He detached and removed it at 6pm and came back the next morning to replace it in a timely, professional manner. She was very courteous, friendly, helpful, and informative. I would be glad to have her again for any maintenance needs I have in the future. If you have a tankless water heater they do charge for that maintenance so just be aware of that. I would definitely recommend.
