Installation of a new valve to shut water off to a condo unit
Jonathan came on time for the appointment to install a new valve to shut water off to my condo unit. He spoke to his supervisor and began work. He was able to figure out what was needed and ordered the parts from a coworker who brought out the parts. The two worked together once the parts arrived to take down some old piping and installed the new valve. They tested for leaks and made sure things were good. They even bled out air to make sure the water flow to my hydronic heating unit would be fine. They cleaned up and were on their way out soon after. They were efficient and friendly. Great service.

AC went out Saturday night. Was going to go through my home warranty, but, they're not open, or available on Sunday. With the temp hitting 106, I looked up Goettl at 7 am. Booked the appointment online and Josias was here at 8:30. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. In and out in 25 minutes. He was very friendly and courteous and didn't try to upsell anything whatsoever. Our home is cool again and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Thanks, Josias and Goettl!

Rick was trustworthy and helpful. Another company said my upstairs unit had a leak and wanted $2,100 flat fee to do a system leak test. I called Goettl and the tech (Rick) found an air handler panel off in the attic so all the cold air was cooling my attic. Ugh!! Lol upstairs has lots of cold air now.

I discovered a leak under the house which created a wild array of high growing weeds. I called Goettl and Robert came out to see what's going on.
He was very nice, friendly and professional, not at all like pushy sales people from other companies are. He gave me three different estimates and we came to an agreement.
Work will start on Monday. So happy.
A few months later I discovered that my kitchen must have been leaking for quite some time. I called Goettl, made an appointment and Nelson was there on time, even a few minutes early. I love that they are on time, because other companies would make you wait all day even with an appointment.
Nelson changed out the faucet and everything is fine. They new faucet is awesome and looks great. Goettl might not be the cheapest company, but they are well worth it. Again, very, very happy!!!

Nice friendly knowledgeable real pro a.c technician : as my a.c unit is old like my car & my hearth: all will give out one day= also hosing off evaporator coil by the compressor helped big time; a.c is not real loud like before has quitened a lot

Andrew serviced my water heater and checked all faucets for leaks. He was very thorough to make sure my plumbing is in good working order. He also got me an estimate to replace a washer cold water turn off valve that is hard to turn off and on. I am considering the repair.

Justin and his supervisor came by to complete a plumbing evaluation. While here, I made a few repairs and, at my request, installed a "comfort" pump, what I would call a recirculating pump. I purchased a home with 39 year old heat pump. The system still worked but was very inefficient. I chose Goettl to install a new unit. They arrived on time for the appointment and got right to work. The crew of four was polite, respectful, and professional. It took a little less than 5 hours to install the new unit and replace the old, leaky duct work. A few days later, a crew came and installed 10 inches of insulation in the attic. Robert and Richard showed the same level of professionalism as the HVAC crew did. Unsurprisingly, there were some stuff marks around the attic access, and Goettl sent a repair guy who quickly repaired the damaged area. Throughout this process, efforts were made to protect carpet and flooring from dirt and damage. I'm very pleased with the results, and I'm glad I chose Goettl.
Carlos came out today on a routine scheduled maintenance appointment. I explained an issue i have been having with my furnace since installation. Despite having the past 3 technicians tell me they're was nothing wrong, Vala listened to my issue and assured me he would check everything! He completed the routine maintenance, and explained that he pulled a failed code from the diagnostic test and replaced a switch. He explained how my system works and why he thought this was the answer to the "unsolvable" problem. He replaced the switch went over all his completed work and left with the promise that if my problem wasn't fixed they would immediately dispatch another technician to review the system. This is the first time I felt like a technician listened to me and worked to fix the problem. Thank you Carlos!

Kevin Urrutia arrived on time and ready to conduct an inspection of our gas-operated HVAC system, part of which had stopped working, and to provide recommendations for work and/or replacement. Our system was original with the house (1995-2025 - not bad, but it had many "band aids" over the years) - we had just purchased the house in July. He said we could repair it to get a bit more life out of it, but it was destined to fail because it was well beyond its life expectancy, something we expected since it did not appear that the previous owner had provided any maintenance in 3-6 years. With help from the main office, he walked us through our options and answered all of our questions - he was remarkably well informed of system needs in this region, offered incentives for upgrades, and professional. We knew it would be expensive to replace the dual system and wanted to get something we would not have to worry about for a long while (this included maintenance). We opted for a five-star rated electric heat-pump system that we could add to our solar panels. it turned out to be way more than we anticipated, but it is an investment in our home that we intend to enjoy for many years to come. Thank you to Goettl for their prompt response to our call for service and for sending a knowledgeable technician who was able to walk us through and explain the entire process.

