Former SoCal Airflow customer here - Eddie did the first maintenance service since the acquisition and found a couple of issues with our new system installed less than 2 years ago.
1. There was no damper system installed so that we can adjust the airflow to each room. This was a big selling point at the time of the sale but appears it was never installed.
2. One of the main ducts was not properly sealed at the time of installation, it's leaking and could become disconnected.
I appreciate Eddie's honesty in bringing these issues to my attention and would look for Goettl to assist with correcting these issues.

A young tech came out last week after our expensive system failed which they installed and said we may have a leak, filled the system and left. Last night the system crashed, we experienced 88 degrees all night. I am a 90 percent disabled Viet Nam Vet with multiple medical problems. Befpre the merge, the company was owned by another veteran and that is why I went with the company. I talked to the 24 hour operator, who was extreemly nice and helpful, who is going to try to resolve this issue tomorrow. I will follow-up with the results.

Our AC was working fine until last night, it started blowing warm air. I was able to schedule same-day service luckily, and Eddie stopped by to save the day. Jeff did an awesome job fixing my HVAC system. His attention to detail and customer care was above and beyond. He patiently explained every aspect of what he was doing to fix my HVAC system. He diagnosed a very difficult problem with the HVAC that no other HVAC Technician in Orange County that I called could do in previous months. He worked closely with the Manufacturer Warranty Department and managed the entire process of finding the correct part and ensured the work was done professionally. I never had to ask him what was going to happen next, because he was always explaining the process to me beforehand. His work and professionalism is priceless due to the confidence and commitment he had towards my HVAC system. He wanted to ensure it ran correctly and that my Family and I were happy with the job. Eddie came out to service my AC, he was very thorough and friendly. He did take longer than I was expecting since I was on a tight schedule that day. I had to ask him to hurry up cause I had to go. Also, first time I have got pushed on a upsell on things. I would prefer just the service and less on the upsell.
Had Eddie out for routine maintenance on our unit. He provided detailed and clear explanations for everything that he inspected, and even went above and beyond to help clean up some bird droppings in our attic.
We had great service on our air conditioning thanks to Geno and Anthony. They were awesome. The temperature never go more than 68F with heater turned on in 8 hours. We are simply requesting the heater to reach the reasonable heating temperature or install a not defective unit. (We have warranty for 10 years)
Technician came 3 times, all very irresponsible and did not fix the problem. They just don’t want to fix it, and want to leave. (1st time they told us need to change air filter. 2nd time they found out the gas valve was not turned on… 3rd time they told us 63F is a “resonalble” good heating tempreture result, and told us not to even looking at the temperature.) Every time we try to make an appointment, they either not showing up or change our schedule last minute.

We’re thrilled with the quality and care of the Goettl team. We bought our furnace/ac unit on New Years Eve day. Our heater went out that day and since it was winter and our heater they showed up on that day, which was the day we called and did the install ASAP! Then our construction was delayed - I mean for a long time! Goettl was patient and when we called to say, ok it’s time for the condenser, they were on it and moved quickly like we asked. Sometimes you get calls from different people but that’s ok, they were all great. Special recognition to Jeffery Thomas (Installation Manager) for his exceptionally great service and also to Abraham Silva for being a great technician. We are so happy we went with Goettl

I called them this morning around 9 o’clock. They said I had 11 o’clock -2pm appointment. The gentleman would call me before he arrives. Gentleman arrived around 12 o’clock. They did an excellent job knew what he was doing. What a great way to do business
The installation of the Air Condition and Heating unit was done so professionally by both Seth and Andrew I am totally impressed. Every step of the way they explain to me what they are doing. There was some confusion about the of starting of the work. But they finish the job way ahead of the time I wanted to get them complete the work.
Artie was amazing and professional. He came on time during the morning to inspect the unit and explained everything clearly. He was patient and respectful and answered my questions. He even played with my dogs, who loved him. The company themselves is very responsive and professional. They sent a text when Artie was on his way, and gave a call to provide quotes and next steps. Really enjoyed the customer service!
Eddie showed up a little early, which was great. He was super nice and professional. As a courtesy to us, he did a little extra and cleaned our fan blower for cleaner air. We would absolutely recommend them for any AC or plumbings needs.

From the start, reception was very pleasant and easy to work with. My technician Eddie was awesome. He was on time and very professional. Eddie did a great job of thoroughly explaining the situation and went above and beyond to ensure everything he could assist with today was done quickly and efficiently. Goettl came out on 7-12-23 to do a repair. Jake, who was great, was our technician and after talking with him, we ended up replacing the whole system and they were able to do it on 7-13-23. It is amazing the difference.

Very pleased with the service. From when Jarret initially came to check what’s wrong with our AC, to available options since we needed a new system, I didn’t feel the pressure to sign up right away. Installation was a breeze as well. Josh, Juan, Ismael and Seth were all very courteous and professional.
Christian came to our house and was very professional. I really appreciated the time he took to explain what he was doing and why. He also inspected our system as part of the service and gave us quotes on the spot so we could decide what additional steps we wanted to take. I am very happy with the service. Thanks!
Eddie the tech explained and diagrammed fully the way the A/C works, then took photos of our unit with potential problems revealed. He was not interested in hard selling us a new unit, just making us aware of aging in the unit we have. At the end he had an administrator on the phone with us so we could discuss Eddie’s findings and future potential fixes if things progress, as well as being a sounding board for any questions we had.

I called Goettl because my heater wasn't working, they came the very next day. Their technician Artie showed up to my home greeted us with a smile and a flashlight. Was able to diagnose What was going on with my heater very quickly. Both my air-conditioning unit and furnace are over 30 years old and needed replacement. The entire process from start to finish was very easy, quick, and everyone I dealt with from sales to installers was absolutely wonderful and professional!. The entire installation process took between 6 to 8 hours start to finish. The crew started at almost 2 o’clock Thursday afternoon and came back Friday morning for about three hours to finish up. The installers were courteous, professional and took the time to answer all my questions and explained the system to me in detail. Huge thank you to John,Joaquin, Art, Emilio and Trent for installing a clean, quality finished product. Very glad I decided to go with this company versus the other two I got quotes on. It all started with a flashlight.
I was a ten-year-old boy holding a flashlight for my Dad while he worked on an air conditioner for a customer. His name was Duncan Goodrich. He didn’t talk much. But there’s a certain kind of magic that happens when a son holds a flashlight for his father. I held it steady and quiet and Dad talked to me while he worked.
