I had a secondary issue with the shower drain being slow only to find out after they put a camera down the drain that I had issues with tree roots. They have come out several times to ease my mind with their camera system. I do not feel like I was being sold anything just given the facts. They deserve a five star recommendation.

Matt and Kayden came out to help determine the issue and within less than 30 minutes determined a copper elbow had to be replaced. Goettl replaced our broken water heater on the same day. Judd, the first tech, was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the new system was faulty, so we had to call a second tech two days later. When the pilot went out a third time, a third tech came, fixed the issue and also ordered a part from the manufacturer as a precaution. Goettl went out of their way to make it right for us which we really appreciated.

I have to say this was the best experience I can recall with a plumber. They were honest (wow) and opened my drain within a few hours. The staff were well informed about the area and type of home that I own. I was told by another u0022Rooteru0022 company before Christmas that all my pipes under the house were collapsing. Turns out it was roots in the sewer line and at 75 feet Goettl got them out and I have a kitchen sink again! Thanks!

Had a leak in our whole house RO system installed by GOETTL back in August of 2018. Last weekend it sprung a leak. Tack was out today. Repair is pending as they need to get part.
