We learned a great deal about our 19 year old heater and that it’s not for this world much longer, but since we purchased the house in 2020 (post-pandemic) it served us well. I had another company in town tell me my only option was a brand new unit when my AC was continuously freezing up. 4 Seasons (now called Goettl) was able to give me a next day appointment, do a bit of maintenance on the spot and give me a quote for a good cleaning. Goettl Air / Four Seasons was a breath of fresh air after getting jerked around by American Home Shield! Had a HVAC failure, made a claim, paid $125 deductible, waited a week for Service. They came out and said not fixing due to wasps in service cut off box. Quoted $900+, price gouging! Killed wasps! Rang Goettl, they explaining pricing, deals, and arranging same day service. They have "Earned" my future business for my residence and properties we manage.
