Installation of a new valve to shut water off to a condo unit

Jonathan came on time for the appointment to install a new valve to shut water off to my condo unit. He spoke to his supervisor and began work. He was able to figure out what was needed and ordered the parts from a coworker who brought out the parts. The two worked together once the parts arrived to take down some old piping and installed the new valve. They tested for leaks and made sure things were good. They even bled out air to make sure the water flow to my hydronic heating unit would be fine. They cleaned up and were on their way out soon after. They were efficient and friendly. Great service.

From my very first call with Vanessa on Monday morning, everything was coordinated seamlessly. Kevin arrived on time, quickly evaluated our situation, and walked us through clear options for next steps. Once it was determined that we needed a new unit, Jeremy helped us choose the system that best fit both our needs and budget.

By that same afternoon, Carlos and Jose were at our home dismantling the old unit and installing the new one. They worked with precision and care—running thorough tests to make sure the system met Goettl’s high standards, ensuring not only that it functioned perfectly but also that the installation itself looked clean and professional.

Finally, Alberto came in to handle the drywall repairs, leaving the area looking even better than before the installation began.

Juan was very professional. I only called for a second opinion and free estimate because of work done by my Home Warranty. Price was reasonable to me for shower valve to be replaced in wall with Goettl also repairing the drywall after plumbing repairs. They also offer a membership for other services that seem worth the price, although I have nothing to compare it to. But Id recommend calling Goettl for an initial or even follow up advice, quotes. If I were not already in the hole from the service fee, repairs, etc with paying the home warranty company for the initial repairs, I'd definitely go with Goettl because they also had a payment plan that I could work with. I base companies I call for help off reviews, and others people experience with them, so I wanted to put out that from price, help, professionalism, and courtesy just from the one visit I definitely will call them in future when needed. Thanks so much for your professionalism. I really enjoyed Kenneth,Ricky, Adrian and Brandon. Kenneth, Brandon explain everything clearly that I had concerns with. Ricky (attic man) he cleaned up his mess. Adrian did the installation with perfessionalism even thou his truck got towed with the rest of his supplies. He had to come back the next day to finish the installation. I just loved the perfessionalism that you guys represent. I just love my New A/C unit and hot water heater Thanks again.

Wow, I enjoyed Kevin Urrutia's visit! It was as if I was welcoming a new friend into my home that was able to resolve my issues expeditiously. He was friendly, polite, personable, helpful and transparent.
It was another triple digit day in Vegas. I already knew the end was near for my A/C unit. So, it was no shock that the time had come. The shock was when I found out I had to also replace the furnace! I had no idea I couldn't replace only the A/C. However, I took it well from Kevin's very efficient explanation of what's going on with my HVAC system. He answered all of my questions and made it a less stressful situation.
Kevin was able to find a great deal on a unit that was an upgrade from what I had. I even got a next day appointment for insulation! I can go on and on and on about Kevin. He was exceptional.
I always use Goettl for maintenance and when something goes wrong. They have saved me many times! What's awesome is every technician they send gives excellent customer service and respects your home.
I have their Sadie plan and I feel it pays for itself. I've had several emergencies at my home and Goettl comes through every time! Again, I could endlessly sing Goettl's praise but at some point you have to stop reading this and see for yourself!

Josh the tech that came out was polite and friendly. He went into our attic and took pictures while looking at ductwork and if we were properly insulated. Come to find out insulation is subpar. He then proceeded to get on the roof and do the check on the ac/heating unit and it was determined to be 22 years old. They take pictures of everything. Josh came down to show me the pictures of the unit and I could see signs of joints at the coil going bad also power connections to the compressor showed signs of putting and burn marks which mean the unit was near failure and well it didn’t take me much thought on what to do. Waiting for an install crew to come and remove the old unit and install the new one. This review is on a service call. Will update review once new unit is installed.

Goettl in Las Vegas specializes in home, condo and mobile home plumbing, heating and air conditioning.
