I was scared and totally unprepared for this fast escalating water leak. It was terrifying. Ryan and Kaelen came and patiently and thoroughly explained what was happening. What was the procedure to locate the issue, what they would need to do to assess and repair the issue and as they exposed the problem they showed me what was happening each time I came out. They educated me fully so I will be able to handle any future issues confidently. They confirmed the leak was resolved and showed me how to use the new turn off if needed in the future. Great review for Goettl Plumbing.We had an blockage in our sewer line.Tyler Leija was dispatched the same day, and found the blockage using a camera tool.He cleared the blockage temporarily.The actual fix would require digging up and replacing the bad area of pipe.Paulo "Adrian" Dado and his crew came out the next day with backhoe, dug up the area, and replaced the section of pipe.The next day, after inspection, Adrian and his crew filled in the hole and then cleaned up the area.This is a brief description. There was A LOT of work involved.Very professional work.

We were hearing hammering between the walls. Tyler came out to my home to perform an evaluation. After doing several tests he quickly found the issue. We discussed several options. I ultimately opted to have the problem fixed to avoid damage to other appliances. He completed the work in a timely manner.

Immediately William was able to identify the issue and even went a step further for us to identify other issues. Being in corporate sales/project coordination for power generation I could see how much electrical knowledge William had on top of HVAC, which is a HUGE bonus to have in that field! I personally learned a lot I did not know. It left us feeling very taken care of and very confident in Goettl as a whole. He represented the company extremely well. I was impressed by how much he knew and hope to see him grow and move up with the company as we stay customers of Goettl.

Our AC went down for the upstairs unit. We have a maintenance plan through another company but they do not provide 24/7 service. I called Goettl and I am so happy I did. Jesus Gloria was out within a few hours. I was called to confirm the appointment window. Then texted with the photo attached so I would know who my technician was and the link to track their arrival. Jesus was so professional and explained everything to make sure I understood. He took photos and videos to make sure I could see what he was talking about. Then showed me the photos after the repairs. I am so impressed with this experience. The company very clearly communicates how important customer satisfaction is to them. A+++ service and Jesus did an amazing job. I will definitely consider their maintenance plan in the future which also includes routine plumbing inspections and flushing for the same price other companies charge for HVAC services alone.

Peter Medelez conducted a very thorough system check and confirmed all the same issues previously identified but found an additional issue; tipping the scale to full replacement. We appreciated his professionalism and knowledge: answering all our questions and explaining the issues and options. We ultimately chose Goettl for the replacement option due to their price and professionalism.

William and Cameron were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, respectful and put on plastic booties over their shoes when they came into the house. Our pets were comfortable with them and that says a lot. We will definitely ask for them again in the future if our AC has any issues.

Absolutely fantastic! Our AC unit went out unexpectedly. We called Goettl and they were here so quickly. Came home from work to an 85 degree house and a broken AC. Called at 0800 and they sent Matt Lopez out by 0915. He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me the news that no one wants to hear, it needed replaced. He was extremely professional and kind with this news and assured me that we could figure this out. He called Tony Vizzone who helped get together estimates and drop the price to something that I was able to afford. Matt and Tony made this awful experience bearable and I can’t thank them enough for all that they have done for myself and the community. I’m a customer for life now!