Izaias and Pedro are truly miracle workers! There was an issue with a 3rd floor broken pipe, and Goettl truly went above and beyond in every way to make it right. Because of the flood, not only did the water problem need to be solved, but dry wall needed to be cut out and patched, walls needed to be sanded/evened out, a ceiling needed to be repainted, and several paint colors and textures needed to be matched. Pedro and Izaias went the extra mile, making multiple trips to the paint store and eventually finishing a job that made a disaster look brand new. We’re already Sadie members, and we plan to remain card-carrying Goettl customers for life. Their people and their work is simply a cut above their competitors.

They arrived promptly and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. It was determined that I had a severe clog in my kitchen line, requiring them to cut out a section of pipe to clear the blockage. Cameron and Michael went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience, thoroughly explaining each step of the process. I would definitely rate this service 5 stars.

New review 11/7/24 -my heat wasn’t working so I called to get someone out to check what is wrong. Brandon Moreno came out to my house. First, he was very personable and polite. I am a single woman living alone and I felt instantly comfortable with Brandon. He did a lot to figure out what the problem was and then he was able to explain (with pictures and a bad piece of tubing) what exactly was wrong. Then of course, another worst case scenario. There is something about the Goettl techs and office people that make you feel a little better about having to spend the money to fix these home problems. Basically I needed a whole new system. Brandon sat with me and we talked about it all. He called up Jeremy who was also very nice and helpful when it came to payment and what system would be the best for me based on how many zones I have and how long I’ll be in the house and the most energy efficient. I had a water heater leak that flooded my entire garage and I had very fast service the same morning I called . The plumbers Stevo & Texas Chris where very professional and courteous. They also helped me with applying for credit to pay for the work . I highly recommend them to fix your plumbing problems. It was a bit expensive what their company charged but every other plumbing company will charge around the same . I’m just happy my house is functional and I got hot water again ! I was in need of a plumber today for backed up sewer line. I called Goettl and they were very prompt in send a plumber to my home. I had the pleasure of working with Mike C. He arrived promptly after notifying me he was in his way. He was very kind and professional. He inspected each bathroom toilet, tub and shower. He inspected the main outside the house. He explain what he found and gave me an estimate. He explained what work needed to be done and how it would be performed. He let me observe to see what was causing the blockage. He took care of the clog issue and when we went back inside to make sure all toilets, tub and showers were working properly we notice a leak under the master toilet. He corrected the issue and put in a new wax ring and reinstalled the toilet. Mike took his time was respectful of our home and did an excellent job! I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the ongoing leak issue in my house, which has caused significant disruption for over a month. The leak was inadvertently caused by your technicians while replacing the shutoff valves. As a result, I have been without a functional bathroom sink for an extended period. I had requested the yearly summer service from Goettl, during which I specifically asked for the water heater to be flushed and all the emergency water shutoffs to be replaced due to concerns about the quality of the materials used. My intention was to prevent any potential leaks. Despite receiving a high quote, I decided to proceed with the repairs and opted for financing to cover the costs. Several weeks later, I was in my kitchen when I felt a drop of water hit my head. Upon looking up, I observed water leaking from my kitchen light fixture. I proceeded upstairs to the bathroom above and discovered a leak at the connection of the shutoff valve, rendering it ineffective. Consequently, I was compelled to turn off the water supply to my entire residence. I contacted the service provider to rectify the issue, which was evidently caused by their actions. However, they informed me that they were unable to dispatch anyone for three days. As an interim measure, I was advised to keep the water turned off except when necessary. This meant that every time we needed to use the bathroom, shower, wash our hands, or cook, we had to manually turn the water on and off. I found it perplexing that they advertised same-day service on social media, yet it took three days to resolve an emergency situation they had created. Additionally, I questioned the value of my membership and VIP service. Three days later, a technician finally arrived to fix the leak. During the visit, I inquired about the possibility of an inspection for water damage. They obliged, and a separate company arrived the same day to place large, noisy blower fans in my kitchen and upstairs bathroom. The blower fans were present in my residence for a week. Subsequently, the fans were retrieved, and I was informed that a different company would contact me to address the necessary repairs to my kitchen ceiling and replace the upstairs sink, which had been relocated to my garage during the initial blower installation. Several days passed, and an individual arrived to assess the damage and provide an estimate for the repairs. I was assured that I would be contacted shortly thereafter. However, nearly two weeks elapsed without any communication, prompting me to reach out to Goettl to inquire about the status of the repairs. I was told someone from management or corporate would contact me, in which they still havent to this day. In response to my call though, an individual arrived the following day to initiate preparations for the sink installation and indicated that he would return the next day to complete painting downstairs. Following the departure of the initial contractor, his supervisor arrived to check on the progress. She was caught off guard at the bathroom sink's continued presence in my garage, which had persisted for a month. I was informed that the painter would return the following day, and a separate individual would arrive to retrieve the sink, with the repair scheduled for Monday. However, the entire weekend passed without any sign of the expected personnel. Despite the arrival of Monday, no communication was received in the form of calls, texts, or emails. Consequently, on Tuesday afternoon, I contacted Goettl to inquire about the status of the situation and request their assistance in reaching out to the responsible parties. I declined their offer of an appointment on Wednesday, reiterating the circumstances. The representative assured me that they would attempt immediate contact, and I should anticipate an update the folIowing morning. Today almost noon and still nothing! I would absolutely not recommend! Dishonest and not Reliable!
I was very pleased with the service I received from Goettl Plumbing and their technician Roman C. The process started with a courtesy call from the Goettl dispatch team letting me know that Roman would be arriving shortly, which I really appreciated. It's great when a company provides that kind of advance notice.
When Roman arrived, he was very friendly and courteous. He took the time to explain exactly what he was there to do and then proceeded to complete the repair task. The installation went smoothly as planned, and Roman also performed all the necessary final checks to ensure there were no leaks.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided by Roman and the Goettl team. They were professional, efficient, and took the time to make sure the job was done right. Most importantly, they were able to restore my instant hot water, which I'm grateful for. I would definitely use Goettl Plumbing again based on this positive experience, and I recommend their services, especially if you get the chance to work with Roman.
When Roman arrived, he was very friendly and courteous. He took the time to explain exactly what he was there to do and then proceeded to complete the repair task. The installation went smoothly as planned, and Roman also performed all the necessary final checks to ensure there were no leaks.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided by Roman and the Goettl team. They were professional, efficient, and took the time to make sure the job was done right. Most importantly, they were able to restore my instant hot water, which I'm grateful for. Junior diagnosed the problem accurately and fixed the problem quickly. Along the way he educated me on what he was doing and what the problem was (luckily … just a bad capacitor). He tested the air temperature once the a/c was running and let me know all was running well. This was a great service call.
My AC went out on a record breaking heat day here in Vegas. As soon as I noticed it I hopped online and scheduled an appointment for a tech to come visit. I was able to have someone at my home in less than 24 hours. My tech was Jeremy. He was fantastic! Well spoken and very clear about the issues and my options for repair or replacement of the unit. Tai and Justin were exceptionally punctual, exceptionally personable and exceptionally professional. They knew exactly what to do and performed with utmost expertise. Their thorough service to our plumbing system leaves me feeling confident that our plumbing, hot water heater and our outdoor faucet are in excellent care and condition. Goettl is not cheap, but they absolutely do it right (just like the ad says). Chad Mason did my HVAC maintenance and was great, professional, and friendly, and answered all of my questions. The tech who installed my hot water heater did an amazing job too (sorry I don't remember his name).
For the record I NEVER give a5 star rateing as I feel it gives a false sense to those it is given to that they can't do any better . That said Ricky the tech from goetti ac and plumbing was outstanding at explaining all questions I asked . It should be know that after the checkup on the ac unit and pricing given i told them they were the 3rd company I had in and I was comparing prices they ,him and his manager still answering all my questions . They weren't the best estimate, but that made no difference. Due to there professional attitude they were to me impressive as the professional that they are . In a town where a true professional is hard to find ,Goetti is ahead.
AC maintenance /system health checks are important. Ricky from Goettl took care of us today by helping to explain what parts were worn and needed to be replaced on our AC unit. Ricky was professional, patient with our questions, and did the job with same day turn around time.

