They guys were great! Friendly fast and very careful in my property. Thorough cleaning after a complete system replacement.
I had to have my ductwork repaired due to a rodent infestation. The Good crew that worked on this was extremely professional and polite. I was very impressed with them - a little bit less so with their superior who called G me and pressured me to do the entire duct system rather than just repair a few of the obviously damaged ones. In the end, I decided to replace everything, but I don’t like being pressured.
After dealing with a chronic sewage drainage problem for 4 plus years, and having several services unable to properly diagnose it, and implementing temporary fixes, the Goettl team of Greg and his apprentice Luis quickly found the source of the issue and repaired it. We have had estimates from other firms to fix this for over $1,200 and this team did the job for under 25% of that. Great to have qualified knowledge and experience working for us to solve this issue once and for all. A very well run business.

Tanner was great. He arrived on time, got my 30 yr old furnace running again, changed the intake filter for me, and explained everything he was doing. I opted to replace the furnace rather than spend money for repairs on the old one. Of course, this happened on the weekend (don't they always happen on weekends or after hours)? But Goettl is available 24/7, so by Monday morning, Jim and Jaime arrived on time and installed my new furnace and did a great job. I moved to the Sparks area one year ago and Four Seasons, now Goettl, was recommended to me. Jef U. Has been my technician ever since. He is always friendly, extremely knowledgeable and explains things in layman’s terms. We did the best we could doing maintenance repairs on the old furnace. We ended up replacing the furnace along with some of the original ducts. Wow! The old units guts were worse than what we thought! Charred, things melted, the former owners must not have ever serviced the unit.Goettl sent a crew of incredible techs to assist Jef as I have a 2-story. The amount of times every single one of these techs had to go up and down the stairs carrying the old unit in pieces and boxes of parts for the new unit was immense and had to have absolutely brutal for each of them. My new furnace is wonderful and I simply cannot thank the following technicians enough for all their hard work:Jef Eusepi, Jiame, Reese, Jason, Greg**** YOU ROCK!!!! ****
I have had issues with the quality of air, and the consistency of the heat in my house since I bought it 24 years ago built for me.I called them to come clean my ductwork and upon inspection they found multiple issues with the original ductwork and thoroughly explained why a cleaning would not fix the problems. They told me they would be wasting my money if I had the cleaning and told me the only way to resolve my problems was to completely remove the existing ductwork and put a new system of ductwork in. It was more than I had planned on for a cleaning, but I trusted them after explaining what they would do differently. They spent the whole day removing and replacing, and now I have the cleanest air in my home I have ever had, and the temperature is the same in every room for the first time since I bought my house new. They said they would work to make me happy and that is exactly what they did. Trust these guys and their suggestions, you will not regret it.
Jeff is professional and knowledgeable. He and Steve are the best team I met. Jeff is polite and explains his work in details and recommends what is necessary to be done in the future.Update: 03/20/2024Dan has also provided a good air conditioning maintenance service, too.
Our tech was Dan, he was very thorough and checked out everything. (he checked way more things than previous techs when you were 4 seasons) He was very personable and explained everything and answered all questions that we had.
Interesting company that recently moved into town from Arizona and southern Nevada. A bit of a corporate feel. Every time I tried to get ahold of the technician the day of, calls were always routed to a corporate call center. And some company policy restrictions seemed a bit out of my needs as a property manager customer. But the work was professional and done correctly. They fixed an issue of no water flowing to a refrigerator in a rental home. And on top of that they corrected a minor safety issue with the water heater. The guys were very friendly and courteous. I could have probably saved about $100 having a smaller local plumbing company perform the fix. All of the plumbing places that use per-project rather than hourly, tend to be pricier up front. But overall I am satisfied. It helped that they did the minor water heater taping fix, included in the project. I will likely do business with them, but not for every little plumbing issue.
Great communication and easy appointment set up!! Arrived on time and was very professional. Great communication throughout the whole process and concise with every option thats available through Goettl.There was no hidden fees fyi.. Signing up for the maintenance program was a no brainer. Also was impressed with the cleanliness of the employee and respect he showed not only to us but our property.I will not hesitate to recommend Gottel if all the employees are as good as Dan was!Thank you and hopefully all the other services we will be getting in the future are just as great!!
A Goettl team installed a water softening and tankless (condensing) water system for us today, a choice we made when our water heater turned eight yrs.old. We’d learned our water is hard and contains high chlorine levels.The team was professional, respectful, and worked quickly and quietly. I would be glad to have her again for any maintenance needs I have in the future.If you have a tankless water heater they do charge for that maintenance so just be aware of that. This company and their employees have always been very pleasant to work with, and honest as well. I would definitely recommend.

