We had a blockage in our main line - Goettl sent out Enrique next day (Sunday) on a holiday weekend. I was so shocked they could get out so soon and they arrived exactly when they said they would. I got the text he was on the way and was able to see his arrival time through a link. Enrique was very polite and professional . He quickly found the cause of our problem. Goettl has great sales and customer service. They were able to install a new toilet within 24 hours. James and James came out to diagnose a water leak problem.They proceeded professioanally through a series of test.More testing is still required.Nut they explained things well.Though working to detect a leak isn't something I'd put in the "good" category, Idnsay my experience with these two techs from Goettl was good.

Overall I’m quite satisfied with the plumbing line clean out today, even after a delay from the previous evening appointment. James was friendly, efficient, and also shared (by video) what our pipe looked like afterwards. I was given bids on future work by his supervisor, but no pressure to make an immediate decision.

Came back from vacation and found that the kitchen sink was clogged. Goettl was able to come the next morning. Their technician Brendan was on-time and knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. We had a great experience with this plumber. James, the technician, was amazing and really took time to sort out the issue we were having. We had a clogged toilet. He ended up having to pull it and snake the drain. He made the process very quick and easy, he gave us a lot of options as well for plumbing under our home. We will definitely use them again.

I am already a ride or die Goettl customer. On Monday (2 days ago) I gave them a call, my wife and I decided it was time for AC, after 40 years! James Estrada a bright and experienced tech from Goettl was dispatched here yesterday (Tuesday), and I had an easy-to-understand proposal last night. The proposal has all our options regarding, installation, insulation , and restoration broken-out perfectly.Goettl Plumbing and HVAC is new-ish to San Diego, but they have been in business for decades, and they are obviously trying to build a reputation (in SD) for service and quality work at a fair price. This is the second time I’ve used Goettl, and they are Top Shelf! Give them a call, request Anthony for Plumbing and James for HVAC. The Managers and Dispatch team are awesome as well.mc in pb

Isaiah is a very good technician, knowledgeable, efficient, meticulous, and very friendly. He went through the process of evaluating systematically, and knew exactly what to do to fix the problem without taking any shortcuts. He kept us updated on the progress. Goettl is an excellent plumbing company, and all the technicians that worked on the various phases of the project, have been very good. Brandon came out to our house because we had a leak under our Kitchen sink. He diagnosed the issue being that our pipes were so corroded away from being old pipes. He said that we caught the issue early so there wasn’t a lot of damage to the cabinets and to our walls. He got right on top of the issue and the next day the restoration team came out and started fixing the issue.
