Peter helped a lot with explaining the root cause of our AC unit not functioning as well as it should be, and explaining why he recommended the fix/parts that he did. Took plenty of time to troubleshoot what was actually going on as opposed to just treating the symptoms, and explained in an easy-to-understand way what he found and how to fix it.
