How Does It Work?
The operation of a swamp cooler is incredibly simple. Basically, it just draws air over water-soaked pads. The water evaporates into the air, cooling it while also humidifying it, and is then pushed into your living space. When using an evaporative cooler, windows are actually left open a bit. Rather than cool the same air over and over again, as a central AC does, an evaporative cooler instead replaces the warm air in a home with the cooled and humidified air. The hot air is just forced out through the windows.
Evaporative coolers offer many benefits. In our area, a main selling point is the humidification process. The air outside has very little humidity in it, and using a central AC will remove humidity from the air in your house. With an evaporative cooler, low humidity is not nearly as much of an issue. Plus, the system will keep refreshing the air in your home as it runs, keeping air quality high.
Additionally, an evaporative cooler will cost roughly half as much to install as a central air conditioner. Think that’s a good deal? Great review for Goettl Plumbing.We had an blockage in our sewer line.Tyler Leija was dispatched the same day, and found the blockage using a camera tool.He cleared the blockage temporarily.The actual fix would require digging up and replacing the bad area of pipe.Paulo "Adrian" Dado and his crew came out the next day with backhoe, dug up the area, and replaced the section of pipe.The next day, after inspection, Adrian and his crew filled in the hole and then cleaned up the area.This is a brief description. There was A LOT of work involved.Very professional work.

We were hearing hammering between the walls. Tyler came out to my home to perform an evaluation. After doing several tests he quickly found the issue. We discussed several options. I ultimately opted to have the problem fixed to avoid damage to other appliances. He completed the work in a timely manner.
Peter helped a lot with explaining the root cause of our AC unit not functioning as well as it should be, and explaining why he recommended the fix/parts that he did. Took plenty of time to troubleshoot what was actually going on as opposed to just treating the symptoms, and explained in an easy-to-understand way what he found and how to fix it. The water softener (which is outside) was ruined by the recent weather. Rudy and Chris were able to diagnose the problem and replaced the softener on same day. This was critical to avoid any plumbing problems in the house. We appreciate their professionalism and attention email to detail.

Mr. Farias taught me a lot about the water system in my house and prepared the ground for Mr. Dado to come and fix everything. He was always very honest and delightful. I actually enjoyed his visit.
My technician Jorge (George) Gutierrez was out today performing the a/c system check. He did a fabulous job and identified significant issues and concerns for the longevity of my current 12 year old system. He was very knowledgeable and helpful on what my options are and in the end I’ll be getting a new system instead of worrying about the current system failing in our extremely hot temperatures. He was very respectful of my home and my dog was ecstatic to meet him.
Frank identified the need for new faucets in the master bath and discussed my preferences. The type of faucet being replaced is no longer available (mini wide spread) so he had to do some research to come up with a solution. Had to be ordered, not surprisingly, and we appreciate his conscientious performance.
Jehad was polite and respectful in my home. He completed the job timely and professionally. Highly recommend.
