My unit decided to die while we were asleep. I made a call to three different companies for emergency service. Goettl responded right away came to my house that day. Unfortunately my furnace was really old and had to be replaced. The guys were very understanding and helpful. I had to wait 24 hours for the installation but they let me borrow a portable unit and dropped it off at my house. The next day it was installed.
