Overall a good and easy experience. Had an appointment, got an estimate and they started work the same day. They replaced my whole system from units to ducting. Happy with the work they did and my A/c is working great! Definitely would recommend

Update: Thanks to the help of Jaime and Ulysses, my heater has been fixed. Now my home can be heated during winterGoettl installed my new AC/HVAC unit. The heater does not work.The temperature never go more than 68F with heater turned on in 8 hours. We are simply requesting the heater to reach the reasonable heating temperature or install a not defective unit. (We have warranty for 10 years)Technician came 3 times, all very irresponsible and did not fix the problem. They just don’t want to fix it, and want to leave. (1st time they told us need to change air filter. 2nd time they found out the gas valve was not turned on… 3rd time they told us 63F is a “resonalble” good heating tempreture result, and told us not to even looking at the temperature.) Every time we try to make an appointment, they either not showing up or change our schedule last minute.@goettl, please contact me to have my HVAC fixed/changed. Thank you.

We’re thrilled with the quality and care of the Goettl team. We bought our furnace/ac unit on New Years Eve day. Our heater went out that day and since it was winter and our heater they showed up on that day, which was the day we called and did the install ASAP! Then our construction was delayed - I mean for a long time! Goettl was patient and when we called to say, ok it’s time for the condenser, they were on it and moved quickly like we asked. Sometimes you get calls from different people but that’s ok, they were all great. Special recognition to Jeffery Thomas (Installation Manager) for his exceptionally great service and also to Abraham Silva for being a great technician. We are so happy we went with Goettl

I had an older model air conditioner/heater unit, the Goettl team had to come out several.times to try and repair it. Unfortunately, it couldn’t be repaired efficiently and we had to put in a new unit. Customer Service was excellent and was upfront and honest through the whole process and offered great financing. Now I have a beautiful new unit that is quiet and efficent and will probably save me money in the long run. I will recommend your company
I called them this morning around 9 o’clock. They said I had 11 o’clock -2pm appointment. The gentleman would call me before he arrives. Gentleman arrived around 12 o’clock. They did an excellent job knew what he was doing. What a great way to do business
The installation of the Air Condition and Heating unit was done so professionally by both Seth and Andrew I am totally impressed. Every step of the way they explain to me what they are doing. There was some confusion about the of starting of the work. But they finish the job way ahead of the time I wanted to get them complete the work.
Artie was amazing and professional. He came on time during the morning to inspect the unit and explained everything clearly. He was patient and respectful and answered my questions. He even played with my dogs, who loved him. The company themselves is very responsive and professional. They sent a text when Artie was on his way, and gave a call to provide quotes and next steps. From the start, reception was very pleasant and easy to work with. My technician Eddie was awesome. He was on time and very professional. Eddie did a great job of thoroughly explaining the situation and went above and beyond to ensure everything he could assist with today was done quickly and efficiently. Goettl came out on 7-12-23 to do a repair. Jake, who was great, was our technician and after talking with him, we ended up replacing the whole system and they were able to do it on 7-13-23. It is amazing the difference.Our installers, Kelly and Mark were the absolute best!! Very professional and knew what they were doing and did it right!!Highly recommend Goettl and if you can request people, go for Jake, the technician and/or Kelly and Mark as the installers.

Very pleased with the service. From when Jarret initially came to check what’s wrong with our AC, to available options since we needed a new system, I didn’t feel the pressure to sign up right away. Installation was a breeze as well. Josh, Juan, Ismael and Seth were all very courteous and professional.

Eddie the tech explained and diagrammed fully the way the A/C works, then took photos of our unit with potential problems revealed. He was not interested in hard selling us a new unit, just making us aware of aging in the unit we have. At the end he had an administrator on the phone with us so we could discuss Eddie’s findings and future potential fixes if things progress, as well as being a sounding board for any questions we had.Eddie himself was attentive to this being our home, taking shoe covers on and off each time he had to go outside, and asking, not assuming he could access new areas, especially since husband and son were working at home during the appt.The whole process was very informative and reassuring that we will not be pressured into buying a system when we don’t need it. Codey was outstanding in his delivery of the process, taking measurements, involving us at every step of the way with providing us with pictures of the ac and heater that were completely worn out.Next came what it takes to get this done, the loan etc. He was relentless with making sure that we got what we wanted with his blessings.We were delighted to know it was going to be done the same day. Three guys came over to do the installation of ducts, heater and ac and they also demonstrated professionalism, extremely great work, took their time to get things done correctly and did an outstanding job.We are extremely pleased with the job they did and would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I called Goettl because my heater wasn't working, they came the very next day. Their technician Artie showed up to my home greeted us with a smile and a flashlight. Was able to diagnose What was going on with my heater very quickly. He was very professional and courteous he even gave my daughter a Sadie dog. , I would strongly recommend using this company the technicians are knowledgeable in what they do and very professional.

Both my air-conditioning unit and furnace are over 30 years old and needed replacement. The entire process from start to finish was very easy, quick, and everyone I dealt with from sales to installers was absolutely wonderful and professional!. The entire installation process took between 6 to 8 hours start to finish. The crew started at almost 2 o’clock Thursday afternoon and came back Friday morning for about three hours to finish up. The installers were courteous, professional and took the time to answer all my questions and explained the system to me in detail. Huge thank you to John,Joaquin, Art, Emilio and Trent for installing a clean, quality finished product. Very glad I decided to go with this company versus the other two I got quotes on. If you have your doubts you can set those aside this company is top-notch and will highly recommend to any friends and family.

It all started with a flashlight.
I was a ten-year-old boy holding a flashlight for my Dad while he worked on an air conditioner for a customer. His name was Duncan Goodrich. He didn’t talk much. But there’s a certain kind of magic that happens when a son holds a flashlight for his father. I held it steady and quiet and Dad talked to me while he worked.
