put the faucet back on correctly, they were claiming of some blow out issue to the house and emergency plumbing repairs were needed at a price of estimated $8,000 to $15,000. First thing i thought was, how did i get in this nightmare. Is this similar to that whole taxi cab scam of longhauling. Thankfully , Robert showed up as the other vendor/plumber did not want to stick around. Would you believe they even left without me paying any fees and they said they would work that out with me later. Robert then shows, hears my issues and what not, fixes the faucet upstairs, tests the water levels, cleans out the little screens inside the end of the faucets, even fixed a small issue with the toilet tank that kept running that I was unaware of as he investigated the house thoroughly, spent over 2 hours helping to flush out the water lines and restore everything I really needed. He even confirmed that another vendor I use for the water osmosis filters and who handles the water softener (and a suggested replacement by many), he confirms if I can get that vendor out there the next day for the price they were quoting, I should do it. Now that is building trust. He even advised me on the better option to the unit that is better for me and the house, again, not their service and not benefitting from that other vendor doing the work. Utlimately, Robert saved me from a wasteful expense to another vendor, who was trying to rip me off. Shameful that this occurs, but glad to know not every business is like this. Go with Robert and Goettl servicing. Ps, they charged me nothing for this initial consultation and work performances. They are establishing a quality business relationship and advised me on steps i may need for the house going forward, without pressure, giving me time to evaluate.

I had my HVAC serviced today by Kevin. He was fast, friendly and professional. Kevin showed me pictures he had taken of my system, showing external ducting that had collapsed. We then connected with Jeromy to setup all the details. Ductwork to be repaired tomorrow. The water heater was found to be leaking and needed to be replaced. That too will be done tomorrow. Yesterday we had a plumbing inspection, which was part of our Sadie membership and Blair was our technician. He was so thorough, helpful and informative. He put us at ease with what our system look like and also was able to show us things that needed to address. He was able to give us quotes for the future work that should be completed. Troy was amazing! He came to look at our HVAC system thermostat. It has not been working properly. He spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting the thermostat. Couldn’t find anything really wrong. Just to be certain, he replaced the inner workings of the hard-wired thermostat. He encouraged us to call again if it continues to malfunction. He was on time, professional and courteous. So this review is is for service over the past year. A short history. A few years ago, we had four seasons put in a new furnace. After checking around and getting tons of estimates, there was as much as a $10,000 difference between all of the estimates. Four seasons came in at the best price. Unfortunately, I ordered an 80,000 BTU furnace and when the guy was done, I looked at the furnace and saw that it was a 60,000 BTU. I showed the guy the invoice and basically his response was ‘ Oh crap’ so I talk to the manager and he assured me that 60,000 BTU would heat my home sufficiently since it was a high-efficiency unit. I was ready to have them tear it out and put the right one in, when the manager guaranteed the furnace and gave me the price for the 60 KBTU with a substantial discount. I did the regular maintenance and service service with four seasons. When Goettl took over, I’m not sure if they just change the name, or bought four seasons, but everything changed after that. First I was informed of a membership called Sadie which is basically a yearly/monthly fee that allows us to get a lot of benefits. Free service calls, free, free preventative maintenance and discounts on non-covered items. The first thing that I noticed was Josh came in to do a service, check the pressure and saw that the original installation guy did not convert my furnace to propane. Apparently none of the other service people ever checked the pressure. He had to return with the correct parts and changed out the valve. He also helped me out with a bathroom heating duct that was ripped. The price was great and he said he felt bad that we had such issues with the previous company. A few months later (last Saturday) we stopped getting heat. I called Goettl let them know, and they were at my house within two hours. When it’s freezing outside or going to be subzero it’s really important when they respond so quickly. Chris was the technician and he found the problem, however, the plumbing supply company was not open till Monday morning. Two days with sub, freezing temperatures scaring me a bit. Chris said that he would check with Dispatch and see if they had a couple of space heaters. When he was leaving, he noticed we had a bunch of firewood on the front and he offered to help bring firewood in. I told him no problem we had it, he said he was happy to help us. Make sure we had enough firewood to get through two days. These two offers, were above and beyond in something you really wouldn’t expect from your HVAC people. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any space heaters at Dispatch, so we went to Home Depot and got some radiator heaters and then yes 24 hours a day kept a fire going. Chris showed up Monday about 11 AM with the parts and it took him about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to fix all of the problems. I’m not savvy with all of the HVAC terms, but something about condensate water bill backed up through the system blah blah blah… we now have heat. lol. Getting the Sadie member membership/club was the best thing we decided to do. They call us regularly to schedule our summer and winter maintenance. They are responsive. And they are very polite every time I call them. I really would recommend you contacting them and get on that membership before you actually need them. Thank you, Josh and chris and unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the female technician that came out and changed our filters but she was awesome also!

Andrew Morgan came out to do a routine check for my AC after it was installed a year ago. Great service and explained everything in a way that was helpful and effective. Definitely recommend

We just had the duct cleaning done so looking forward to dust free heat and AC in the summer. A $499 special! Veronica was great! She and her partner took great care with our home and were done in a very reasonable amount of time given the size of our home and the number of registers and other vents! I highly recommend you take advantage of this service if you haven’t had it done yet or has been over 7 years!😊

Had water coming through the wall all of a sudden one day. Robert Burrer from Goettl showed up and was very helpful, informative, and very respectful! Was also knowledgeable and provided top notch service. Would definitely use Goettl again and request Robert as the technician. Plumbing repairs are never fun but he helped keep us informed to make the best decisions, come up with a plan, and also a solution. Now just have to get the work completed later this week! Woke up to no heat in our house burrrr I have seen Goettl vans all over town and so I called them. Got appointment right away and the Technician, Jef Eusepi, took care of our problem.

Had Amanda come out to do regular maintenance on my heating system in case it ever decides to turn cold here in central TX. She was polite and knowledgeable and pointed out some issue I ended up having her take care of for me. She wasn’t pushy at all with selling these services and I would highly recommend her.

This was my second time using Goettl, and they have proved that they are great. This time, I needed a water shut-off valve replaced urgently, and Brent was here the same day! This is how a service/install company should work. Price was exactly as quoted and was very fair, comparing to multiple others. They never tried to add on extras like all the others did. Installation day was when they said it would be. They scheduled the building permit, attended the inspection, and it was on time. Best for last, the system works perfectly and is super quiet Why can't more companies do business like this.
