Emergency AC Repair Call
Three days after moving into a new house our AC stopped working. Went to Goettl's website and was able to schedule an appointment in the middle of the night for the next day. Saul arrived during the appointment window. He was kind and professional and answered all of my questions. He assessed and fixed the issue and we had our AC back by lunch. A little expensive but definitely recommend.

Stacy was amazing — he was even a little early, which has never happened. Another company had suggested a full HVAC system replacement and we wanted a second opinion. He ran all his diagnostics and concluded we actually did not need to replace the unit and explained why. It was clear he took pride in his work and felt trustworthy. Emergency Sewer Line Call
Goettl technician showed up the same day I called for an emergency sewer line blockage. I needed 30 feet of sewer line replaced plus additional sewer pipe lining, and a backwater valve replaced. Nick, Julian, and Josh were at my home for four days. They did a meticulous job, cleaning up every day with no debris left. They were responsive to my questions and took pride in their work. The work team was terrific.

During a record hot day in August our A/C quit blowing cold air. The Goettl van shows up and our new favorite technician, Jesus, saves the day. He made a few measurements, found a capacitor had quit, and quickly replaced it — cooling us down in minimal time, expense and headache. He could have really up-charged us for services and parts we didn't need, but he's professional, honest and thoroughly knowledgeable. Goettl and Jesus are great!

Troy F. is a solid, competent, and highly effective technician who fully explained all the nuances of the heater maintenance he worked on. He took his time to thoroughly service my system and then patiently explained in layman's terms what was done. Three techs showed up to do maintenance, upgrades and repairs to both our plumbing and AC/heater. Caillen T. handled the tankless water tank flush and inspection. Jan E. installed a customer-owned toilet and replaced the pressure reducing valve. The AC/heating tech explained the need for the system updates. All three were professional, on time, and took the time to explain the issues throughout.

He also flushed my water heater and inspected my bathroom sink — I had issues with bad odor — and recommended BioOne, which he applied. Cool guy — even my baby pug loved him and was laying on his lap while he was working under the sink! So we got a hot water heater, a kitchen faucet, a toilet flapper, and a drain clear.