I was very anxious when Goettl merged with four seasons. I am pleased to say the service has been exceptional. Anthony and Dan were efficient,attentive, explained things clearly, and did a great job.
I called Goettl Friday for a water heater fix. It was leaking !! After looking at it I told them to replace it. Goettl set it up for the next day. (Saturday). Gary Hopkins was on time and did a really nice job removing and replacing the existing heater. Very fast. He was in and out in 3 hours. He cleaned up and left no mess. He and his team get 5 stars. Great service !!
Dan was very helpful and professional. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions.I knew our hot water heater was getting old and had done research and decided upon Goettl for replacement. Woke up to on a Saturday Morning to a 49 degree house. We called several places, but 4 Seasons did not charge time and a half for a Weekend Call. Mike promised he would be out by 2 or 2:30, but when he had an opening they were out by 11am. We ended up having to replace our furnace after 29 years. Mike was able to quote me a price by the end of the day. I still got other quotes, but none of them matched 4 Seasons. Mike gave me a quote that included everything with no hidden costs. Other companies were more money and also wanted to charge extra for the permits and inspections needed by the city. So of course we went with 4 Seasons and we couldn't be more happier. Mike made sure he went over everything with me and they left the house clean after removing the old unit. We didn't find anything left behind that we had to throw out or pick up after his team. We are so happy that Mike was the first to respond to our needs. 4 Seasons even followed up afterwards with concerns that I had as well. Thanks 4 Seasons and you have a customer for life. Our furnace stopped working on a cold evening. The next morning I began calling around for repair. The first place I called told me they couldn't come for two weeks. I called Goettl and a technician was at our home by noon that day. It turned out that our thirty-two old furnace had to be replaced. The Tech, Tanner was very professional and took time to explain all of our options. We decided it was time to replace our furnace and air conditioning and the next day a crew arrived early in the morning. They worked through the day and when they left we had a new furnace and a/c. The installation crew did a great job and were careful to leave our home the way they found it. We are very happy with Goettl and highly recommend them.
Both Anthony and Jim (and his team) were great. They answered all of the questions that I had and were thorough throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend to others! Very grateful for them as I have heat again in this already cold winter!
We have had the pleasure of working with this staff when it was under the 4 Seasons name. We finally had a full system install done and it went flawlessly. At one point because the staff promised a one day install for the furnace, blower and AC, they called for 2 extra trucks. We had 6 installers working to get us heat before they left for the evening. It meant a lot to my family that they stayed to get it done. What a difference a properly installed and functioning system can do for your home. If you are on the fence because it is expensive, this is the company you want to go with.Thank you Marco, Reece, Colin, Diego and Jim to name a few. You gentlemen made the experience great and comfortable for us while we were all home for the holidays.

Our Story
It all started with a flashlight.
Our CEO, Ken Goodrich, was a 10-year-old boy holding a flashlight for his dad as he worked on an air conditioner for a customer. His father was a Goettl dealer in Las Vegas who admired the longevity and quality of Goettl products. In 2013, Goodrich purchased Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing and has since expanded the company across Arizona, Nevada, Texas, and Southern California.
