Water Heater Inspection

It All Started With A Flashlight.
Our CEO, Ken Goodrich, was a 10-year-old boy holding a flashlight for his dad as he worked on an air conditioner for a customer. His father was an independent technician in Las Vegas who admired the longevity and quality of Goettl products. In 2013, Goodrich purchased Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing and has since expanded the company across Arizona, Nevada and Texas.

On Saturday afternoon we came in to notice water all over the floor. We immediately contacted GOETTL as they have done fabulous work with both our AC and hot water heater replacement at our house. Tankless Water Heater
Chris, a senior technician at Goetll listened intently as I explained the problem with my newly installed tankless water heater. He measured the response time it took to receive hot water from various locations in the house. His test confirmed that the re-circulation pump had not been activated. He rectified this by programming in the necessary commands. Bravo Chris!
