4 months after our services where we were told we would get a $300 dollar warranty refund for services provided, it turns out the tech misinformed us and it was actually less than $100. The setvice mangers response was, that due to similar issues with their tech he was let go.l, great for them but at the end of the day they didn't take care of the customer and cheated us out of $200 bucks that they weren't willing to back us on.
To be told someone got let go for similar interactions with other customers and then tell me we'll it is a he said she said because the conversation wasn't recorded is bogus, clearly this person had previous instances of doing this to other customers, enough to feel the need to let them go but then still tell me that you dont believe my story.
All that to say, I will no longer deal with this company or any affiliates.
Garbage company! Can’t even put the unit where it belongs. You cannot install under a window-YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT. Takes months (and legal threats) to get a reply. Techs are lazy and left personal lunch trash in my bedroom closet. Paid over 40k for 2 units and have had about 20 service call since. Incompetent, ignorant and just ridiculous.
Julian took the time to thoroughly explain the issue, walk me through the cause, and ensure I understood everything. He was courteous, approachable, and clearly passionate about delivering quality service.
This young man is going places, whether in leadership or running a company of his own because he gets it. And without a doubt, he’ll inspire and develop others to deliver the same level of excellence.

I have been a member for about a year, and I had a new AC unit installed at my home in Texas on June 6, 202 and I expected the process to be handled with the highest level of professionalism and care.
However, several serious issues have occurred:
Incorrect Unit Installed: On installation day, a 3-ton unit was installed instead of the 4-ton unit I was originally quoted for. While we ultimately agreed to proceed with the 3-ton system based on the square footage of my home, this was only after considerable confusion and inconvenience.
Duplicate Membership Compensation: To "make up" for this misstep, I was told that a UV light would be installed on the coils and that I would be upgraded to a "Sadie" membership — which I already had. This gesture, while appreciated in theory, didn’t provide any real value or offset the mistake made.
Water Damage Incident on 6/27/25: Just three weeks later, I discovered water leaking through my closet and into my washroom from the attic AC unit. I had to shut down the AC, in Texas heat, and was unable to get an emergency appointment Friday night. I made contact Saturday morning around 8 AM, and a technician arrived at 9:30. By 11 AM, he discovered the issue was caused by an instruction manual left inside the unit, which blocked drainage and caused water to back up into my ductwork.
This was unacceptable! I then was put in contact with DryForce who ran 8 fans and 2 dehumidifiers 24/7 from June 28 to July 3.
The Austin General Manager contacted me after I sent an email expressing my displeasure. He told me that they would be repairing the damage and offered me $500 for the inconvenience. I declined.
I received no communication from Goettl until I reached out on July 10th. I spoke with who I believe was the manager's secretary and forwarded her an email of what still needed to be fixed in my home. I never spoke to a manager, a general contractor called me and said he was sent by Goettl.
The work was finally done on 8/9!
I have still not spoken with a manager, which I have requested. I was not offered a better warranty just in case their negligence during installation caused unforeseen issues in this unit. I was definitely not compensated for my time or inconvenience. And this unit has still not been inspected by the City of Round Rock.
All in all, this company is not going above and beyond for you, no matter how much money you have spent with them....

This summer i was having problem as it would stop blowing air and called as i was still under warranty and under 2 years. I went ahead with the coil cleaning and was told everything i working fine. Just a month or so later the blower motor failed.
Initially i was told it would take them 3 days to come out to look at the problem and had to explain to the person that I'm under warranty and you should not have to wait days in 105 plus heat.
They came out on a Sunday and diagnosed the failed motor (which they don't keep in stock on units they sell to their customers). The tech (who was great) put me on the for Monday. At 9am I called inquiring at what time i should be home for the repair and was told that the part would not be in until Tuesday. No call and no communication at all with your customer who suffered through a day of a 90 degree house. I also spoke with the parts person who assured me i was under the two years and there was no charge for the repair, since initially they said it was a $600 labor charge. He also put me on the schedule for 1pm on Tuesday.
On Tuesday I called before leaving work to make sure they were still on schedule for the time and was told yes your window is 12-2pm. At 3pm, I called and actually found a helpful person who personally called to see what was going on. The tech finally arrived at 4pm. I understand things fall behind when doing repairs but it was almost more frustrating to be proactive with this company.
After completing the repair the tech still had the $600 labor charge on the invoice. He proceeded to call numerous supervisors to help with the situation. We were even able to pull up my original sale which clearly showed we were under the 2 years and completely under warranty.
Before leaving the tech talked about the best filters for the system (as i was now told about "air flow" issues with unit, which were never brought up with the old unit, the installation of the new unit or any of the services in the past two years). They did a great job of documenting these issues in the invoice as if to almost say... we want to void your warranty is the only reading of this very detail multiple documents attached email.
I can only be left with the feeling that this company will jump for a dollar, but do very little after that dollar has been spent. It's a shame because all of the techs have been wonderful to work with.

Had Sam come out to for yearly rejuvenation, very professional and friendly and explained everything very well. Goettl keeps everything running smooth and cool.

Addition part 2 today you guys came in and did a complete reinstall of my air conditioning unit and furnace and once again absolutely wonderful the care that was taken and respecting our home. The time that was taken to explain things how careful they were not to let my dog out and to give her lots of attention and still get their job done to the fact that you can tell that these guys really care about their job.
