Flame Sensor Resurfacing – A dirty flame sensor can trick your system into shutting off even when it’s running as it should be. As the name implies, resurfacing goes further than simply wiping the sensor off, resurfacing not only cleans away buildup from the sensor, it restores the sensitivity of the sensor surface to extend it’s use.
Pressure Proving Switch test – The pressure proving switch in helps the gas in your furnace stay where it should be when the system is off, and makes sure there’s enough pressure when it’s turned on. Regular testing and inspection of the switch makes sure your furnace is safe and working properly.
Burner Cleaning – The burner, the part that produces the flame in your furnace for heat, can get caked with oxidation and dust over time, making your heating system not work as well as it should, may turn off completely, and can even be a hazard if it’s not regularly cleaned. Goettl’s professionals are detail-focused and thorough, ensuring your burner gets the deep cleaning it deserves.
Blower Assembly Cleaning – The blower assembly is the powerful fan system that helps circulate warm air throughout your home. As your furnace is used over time, parts of the blower can become caked dust, pollen and other small bits of environmental junk. As the gunk builds up, it changes the weight and balance of the fan blades, which makes them have to work harder to provide even airflow (or may weaken the airflow overall). We learned a great deal about our 19 year old heater and that it’s not for this world much longer, but since we purchased the house in 2020 (post-pandemic) it served us well. I had another company in town tell me my only option was a brand new unit when my AC was continuously freezing up. 4 Seasons (now called Goettl) was able to give me a next day appointment, do a bit of maintenance on the spot and give me a quote for a good cleaning. Goettl Air / Four Seasons was a breath of fresh air after getting jerked around by American Home Shield! Had a HVAC failure, made a claim, paid $125 deductible, waited a week for Service. They came out and said not fixing due to wasps in service cut off box. Quoted $900+, price gouging! Killed wasps! Rang Goettl, they explaining pricing, deals, and arranging same day service. They have "Earned" my future business for my residence and properties we manage.
