He was friendly, experienced and competent, listened closely to the nature of the problems we were having with the air conditioning service, and communicated very well the steps he planned to take to troubleshoot and fix the problem. I went with the cheaper company got my unit fixed only for it to fail five days later and I had to tuck my tail and call goettl back, even though I left a bad comment they were still so willing to help get me fixed up you yeah it cost a whole bunch of money but my house is no longer a hundred degrees inside I appreciate everything Goettl did for me, and on a side note the first company that gave me the cheaper estimate took my money would not come back and honor their repair and stopped answering my calls.

I have had a wonderful experience with the Geottl team lead by Jonathan D. All members of his team are very courteous and polite. They came to work every day with a smile on their face and eager to work despite the 105 degree weather. They are hard workers and dedicated to getting the job done and done correctly. After 50 years being on our roof our a/c finally gives out. 10:30 in the morning I find out, and by 7pm our house was freezing from the new unit running and that only took 15 min to do that. THANK YOU GEOTTL! Now they have done some maintenance and cleaning the A/C and did a terrific job. The Sadie rejuvenation is a very good deal to keep the unit running so you are not caught off guard. They did a great job thanks Goettl 5 stars I would give him 10 but I can only go as high as 5.

Carlos came out today. I explained an issue i have been having with my unit since installation. Despite having the past 3 technicians tell me they're was nothing wrong, he listened to my issue and assured me he would check everything! He explained that he pulled a failed code from the diagnostic test and replaced a switch. He explained how my system works and why he thought this was the answer to the "unsolvable" problem. This is the first time I felt like a technician listened to me and worked to fix the problem. Thank you Carlos!

He came out for a rejuvenation inspection and identified two developing problems with my AC unit and explained in detail why the two parts were beginning to fail. The parts were covered under warranty so I paid labor only. The repairs were made in a timely manner and my AC unit works perfectly. This is exactly what preventive maintenance is all about. Had them come out as I was having AC troubles. Turns out I needed to replace the filters more frequently and the system was freezing over. Ricky T. went over everything on the system, took pictures and explained the issues fully. Once the filters were replaced the system settled back to normal and Ricky made sure it was running optimally. He identified problem areas and made some recommendations for down the road and provided pricing estimates. As a Sadie Club member it was no cost to me.

A/C Repair Call
Our A/C did not work, so we called AHS to use our warranty. It was a Friday and they said there were no openings until Tuesday. Being in Las Vegas with 117° Temps and an 83 yr old in my house, that was not acceptable. Goettl had an opening the same day. They had great communication and when he came out, he repaired the control board, but also stated the system is 20 years old and would eventually need replacing. AC is working now. He provided the info and we decided to fix it. Thank you, Goettl