Yes they are more expensive than competitors but in this line of work we believe you truly get what you pay for and the job gets done right the first time.
Everything was highly professional, we had a guy originally come out and bring a temporary cooling unit for our bedroom as our house was without an air conditioner. We made the decision to go and replace the whole system, including the heating system.

Excellent service,immediate diagnosis and it turned out to be my next door neighbors shower leaking into my home(adjoining townhouse) they also immediately gave him an estimate and will be fixing his issue. Now that's amazing customer service and so greatful to both.
Arturo and Felix from Goettl AIr and Heating did a great job cleaning my air conditioner and heating ducts. So much dust. Kevin also deserves credit for organizing all the service. They worked as a team to get my system up and running for what cold or warm weather comes in the future. My ducts got vacuum and washed. Unbelievable how much dirt there was. Thanks for a great job.
The tech, Adrian, arrived on time and was friendly and professional. My AC unit sits on top of a two story roof and it is highly dangerous to climb up there. Adrian climbed his ladder atop of my roof saw my unit’s coils were dirty and needed a good scrubbin’! He climbed down his ladder to retrieve his hose. He hooked it up to a bib nearby and climbed back up to the rooftop and gave my coils a rub a dub scrub. It smelled so good in my home like bubbles, I loved the care my unit was receiving. I highly recommend Goettl and believe they have an asset of an employee / technician. Thank you for doing things the right way, not the easy way!
