I had my furnace and a/c checked today by Geottl. So glad I did! With this service Geottl also looks at the vents in your home. My vents were filthy. My furnace wasn’t functioning at top efficiency. The reason was the vents. The accumulated dust gets pulled through the system leaving dirt in my heating coil. Lupe showed me the photos of vents and heat coil, explained the issues and remedies. I scheduled a cleaning of vents. Lupe also helped with financing. I recommend Geottl. Great service and friendly service people. I will definitely stay with Geottl.

Great tech, as far as the company. Good luck. Had a appointment and they didn't show. Took months to get another. Still under warranty. By the time they made next appointment, no warranty. Tried to charge for something that previous tech installed incorrectly. Came out in my favor. Just the 10s of thousands invested and the amount of head ache from th beginning.
Once again Goettl comes to my rescue!!! I had an appointment for a plumbing issue and Technician Andrew Stone showed up this morning to take a look at the flapper on the the toilet. We then started a conversation about the hot water heater. Andrew then took a look at the heater and noticed that it was starting to leak. I did not want a bandage job and ended up with a new heater and replacement of the entire system in my toilet. Andrew took care of everything today and I am definitely impressed and add to all of this he was great with my furrball!!!!

Camren came out to check the water heater and softener, because we had another company out to check them and they said everything needed to be replaced. He checked everything and found that the water heater was still under warranty, but is still working. The softener was unplugged and had the wrong salt in it. Instead of paying thousands of dollars to replace perfectly good units, he cleaned and serviced the softener! The price was reasonable and far less than the other company quoted.

Today, 10/31/25, Rodney took care of my home. He inspected the heater and was very thorough. He took his time to explain all that he did so I saw the value in his service. He found bird droppings in my PVC pipes on the roof. I didn’t even know we had them! lol. He provided a reasonable estimate. He knowledge, professionalism and personality all were great. Zackary great service . When installing our new sensors explained everything thoroughly and just all-around great service
I had nothing but issues with Goettl's installation of ductwork. I kept calling Goettl to report issues, and they would come out and tell me everything was fine. I wrote the owner and managers asking for help, and all they would do is send some kid out to tell me everything was fine. It wasn't until I filed a complaint at the Nevada State Contractors Board that they admitted the installation was bad, ripped everything out, and started over. Had I not filed a complaint at the NSCB, I would still be lied to. The new installation has issues. They sent new people to install, two men said they got sick and vomited, and had to leave for the day. When Goettl said they were done, I said great, I will call the City of Las Vegas Building Department for an inspection, and Goettl said they needed to come back to do more work after they said they were done! Everyone I told what happened told me they also had issues with Goettl. Goettl lied to me for two years until I filed a complaint at the NSCB that they admitted they were liars and the work was bad! Do as I did, file a complaint at the NSCB! I have more to explain but you get the idea.
Our technician, Angel, was professional and friendly. He was far more helpful than online support at Goettl at answering questions and fixing a sensor.

Alberto and Jose came out yesterday to patch up some drywall and stucco from the installation of my new heat pump. They arrived on time and presented themselves professionally. I asked Alberto if he could leave me a chip of paint, figuring I was going to have to paint the patch. I was surprised when he said hat they were going to paint it. I wasn't expecting that! Two hours later, they patched inside and out and reinstalled/framed/painted my attic hatch. These guys are talented! They matched the color exactly and I can't tell where the patch is! I needed to replace 4 bathroom sink faucets. The technician brought in the style I had indicated similar to another faucet replace years ago in a small bathroom .After opening the box to see it I was not ok with the size. I met the tech @ Home Depot where we found the exact style. I was so happy they would help solve the problem & consider customer satisfaction. It looks beautiful!!!! We had a home warranty service person come out first. He didn't remove the ac top to look inside. Without going into the crawl space or checking out much, he was done with the inspection. When Hunter from Goettl came out, he was beyond thorough. He took lots of pictures and inspected every aspect of our unit. His recommendations were based on facts and what he had discovered. He was able to give us the tools we needed in order to make an informed decision. The process of installing the unit was easy and stress free.

Jef came to our house to diagnose why our 22 year-old furnace wouldn't run correctly. He was very courteous and willing to answer my questions with as much detail as I wanted. I never felt like he was trying to sell me more than was needed to get the furnace running again. He explained, with pictures of our furnace's components, what he found when he inspected it. It simply needed a cleaning and routine service which fortunately was not a huge expense.
He explained, while he saw no immediate problems. what we might expect going forward, given the furnace's age and condition. After I asked about major component vs. whole-unit replacement, he provided a thorough explanation, and pricing, of options for us to consider.

Stephen was courteous and respectful to me and my property. He kept me informed into what he was doing, pointed out an issue and was able to rectify it in a timely manner, overall great customer service.
I called them at 1 pm on a Friday after realizing that my hot water tank was flooding my garage. They scheduled to come to my house between 2 pm to 4 pm. No one ever came so I called them at 5:20 pm and canceled the appointment since it looked like they were never coming. It’s unprofessional to schedule appointments and not even show up. I ended up going with another company and grateful they came within an hour.
Andrew Morgan was our technician and I could not be more impressed. He was very thorough and spent the time to explain what he was doing and why. He was very trustworthy and as a bonus was really friendly to our pup. Awesome same day service and fair price.

Michael did a great job for us today. Our sewage line was completely blocked by roots. He showed me with the camera and educated me on what was happening to our old iron cast line. He knew what he was doing, the what, the why is this happening. This is going to be a major project having to replace the entire line and he informed me on how this process works and the time and effort and safety it takes to replace a line. Goettl's website was easy to use and we got an appointment the very next day. Great job Michael. Will definitely use Goettl again.

We had our whole house reverse osmosis system maintenance done yesterday and Chris Churchill was outstanding. He explained everything that he was doing, all the testing, in terms that I could understand. It all started with a flashlight.
Our CEO, Ken Goodrich, was a 10-year-old boy holding a flashlight for his dad as he worked on an air conditioner for a customer. His father was an independent technician in Las Vegas who admired the longevity and quality of Goettl products. In 2013, Goodrich purchased Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing and has since expanded the company across Arizona, Nevada, and Texas.
