AC troubleshooting

Ron came out on a Saturday night at 9pm and stayed for an hour to troubleshoot an AC issue we were having in our home. He was early, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He led with great service and built rapport. We had the best experience with Goettl. What seemed like a simple fix only turned out to be a 6-hour job, and Jaime and Frank were so positive and easy-going during the entirety of it. Jaime and Frank were both very friendly and respectful; they are extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciated the time Jaime took to explain different components and his process for inspecting the unit. He even took time to introduce himself to our dogs! I am very satisfied with the rapid response of Goettl for the malfunction of my Goettl HVAC. Their technician completed a timely and correct diagnosis that the condenser coil had developed a leak and required replacing. However it would take a week to acquire the coil. In the mean time they agreed to return and refill the refrigerant as needed pending the arrival of the coil.

I had my water heater blow out last night and also needed the shut off valve to the house replaced. Dago came out within 45 minutes of calling Goettl after getting home from work and seeing the issue with the hot water heater. He then returned in the morning with his apprentice Cesar and they worked together to replace the shut off valve to the house and replace the water heater. Within 18 hours of my hot water heater leaking out the bottom, everything is fixed! Thank you for your timely service!!
